I wasn’t aware that there was a second property. I booked it because it was across the train station. I had to walk with my luggage to the other property. There was only luke warm water when showering

Não foi uma estadia boa. Escolhi o Hotel por conta da proximidade com Roma Termini (literalmente em frente). Quando chegamos para fazer o check in, descobrimos que eles nos colocaram em uma unidade “nova”. No quarteirão de trás. A maior questao era que queríamos portaria 24 horas e o hotel principal tinha, o quarto que nos colocaram não. Esse quarto novo fica num prédio super antigo, no qual nos deram a chave do prédio para acessar. O quarto é pequeno e o ar não funcionava direito. A região só vale a pena ficar se seu budget for apertado ou se tiver um trem muito cedo, de resto é perigoso e estranho.

Nice hotel very close to the main train station. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 24/7 check in was really great for a late train coming in. Room was nice and clean with a very effective AC. I was a bit surprised by the 2 block outdoor walk to the actual room from the main lobby/check in-not hyperbole! But the map/directions given were clear and easy to follow. Overall great stay.

Hotel was basic. No reception area or bar to relax while waiting on friends or family. Bathrooms need updating. Lots of homeless sitting on and around area near hotel. Bed and a shower is all I was looking for which worked fine.

Assim que chegamos no hotel Marisa fomos bem recepcionados pela funcionaria que nos informou que ganhariamos um up grade para suites novas e luxuosas, porém localizado em outro edifício localizado numa rua atras 400 metros da recepção da sede do hotel. A experiencia foi que estavamos num quarto de air bnb que o hotel Marisa transformou um andar inteiro de edifício residencial num Anexo. O quarto e banheiro apesar de novo, reformado e amplo não tinha portaria de segurança, o acesso era com 2 Chaves e para tomar cafe da manhã tinhamos que nos deslocar ao edifício sede. Uma vantagem for o preço para um quarto novo muito perto de Roma Termini

Although the room wasn't in the main hotel it was just around the corner and excellent instruction from the check-in staff made it easy to find the room which was in secure location, accessible via a lift which was was helpful for those arriving with multiple luggage. The room was very clean, quiet and had all the modern amenities: plenty of towels, hot water with good pressure, and complimentary water and coffee and a very comfortable bed. The location is superb with Termini just across the street.

We were actually not in the main building, but a new building around the block from where the main building is. It was on the 4th floor and a new set of rooms. Room was really nice, staff was friendly & helpful. Short walk back to the main building, and train station. Would stay here again & recommend to friends & family.

The hotel room looked like a prison cell. Photos on website do not match the property. Floors were dangerously slippery in the room. Floors were gray painted cement or stone but were covered in a slippery surface. Hotel in decrepit condition and is not a 3 star European hotel.

So called double rooms are extremely small. There is not enough space to open a suitcase. The room we had wasn’t clean. Dirty floor (roughly painted tiles). Shower was slightly clogged and only one free plug to charge a phone. Window open to a narrow and tall well. Decent looking hotel lobby does not match the rooms.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are nice and it has a 24 hours reception. It is near to airport shuttle bus, train, subway, supermarkets, a shopping mall in the train station and restaurants. The area surrounding is clean and safe. The only thing we don’t like is the slightly clogging in shower room.

Super disappointed since we were not staying in the hotel, initially. We had to walk and stay in a room in an other building. A flat that had been converted to hotel rooms. Then we found bed bugs in the bed. The front desk guy got us an other room. I also chose the pay at the hotel, but the hotel charged me 3 days before arrival for the first night. Now i have to wait 4 to 7 business days before they return the price foe that night...i still had ro pay in full upon check in since they could not just deduct that night. A hot mess! Only good thing...close to the train staion.

Instead of helping us, they asked us to leave for one night and return to the hotel the next day. One staff member was especially rude and refused to let us speak to the manager. They showed zero respect for tourists. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online—don’t be fooled by the misleading photos.

This hotel should be shut down by health and safety services. Our ceiling was bunking with dripping water. The shower sofas water all over the walls. There was an inch of dust in the headboard. Incredibly noisy at night. I can’t even explain how unclean the room and facilities are. Do yourself a favour and stay at a superior hotel that is clean and sanitary. My family is forever traumatized.

This hotel is convenient to spe d a night, beds were cleaned, staff was helpful but the picture frim orbitz wasn't the correct thing, the room walls were very dirty, there was a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom, shower was so so tiny.

We stayed here for our last night in Rome as it was close to the train station. The hotel room was simple and small. The bathroom was very small and the shower was even smaller. It was hard for my partner and I to comfortably take a shower as you could barely get into the shower let alone move around in the shower. In the morning there were little ants on the floor of the bathroom, which sounds like its common from the other reviews. This hotel is in a convenient location if you need to catch the train but one night was enough for us.

This hotel is SO convenient if you have to catch an early morning train! The Rome Termini is directly across the street. Our room was amazingly comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants in the area that were within walking distance. The only issue we had is that for some strange reason - the heat was on (as opposed to the air conditioning). (It was still in the 70's!) Luckily there was a big window that we could open. We mentioned it to the staff and they said that was usual???

The air conditioning unit was so loud with a buzzing sound we had to turn it off. But when it eas turned off you could hear everyone in the hallway talking and going up the stairs. The shower leaked considerable amounts of water as well. When i saw this place had great reviews i thought this was going to be great. It wasn't. Staff also never informed us that breakfast was an option.

It is very hot in the room, we went in Oct 18, 2024. It is no air conditioning. The shower door is very very small. We are small people , but we almost can’t get it to shower. If you are over 160 lbs, i guarantee you can’t get in the shower. Attached is the pictures you can compare the door and a small garbage can size.

Poor customer service. Paid for a quadruple room- arrived and was placed in a “quadruple room” that was neither in the photos on the hotel website or expedia, and was a fraction of the size. After brining the room issue to the staffs attention and showing pictures of room paid for, they finally placed us in the proper room. Air conditioner was broken in both hotel rooms. We were told by staff each day that it would be repaired by the end of the day,three days in a row and never was, room had one window with no screen, was infested with mosquitoes each night as a result of the window being open to cool the unit. Rome was 90 degrees during our stay, we had to ask for the staff to provide us with fans for the room .Room did not even supply cups, coffee, coffee pot, water, or toiletries.Front desk staff extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I would never recommend this hotel to someone after our experience. Only positive note was the wonderful gentleman who was the hotel coffee barista.

We were told by staff each day that it would be repaired by the end of the day,three days in a row and never was, room had one window with no screen, was infested with mosquitoes each night as a result of the window being open to cool the unit. Rome was 90 degrees during our stay, we had to ask for the staff to provide us with fans for the room .Room did not even supply cups, coffee, coffee pot, water, or toiletries.Front desk staff extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I would never recommend this hotel to someone after our experience. Only positive note was the wonderful gentleman who was the hotel coffee barista.

Roberta the receptionist is rude and unpleasant when we were checking in. How can she expect 15 people to check in with big luggages to not overcrowd the area. She kept on saying to stay in the breakfast area, what about the luggages??? Even the luggages won’t fit room.

Quand on est arrivee a l’hôtel, notre réservation n’étais pas dans le système. J’ai montré le numéro de reservation de expédia et effectivement ma réservation était valide mais pas dans leur système donc, il n’avais pas pour nous car l’hôtel était plein. Ils nous ont offert un autre hôtel, pas loin, mais deux chambres au lieu d’une. C’était un voyage familiale avec des enfants, donc, pas pratique. C’est la première fois depuis des années que je voyage avec Expedia que ça m’arrive. J’espère que ça serait la dernière.

When we arrived, we checked in, paid the fees and everything, and once we were ready to have the Keys, they told us they did not have our room (family suite) so they gave us two rooms. We did not want to split because I neeeded help with the baby, but that were not open at all either to refund or find another room to fit us all. Thwy never respond to Expedia asking for a refund or a discount. We had no choice to stay there not knowing if we would get a refund. There was no hot water at 9pm, which they told us was normal since there is a lot of people. It is not normal. The breakfast and the rooms are not Even on the same street. Horrible experience with bad service.

Hotel Marisa is the perfect choice for travelers wanting centrally located accommodations near Termini. We flew into FCO and quickly found our Terravision bus that dropped us off at Termini, directly across the street from Hotel Marisa. Upon walking in the front door, Mohammed greeted us with a friendly and welcoming hello. Our room was ideal for a family of 4: one queen and 2 twins. Breakfast in the morning was more than we expected, and the service was exceptional. Giulio's cappuccino served with a smile is a great start to any morning. At check-out, Ruth was sure to answer all our questions and ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend Hotel Marisa! Thank you for an outstanding experience!

Extremely disappointing experience. As soon as we walked into the room, we saw multiple ants lined up right above the bed. We requested a room change, but the staff was uncooperative. Instead of helping us, they asked us to leave for one night and return to the hotel the next day. One staff member was especially rude and refused to let us speak to the manager. They showed zero respect for tourists. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online—don’t be fooled by the misleading photos.

We had an early morning flight, so the night before, we asked for a wake up call. They offered something even better - a wake up knock ! Our phone alarms didn't sound because of the time zone - so thank you Hotel Marisa for making sure we caught our flight !!

The hotel was very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to the train station but the neighborhood it’s of very safe. A lot of bums and bad people at night time. Other than that amazing place. Julius was amazing.

Excellent staff! Friendly and helpful, great dinner recommendation (Andrea, around the corner) and, crucially, they successfully summoned a taxi to the airport. While I wouldn't recommend the neighborhood, we booked it precisely because of that, as it is opposite the train station where we'd just arrived from Venice, and we were done schlepping. Very convenient for a quick last few hours in Rome. Also very comfortable!!

The closeness of the hotel to the termini station was EXCELLENT. You can take the metro, fast train easily. Yes, there were homeless around the termini station but we had no problem. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They always answered our questions and gave us helpful tips about how to go around the city. Just ask any questions you have in your mind.

The property is good and right across from the train station, it was quite convenient to hop on the metro Or take the train to the airport. however, there are many homeless people at the train station. Most if them were high in drugs. Its not the safest area to stay with a family.

Excelente Hotel, cruzando se encuentra terminal Termini lo cual hará que puedas moverte con facilidad a trenes ya sea para el aeropuerto o hacia otros destinos de Italia, la zona es muy tranquila y transitada!
