The property is clean and rooms are nice and comfortable. Wish they would charge the parking directly instead of having to pay for it separately with a QR code or app.

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable and clean! The pool was great and the breakfast was good as well. Will definitely return in the future!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Did not expect to be paying for parking at a Hampton Inn, never had before. Was told it was $10.00 per night which it actually was $12.25 per night which I think just shows corporate greed just to have your car in the lot. Other guests were also complaining about it to stating the same and it wasn’t even valet parking. I’ve always loved staying at Hampton Inn but with the rising costs of hotels, parking will now be a factor for me when making my choice.

Excellent (new?) hotel. Good service, average (but fine) free breakfast, very clean, comfortable room. Our only complaint was the need to pay $12.25 to self-park outside in a normal parking lot. I normally wouldn't complain (just spent $50 in Tampa the day before), but this is a hotel in wide open suburbia with loads of parking spaces. It felt like a money grab and we weren't very happy at this. Now that you've been informed, and if you're okay with the odd money grab, it's an excellent place to stay.

Beautiul property, easy walk to Walgreens. Grocery store, restaurants, fast food very close by.Nicely laid out gym with good varity of cardio equipment and machines. Precor equipment, well maintained and very clean. Clean laundry machine area. Wish we could have gotten an earlier checkin, as I requested when booking. Good breakfast buffet if you get there EARLY as they ran out of bread, muffins, fruit, potatoes and a lot of other choices Had to wait for waffle batter to be replenished and they RAN OUT of syrup. 😩 Roomy parking lot. Front desk was efficient and courteous, but not warm. Pool was big and clean with nice patio area. Beautiful area with close freeways. Local roads very congested during peak time. NO clocks in the room. SENIORS NEED CLOCKSS! Good shower and nice bathroom stocked with good quality and easy to use basics such as shampoo/conditioner soap,body wash and lotion.

Very new hotel, beautiful rooms, amenities, pool. Very good breakfast with lots of options. The only downside you have to pay for parking. Would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was great! There is a daily parking charge that you have to pay thru a 3rd party app. That was a surprise.

We did not get room service for two days. No towels. Trash bins overflowing. Made front desk aware. Very ignorant and nonapologetic.

Positive point: The hotel is pretty new and all the staff tried to be as nice as possible. Negative: they dont offer daily room housekeeping. I’ve spent 5 nights at the hotel and they gave me clean towels and new trash bags only once. They don’t vaccum the room, don’t make the beds and don’t clean the bathroom. At he breakfast, only plastic cutlery was available.

I specifically booked a room with two queen-sized beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two full-sized beds and was told these were “standard queens.” This was misleading and unacceptable, as the smaller beds caused my husband and me to sleep very uncomfortably the night before our daughter’s wedding. We woke up exhausted on one of the most important days of our lives. When I raised the issue, I was offered a room with a king-sized bed. However, this was not a workable solution, as I was traveling with my 7-year-old daughter who required her own bed. On top of that, we had a wedding to prepare for and were already exhausted — moving all of our belongings after we had already settled into the room was not feasible. Instead of a meaningful resolution, I was offered only a small number of points on my account, which felt dismissive given the severity of the situation. To make matters worse, the condition of the room was appalling. The walls and bathroom were visibly covered in some kind of bodily fluids. This was not only disgusting but raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation standards of your establishment. This experience was both stressful and disappointing. I am requesting a full refund for my stay and a detailed explanation of how such conditions were allowed. I also encourage you to review your booking descriptions and customer service policies so that guests are not misled or inadequately compensated in the future.

Great property and very clean

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but when someone has a bad experience, the least they deserve is an apology. Check in at Hampton Lake Nona was quick. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The room was adequate although the AC had a bit of a dingy smell. No biggie - I was just there for a night. Then a huge cockroach appeared by the TV desk. I ran to the front desk and the lady was very nice and understanding and told me there were no more rooms left. So she got me someone (?) to come deal with the situation. A young man appeared empty handed (I was expecting a broom or spray bottle?), when he found the intruder he proceeded to take off his sneaker and squash the roach on the desk. Then he asked “only one?”. I responded with “so far”. Needless to say I slept with a light on and an eye open the rest of the night. No apology from management or anything. I’ve stayed in many hotels and honestly I’m not a needy person. But I really could have used an apology this time around.

Property was very nice but we were there 3 nights and never saw housekeeping. We asked for supplies (coffee and cups) and never got it. Called front desk that evening and they said they would send someone up with supplies and no one showed up. Very frustrating.

Room was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. Had to leave before breakfast was available (had to leave at 5:30 and breakfast is at 6:00). From menu, looked to be delicious. Did have the coffee at breakfast bar, it was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Hotel has huge selection of snack or on the go foods available to purchase as well. Highly impressed and will go there every time from now on.

The bed are not comfortable, i had to check out 2 days because they didn't have another room with different beds

Service staff were friendly & room was clean. But, why were microwaves on one side of hotel instead of all rooms with a microwave. There shouldn't be a $10 fee for parking. I was very disappointed!

The property was clean. Was just what I needed. Everyone was nice and the included breakfast was better than most. One small thing, the thermostat in the room, the display stays light up all the time and was very bright. I prefer a really dark room when I sleep and this was not helping.

The only thing i did not like, there was no safe in the room so we could put away our personal things. I had to walk around with my things. This is the first hotel that doesn't have no safe. All other hotels always have safe to put your personal things. Breakfast was excellent. First time i see a hotel that has good complimentary breakfast. Overall it was good. Hopefully when i return a safe will be in each room.

The room was very spacious! I absolutely love the over sized window and electronic window shade. Room was perfect for what we needed. We needed a microwave which was a little hard to find (as it was in the marketplace). It was a little hard to use as it was in a cabinet around knee level. The breakfast buffet was great every morning. Would have liked to have 2 "egg" options as 2 days were omelets with peppers and we could not eat them. Loved the coffee/hot chocolate/hot tea bar that was available 24/7. A convenient business center and lounge area. Each day of our stay (sometimes at night as well) one of the staff would text me to ensure our stay was going ok and to see if we needed anything. Over all we had an excellent stay considering why we were there (one traveler was having surgery). Would recommend this property and definitely would stay again!

Beautiful large room.

Breakfast was just ok. Room was small.Paid parking was ridiculous! If you need and xtra an extra $10, add it to your room rate rather then hassle your customers to log into a QR code etc!

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff created a hostile and unpleasant atmosphere. There was no greeting or salutation as we entered to check in. Their lack of professionalism and basic hospitality skills was shocking. Simple requests were met with indifference, and inquiries were answered with curt and dismissive responses. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. The overall experience was marred by their unwelcoming demeanor and poor service.

No one at the front counter for 15 minutes. Once the attendant arrived, i was told the room wasnt ready. Came back a few hours later. Was then told I had to pay for parking... seem a bit like a scam.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Orlando Southeast Nona. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout—from the lobby to the rooms—everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that service and cleanliness are a top priority here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Lake Nona area!

The front desk clerk was way out of line when he asked what kind of service animal I had and when I said Emotional Support (I have PTSD) he replied “That’s no service animal!!” I was appalled and quite literally felt devastated. As if we all don’t have enough going on with our lives, now we have persons dictating their definition of what is considered helpful. I seriously doubt he was a doctor or in the medical field! As much as I liked my room (I was there for a total of 11 hours) I will never stay there again!!

Another guest was given a key that happened to open the room I was staying in with my niece that is a minor. We both were laying in bed when two guys just randomly opened the door, I went down to the lobby and was told they could do nothing for me because I booked on Expedia. We were just given new room keys and a rather pathetic apology.

Excellent Stay at Hampton I had a truly pleasant experience at the Hampton Inn in Orlando. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The staff offered outstanding service—always professional, courteous, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds 6 day prior to my arrival; Hotel took my payment; Day of arrival, staff member-Andrea, tells me hotel is full there is No Rooms for me & Family; I asked her to contact Hotel manager and she refused; she contacted assistant manager, Alejandra Delgado, in which she said Hotel can give me a refund; However, I said I don’t want a refund but I need a room for my family; I asked Andrea multiple times to call Hotel manager to solve this issue but she did not wanted to call her ; After 45 min, I convinced her to finally call Manager in which Manager, Monique Cain decided to give us a room with a One Queen bed only; I ended sleeping on floor with one of kids since room did not have a sofa ; My wife & the other kid slept on bed!

They cancelled my reservation, they offered no recourse

This property exceeded my expectations. The property itself was modern, beautifully designed, and clean. The staff, especially front desk day and night, was helpful and accommodating. All front desk staff were personable, professional, and seemed to really enjoy their job. If ever in the area again, I would definitely book another stay.

Had a great afternoon and night before returning to NY. The room was clean and spacious, the pool area was great and I loved being able to walk over to the new restaurant the Curious Cork.

The rooms are extremely clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and very convenient location, 15 minutes from the airport.

Very clean and close to Nemours children’s hospital where our son is receiving care.

Staff were wonderful, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good-but definitely rationed it out so people were unable to be glutinous. Pay to park was a shocker and in my opinion unnecessary.

Extra charge to park, breakfast was mediocre; worst of all the HI’s I’ve stayed in. No coffee my last day. Coffee in room never replenished. No water. Room was clean but not great.
