This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in many many years. It was old it was worn down there were loose floor tiles the mattresses on the bed make you sink in like really sink in so you couldn't even get out of the bed the bathroom was horrible the room was just horrible. If that was the only motel left in all of Modesto to stay in I would get a tent and sleep on the corner

The tv didn’t work, the mini fridge didn’t work, they gave us no hand soap or any soap for body wash so you have to bring everything yourself, and they want you out at 10:30 am

I have never stayed in such a filthy disgusting establishment. The door didn't lock properly. I slept in my clothes. I asked for a refund before i stayed but was denied. The manager was....... Disrespectful. Demanded a deposit for the key and then insisted on inspecting the room before returning it. As if I could make it worse than it already was! They actually had a sign by the office saying that illegal activities were not allowed. Really?? ? Please avoid this place!! The trauma is most definitely not worth it.
