모든 것이 만족스럽고 감사했습니다. 오래된 로마 건축물에 있는 작은 규모의 호텔인데 깔끔하고 운치있었습니다. 친절하게 맞아주어서 고마웠으며 아침 식사 서비스 직원도 좋은 분인 것 같더군요. 커피도 아주 맛있었어요. 깨끗하게 관리되어있고 저희가 묵었던 1번 방은 뷰도 좋았습니다. 단지 엘리베이터가 3층 까지니 예약하실 때 참고하셔요. Spagna역과 7분 정도 거리면서 스페인광장이 바로 옆이라 위치가 좋은만큼 가격은 떼르미니 근처보다 높습니다. 관광지 가까운 안전한 곳을 찿으시는 분들에 추천하겠습니다.

It's often difficult to book online even when using the maps and pictures when deciding where to book. We were quite pleased with our choice mainly for its location. A few minutes' walk to Spanish Steps, a short walk to Trevi Fountain, close to Borghese Park, a lot of shopping in the area and a lot of nearby restaurants. We were greeted by a lovely man at the front desk who explained about the breakfast and where to leave the key when we went in and out. Although, I don't think we saw this gentleman after the first day or two. The room was smaller than the pictures seem to indicate but very comfortable with a lot of closet space. No view to speak of and not a lot of natural light. Our breakfast was served downstairs and again, very tight quarters but there were tables outside that were larger and not in such a tight arrangement. Great Cappuccinos!! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was to experience the rooftop terrace. We did watch the sunset from there one afternoon but note that there is no type of service provided on the terrace. Take your own cocktails. There are steps to enter the lobby, not so accessible for wheelchairs. I expressed no need to change our towels, but they insisted they provide clean towels daily. The description indicated there was an airport shuttle which there wasn't, but the hotel will arrange for airport transportation and reserve for you. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in this part of Rome.

Surprised by how peaceful and quiet our room was. Loved our breakfast waiter Sandro! He was the sweetest. Parking garage was not close by.

Hotel is in a great location and quiet. The only issue we had was that heat was belting out as well as the air conditioning but we loved our suite and terrace.

In the information on web about the hotel, it says no elevator on this property. Actually there is an elevator.

Hotel staff were excellent. Room was excellent except there was no air conditioning. Continental Breakfast was excellent. No parking so you have to take a taxi or private car.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur sog. Spanischen Treppe, mithin sehr zentral. Man kann alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Unsere 3 Zimmer befanden sich im 3. Stock, alle waren etwa gleich groß und sauber. Matratzen gut, das Bad klein aber sogar mit Bidet ausgestattet. Großer Fernseher und man konnte ZDF sehen. Die Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut, aber okay. Klimaanlage und gut gefüllter kleiner Kühlschrank. Frühstück im Kellergeschoss war reichlich, allerdings gab es Rührei oder Ei nur gegen Aufpreis. Aufschnitt musste man besonders erbeten, sonst musste man nur süssen Brot-Aufstrich genießen. Eine Bar gibts nicht und der Dachgarten ist kaum nutzbar und wird eh nicht bewirtschaftet. We had a great visit at a lovely little hotel. If you want a hotel near the Spanish steps, this one is great. It is what one would call a boutique hotel. There were several family restaurants with great pasta within walking distance...talk to front desk. They offer a limited menu breakfast. Hotel was clean but it is an older hotel so no ac in sumner.

The room was spotless the staff are very friendly and helpful! The only thing that missing was coffee in the room!

The staff were lovely, our bedroom and bathroom very clean, continental breakfast was basic but very nice .

ホテルはこぢんまりとしていますが、名称の如くグレゴリアナ通りに面しているのでタクシードライバーに行き先を告げるのに便利。スペイン広場までホテルを出てどの道も曲がらずまっすぐ行けてすぐそこなので、夜でも安心。Aラインの地下鉄の駅にも近く、トレビの泉などのはずせない行き先にも近い。スペイン広場横のタクシー待機場がすぐ近くにあるので、急ぎの時でもタクシーはすぐ来る。Carrefour Ex(カルフール)などスーパーマーケット（食料品店）も近く、必要なものが手に入りやす。ホテルのスタッフは対応は良かった。エレベーターもあるのでスーツケースは楽に運べる。泊まった部屋にはbuth tub(バスタブ)がついていたのシャワーしかないホテルが多い中で良かった。冷蔵庫もありミニバーとなっていたが、スペースは十分あった。衛生状態にも問題はなかった。浴室の化粧台周りは十分明るく良かったが、室内の照明がやや暗かった。

The only nice staff were the breakfast staff. The rest were unpleasant and rude. Carpets were dirty and rooms were tiny. I would not recommend.

Worst hotel we have stayed at ever. For an average of $400.00 a night you will expect better. Not worth the money we paid. The room needs an upgrade or maintenance. The carpet was filthy, needs a very good deep cleaning. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The balcony is a hallway, you have to squeeze to be able to sit in the chair at the other end of the table. The Inner Courtyard View looks at a building that looks abandoned. Air Conditioner does not work in December, just heat. If you want to cool the room you are told to open the Window. If you want eggs at the included breakfast you have to pay extra. Positive Points; Coffee was good and the gentleman attending the breakfast was very nice and attentive. Location is good

Location incredible, close to metro. Room was very clean as they respected our request for daily housekeeping, but issues with the sink leaking and window didn't have a screen to block insects so could not enjoy fresh air. Workers were kind and accommodating. I would come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gregoriana over the Christmas holiday. The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel was in easy walking distance to the steps and Trevi. We look forward to staying at the Gregoriana again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Gregoriana. The staff is wonderful and the location is central and not far from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. My single room was nice and very clean (though the carpet could use refreshing). Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and quiet. Decor was lovely and bed was very comfortable. I arrived early to just drop off luggage and was offered an early check in. It was very near the top of the Spanish Steps and the Hotel Hassler. Felt safe as a female traveling alone.

Very nice hotel. We loved the small balcony with our third floor room. Great location and very helpful staff.

Breakfast was wonderful and staffs were so nice. We stayed #3(it was big enough for 5 of us). Their balcony is extra for us to enjoy. Most of all, we arrived Rome early, it was nice for us to check in early, we were able to rest till early afternoon. They brought us wonderful breakfast to our room in the morning, we were able to enjoy breakfast at the patio. We are definately staying here again!! Thanks for your hospitality

The location of this hotel is the best. Everything in Rome is an easy walk. The staff was very sweet. I was surprised that the room was so small and with a single bed. And even worse, the bed was up against the wall. The breakfast was also extremely boring.

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The bed was very firm - which I like but others may find too firm. The continental breakfast selections were very good and the location is super close to the Spanish steps.

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. We were able to check in early which was very appreciated, and was a fast check in experience. You get one manual key for the room and you must return it to the front desk whenever you leave the building, but there is someone at the desk 24/7. The elevator is tiny, so if you are on the heavier side like us, I would only use it if absolutely necessary. The room we had was small, but was fine if you just need a place to sleep after being out all day. The pillows were firm, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was included, but is served to you. The only items kept out are fruit. I only missed breakfast one day (during the open hours) because the attendant was not in the room, but I was still able to get fruit so I did not leave hungry. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip, and it was a very pleasant experience.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Considering we were staying in a very busy area, we never could tell when we were in the room. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. They have 24 hour concierge at the door so you have an extra layer of comfort for security. The location is great because you can jump right to the Spanish steps and down into the main area.

My wife and I just returned from Rome and absolutely loved staying at the Hotel Gregoriana! It’s a quaint, boutique hotel in the middle of Rome close to many of the amazing sites - especially the Spanish Steps (and all the food/shopping nearby, 4min walk). Clean and comfortable rooms, but know that it is a typical European room in that it is smaller than many American travelers are used to - it is, after all, a historic building turned hotel originally built in 1600! (such amazing history) The staff at the hotel were amazing - thank you especially to Stefano and Alessandro for being so welcoming and helpful! We will definitely be back to Hotel Gregoriana the next time we’re in Rome…

Fabulous accommodation…our room was ready and beautiful. Bathroom has plenty of counter space. Great location.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. We stayed here for Easter weekend 2025. We were able to walk to the Vatican. Also did all of the tourist things - very walkable. I would say, however, that the front desk staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. My mom took a fall and we needed ice and I asked where I could get ice and you would have thought I was asking for gold. The front desk person has to get it for you - so you feel terrible asking for it as it made the person very put out. Even prior to this though, they weren't friendly. Which is too bad because other than that I would recommend this place but because of this, I wouldn't not recommend to family and friends. Very uncomfortable, especially as you have to get the key to your room from them every time you leave and come back -so you're always dealing with them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet inside the hotel. Great walkable area near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We walked back to hotel from Colosseum tour. Staff booked our transfers to/from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this small boutique hotel. My single room had everything I needed for a weeklong stay in Rome. Breakfast had a lot of choices, everything’s fresh & delicious. Stefano and the rest of the staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and helped us out from taxi pick up to several other needs. They made our stay enjoyable.

The staff was rude the receptionist but the person who was helping us with breakfast was super nice. The room was right next to the reception area I kept waking up from the noise and people talking at night and very early in the morning. The reception guys did not even bother to tell us about breakfast till I asked him at night then I asked him to call taxi for the next morning g he said we will do it next morning my husband went to ask him the next morning it was a different guy he yelled at my husband we were not treated right in this hotel I don’t like the reception staff at all

Excellent location just steps from the Spanish steps. Dinning options walkable from hotel. Rome is very hilly and alot of uphill walking on uneven sidewalks. Breakfast was very nice to start our day.

If we go back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the Metro and walkability to many landmarks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel fica bem próximo ao metrô Spagna e à Piazza di Spagna. Também fica a 15 minutos a pé da Fontana di Trevi. Muito bem localizado mesmo. Único contra aos que chegam a pé é a escadaria que precisam enfrentar pra chegar. Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e e equipe é ótima.

Wonderful stay! Excellent location-very close to the top of the Spanish steps, friendly staff, the room although smaller, was beautifully decorated in art deco style, and had all needed amenities. I would definitely love to stay at Hotel Gregoriana again.

Very clean hotel in a great location! Akrem at the front desk was very helpful and informative with booking things. Breakfast was a little inefficient with only one waiter but the food was good.

We had a great stay in Rome the rooms were clean the beds were cozy and loved having the balcony. The breakfast was great the only recommendation I would have is to make it more self serve so it is less pressure on the staff. Even to just have the cereals and yogurt out and bring the croissants. The front desk as helpful with restaurant recommendations and the hotel was very walkable to many sites

Great location. Hotel is not as pictured online, even the awning above the door is broken. Carpets are stained, staff is rude-I requested an extra towel upon arrival in early evening after the tour and was told I was too late. Same thing the next day when there was no towel only the clerk was twice as ride. I did finally get a towel from the cleaning crew. Breakfast is continental style, you need to pay extra for protein. The location is fantastic and the outdoor restaurant options in the area are fantastic. Overall, recommend spending a bit more at one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Clean and convenient location, very close to the Spanish Steps and the Spagna Metro Station. Reasonable price (for Rome). Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The climate control system is confusing, and blew too cold. We ended up shutting it off, and simply opening the window, which brought in fresh air, but also much city noise. Breakfast was simple but nice and ample. The guy in charge of the breakfast operation seemed confused and inefficient, but the female attendants were very good. Just hope you get served by one of the women, instead of the guy. Overall though, this hotel was very good, and we would stay there again in the future.

The property is located close to some of the major landmarks in Rome. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Neighborhood is safe and easy access to everything. The only issue was their breakfast option .. very very strong coffee, unappetizing bread .. no eggs I paid 2 euros for one . Fortunately the hotel is very close to a delicious bakery that opens early and have great breakfast.

Alles super, unglaublich tolle Lage, alles was man sehen möchte in Max 20 bis 25 Min. erreichbar. Die spanische Treppe und der Trevi-Brunnen in 3 bis 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das einzige was wirklich verbessert werden sollte ist das Frühstück. Sehr umständlich muss man bei einem Kellner bestellen was man von der kostenlosen Auswahl haben möchte. Da vergeht gerne mal 15 Minuten bis man mit dem Frühstück beginnen kann. Rührei oder gekochtes Ei kostet extra. Das müsste auch nicht sein. Ein Grühstücksbuffet mit Selbstbedienung wäre so viel angenehmer und einfacher für Gäste und Mitarbeiter
