The staff was hit or miss when asked a question. Some of the front desk staff were very knowledgeable (when asked about local attractions, where to eat etc.) some gave wrong answers (the front desk should know about where laundry detergent is available -- they provide it if asked) or just said they didn't know. The outside firepit didn't work and the area around it was dirty (cleaned up after it was pointed out to the Assistant Manager). Had to ask to have our garbage emptied in the room and to have clean towels delivered and soiled towels removed. Overall it a nice, safe, clean place to stay, there a just a few things they need to improve/work on.

Everything went great (aside from a minor burn I got from the wafflemaker - completely my fault). I didn't try out the pool because I had just dyed my hair, but it looked nice. The public areas were clean and inviting. The room was great! The microwave, stove, kitchen sink, and refrigerator all came in handy during our stay.

We were very happy with our Residence Inn week-long stay. The hotel and parking were easily accessible and the room was large and very nice. We asked for a room not on the first floor and were accommodated. We were surprised and happy about how quiet it was the whole week! The breakfast was nice-better on some days than others. Also, they seemed a bit understaffed in the breakfast area at times with one poor woman running around like crazy! Nice pool and fitness room. We were able to walk down to the river. I have only a couple of small suggestions: I would have liked some hand cream available in the room and also an upgrade in toilet paper! And I asked, but was told there was only one ice machine in the whole hotel on the first floor but no one seemed to know how to get an ice bucket or bag for the ice. Overall, a very nice room and location for a very nice price. We would stay there again.

The hotel seemed relatively new and was in great condition. The room was nicely equipped with dishes and utensils. We found that the trash receptacle and recycle bin was too small for us. This hotel was not in downtown Green Bay as stated in the description. We would prefer that the breakfast hours be extended and the pool open 24 hours.

Each and every single staff member were super accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. They were so very kind and helpful from giving us with directions, recommending several places to go throughout Green Bay, and the check in/check out was a breeze ! We took full advantage of all the excellent clean and well kept amenities they had in their property. Outdoor fire place with comfortable seating, the clean warm pool, and their breakfast. And of course we enjoyed the many beautiful sunsets that we were able to watch from the hotel pool and fire place. Would highly suggest coming here! Big shout out to Em at the front desk who took my call a few times, the bartender and cleaning staff. Great mini fall getaway for our annual fall mom & daughter vacation! Very pleased with their hotel abs was very Family-friendly!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. The only reason I only gave 4 stars, was because there was very loud banging around from 2:15-2:45 AM beneath me. Sounded like someone was throwing a chair against the wall, and throwing furniture all over the place! I had a very long day ahead and also needed to drive an hour and a half home. I never was able to go back to sleep, so I will end up being up for almost 24 hrs, with a long drive ahead. The staff did offer a later checkout, which wouldn’t help in my situation unfortunately.homey

We came to town to experience a Packer game at Lambeau Field. The Residence Inn is just a couple of miles from the stadium, offering reasonable prices. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, from hot food to fresh pastries and fruits.

I chose an OK rating mostly due to 1 particular employee that may want to reconsider her career in hospitality. The hotel location was ideal for me. Room was very spacious. I particularly Loved the kitchen and livingroom. The shower backed up on Monday and Tuesday. We were not informed of restricted maid services. (I think this is a big thing) Having to go down to the lobby to ask the disgruntled employee for another roll of toilet paper, at 11pm, is lame. Also, she looked at me suspiciously (I felt) when I asked for another box of tissues 2 days later. (We 3 were sick from a sick baby on our flight and stayed here for 5 nights) Anyway, disgruntled employee approached my brother's truck in an aggressive manner demanding to know what we needed. We were chatting inside his truck for 20 minutes by the front entrance, at 9pm. No one else was around. The morning staff was lovely and professional. Despite the dining area being remodeled, breakfast bags filled with goodies were given to guests. Very thoughtful. My daughter, who traveled with me, asked for more clean towels amd was told there are none. Say what? It's a shame our trip was tainted by an employee with a negative attitude. The hotel is nice. Location was ideal for us. Bed super comfy.

Overall I enjoyed my stay! The staff was super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the area. Room service was attentive, quick, and friendly. My room was clean and spacious, equipped with everything I needed. The area around the hotel was quiet and not far from a couple local attractions. If I come back to the area to stay I definitely will have this place on the top of my list. Thank you, for the excellent experience.

We came to town to experience a Packer game at Lambeau Field. The Residence Inn is just a couple of miles from the stadium, offering reasonable prices. We were very happy with our Residence Inn week-long stay. The hotel and parking were easily accessible and the room was large and very nice. We asked for a room not on the first floor and were accommodated. We were surprised and happy about how quiet it was the whole week! The breakfast was nice-better on some days than others. Also, they seemed a bit understaffed in the breakfast area at times with one poor woman running around like crazy! Nice pool and fitness room. We were able to walk down to the river. I have only a couple of small suggestions: I would have liked some hand cream available in the room and also an upgrade in toilet paper! And I asked, but was told there was only one ice machine in the whole hotel on the first floor but no one seemed to know how to get an ice bucket or bag for the ice. Overall, a very nice room and location for a very nice price. We would stay there again.

Location was great. We loved walking down to the marina. Close to Lambeau Field; close to a train museum though we didn't have time to visit it. Close to fire works from a bridge. Love having a full size refrigerator as we just bought a lot of cheese. It was great for storing the cheese and also freezing bottles of water to keep in the cooler to keep the cheese fresh.

The hotel staff were friendly, the location was great and even had a walking trail near by. The room was clean. The only not picky request would be to have soap dish for the hand soap. However, would totally stay at this hotel again!!

The hotel seemed relatively new and was in great condition. The room was nicely equipped with dishes and utensils. We found that the trash receptacle and recycle bin was too small for us. This hotel was not in downtown Green Bay as stated in the description. We would prefer that the breakfast hours be extended and the pool open 24 hours.

The hotel was very clean and well kept up. I thought the decor was exceptional; from the carpet choices to the wall art and even the hallway wallpaper. It all had a first class look to it. The breakfast had many choices and the eating area had an abundance of places to sit. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.
