There were plenty of small bathroom amenities available in the Reception area, including face masks. There were also a good variety of hot and cold drinks available too, including a complimentary breakfast.

We just stayed at Sakura Sky Hotel for 4 days. The complementary breakfast is very limited, but the konbinis (7eleven or the like) are everywhere (approx 100 mtr) and offer a great scala on foods at all hours. Subway station Kinshicho is very close by, and makes traveling everywhere in Tokyo easy. For a stay in Tokyo i would definitely reccommend also getting a Toei/tokyo metro subway ticket for 24, 48 or 72 hours, for unlimited travel. The room was small, but had everything we needed and the cleaning of bedsheets, room and towels is done everyday, unless you want it otherwise. There is 24 hours reception and also free soda/coffee, micorwave 24 hours as well as some free complementary bathroom items, lotions, hairpins, facemask etc. Definitely a good priced hotel at a good location near the Tokyo Sky tree.

Excellent and helpful staff. The free coffee /tea / drink machines in the lobby are great!! You can even have some sake!! The rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. Very clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel especially for the price. You even get a small balcony. Conveniently located near Kinshicho station. About a 8 min walk. A 711 store is about 80 ft away from the hotel. Have to give a shout out for the maid service. Rooms were cleaned very very well!

The Sakura Sky Hotel is a no-frills hotel for travelers whose only need is a place to lay their heads for the night. The rooms are quite small (like most in Tokyo) and space is tight but otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay in the Kinshicho Area. It is in a safe and quiet area just 3 blocks south of Kinshicho Station, which offers lots of dining and shopping options. It also offers free pastries & drinks for breakfast and best of all, they held our luggage for 3 days FREE of charge while we visited Osaka. Then once we came back and checked in, our luggage was already waiting for us in our room! THAT is Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler who does not care for frills nor luxuries and just wants a decent, clean and nice place to spend the nights after seeing the sights the whole day!

This is a great hotel with only a handful of rooms and the staff workers are helpful. It feels more personal than larger name chain hotels. This is one of the few times where I found myself using all of their services, including a free drink bar, free bread and croissants for breakfast, a portable wifi rental box with 10gb a day for 700 yen, and a luggage delivery service they partnered with. Very easy to get to from the airport and it's access to the Chuo sobu line makes it easy to get around the city.

Stayed the Comfort Twin for 3nights. Nice to see a wardrobe that holds two medium size suitcases. Shower water flow was perfect but not the sink. Mini fridge does not have freezer functions. Microwave was located in the lobby but overall, the hotel was very clean and conveniently located from JR line and Tokyo Subway stations. Friendly and very professional staff. Lobby is small but free beverages and sake for guests!

Horrible hotel. I booked this hotel for 4 nights we only stayed 1. The beds were rock hard. The rooms were dirty. The location is not family friendly. It’s noisy. There’s street walkers all around. I’m not sure how it has such a high rating on Expedia. After we decided to changed hotels I spoke with management about getting a reimbursement for the remaining of the night they told me it wouldn’t be an issue. I contacted Expedia to confirm and let them know management agreed to refund me but management to Expedia they wouldn’t refund me. From my entire stayed in Japan this hotel was the worse

The area was nice, with a lot of restaurants and a 7-11 just outside the hotel for convenient access to anything you needed. Stayed in room 705, and wifi was spotty and inconsistent, often disconnecting. Had to rent a mobile wifi unit. Additionally some of the menus and guides in the hotel room were out of date, like a Dominoes menu with outdated prices. Put some wifi extenders throughout the hotel, make an up to date hotel guide and it'll be a 5.

If you need a cheap and reliable place to stay i recommend this place, only thing i hope they can do is have stronger WiFi but other than that, it’s an amazing place. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this hotel for another trip in the future

Very close to the skytree with excellent dinning establishments just a few minutes walk from the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks and hygiene products available 24/7 in the lobby and if you wake early enough there is even a light breakfast, but if shopping is more of your thing then it's only 3 stops on train from Akihabara. The only downside is the beds were a bit to hard for me but it comes down to preferences for that at the end of the day.

Triple bed room was a bit small to fit 3 big rolling suitcases comfortably and backpacks. The room was very clean and well maintained but the beds were pretty stiff. Overall, would recommend for smaller groups or groups without a lot of luggage.

We were really happy with our dtay at Sakura Sky. We opted for a high floor to ensure it was quiet but we were also greeted with a lovely view of the Skytree too. We asked for the softer mattresses which made the beds extremely comfortable, the room was also quiet too so made for an excellent nights sleep. Room was clean, its small but this made for a cosy feel and there was enough room for us to store 3 large cases too without them getting in the way. Staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi for the aiport run for an early morning flight. Just a short walk feom Kinshicho station aswell, Family mart just across the road. Lots of complimentary toiletries and also free drinks in the lobby, we didn't try the breakfast but great to know it was there. I cannot fault this hotel and would definitely recommend and we will use you giys again when we return to Tokyo. Thank you 😊

the beds were hard, with broken springs making them very uncomfortable. We booked here as it is very hard to find a room for 3 in Japan but the third ned was a converted couch which was the hardest of all the beds, very unpleasant to sleep on. The airconditioner leaked onto the beds so we had to change rooms. in the new room the aircon dripped but not onto the beds.

We were really happy with our dtay at Sakura Sky. We opted for a high floor to ensure it was quiet but we were also greeted with a lovely view of the Skytree too. We asked for the softer mattresses which made the beds extremely comfortable, the room was also quiet too so made for an excellent nights sleep. Room was clean, its small but this made for a cosy feel and there was enough room for us to store 3 large cases too without them getting in the way. Staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi for the aiport run for an early morning flight. Just a short walk feom Kinshicho station aswell, Family mart just across the road. Lots of complimentary toiletries and also free drinks in the lobby, we didn't try the breakfast but great to know it was there. I cannot fault this hotel and would definitely recommend and we will use you giys again when we return to Tokyo. Thank you 😊

We just stayed at Sakura Sky Hotel for 4 days. The complementary breakfast is very limited, but the konbinis (7eleven or the like) are everywhere (approx 100 mtr) and offer a great scala on foods at all hours. For a stay in Tokyo i would definitely reccommend also getting a Toei/tokyo metro subway ticket for 24, 48 or 72 hours, for unlimited travel. There is 24 hours reception and also free soda/coffee, micorwave 24 hours as well as some free complementary bathroom items, lotions, hairpins, facemask etc. Definitely a good priced hotel at a good location near the Tokyo Sky tree.

The property is clean and close to Kinscho Staion and will get you anywhere pretty easily. There are several marque sites close by like Akihibara Street, Senso-ji Temple, and the Sky Tree. The rooms are small and the bathroom smaller but all very clean. One big negative is the breakfast. My wife and I target hotels with breakfast to save time in the morning searching for a place to eat. The included breakfast is either a packed mini croissant or packad roll. Coffee, tea and juice as well but we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere every morning! Very frustrating since we could have broadened our options if we had known. Expedia should not allow the hotel to state an included breakfast!!

Excellent 6-night stay here. Great value for money. Location an 8 minute walk to Kinshicho Station…two stops to Tokyo Station. This was convenient for us to get around the whole city, including two days at Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The local area was quieter and less touristy than other areas we visited…still with heaps of dining options and convenience stores. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing place to stay if you plan a longer trip to Tokyo. While convenient to Kinshicho station and the JR rail lines, it's in a slightly quieter area with parks, malls and two large movie theaters a very short walk away. Staff is friendly and helpful and many amenities are self service from the lobby so you can take only what you need. It's basically like having your own little apartment in Kinshicho! 7/11 is right next door for any international ATM needs, and there are many places for inexpensive late night snacks. The balcony is really nice to have as well, with entertaining night time views of the busy streets from the upper floors. Might get crowded during rush hours but if you're a night owl or solo traveler, this place is perfect.

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Train only a few blocks away. They offered tea, coffee, bread, and mini croissants which was nice. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Wifi was a bit spotty at times though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

L'hergement est vraiment très bien, très proche de la gare qui nous conduit partout à Tokyo. La literie si un peu ferme est très correcte. Seul bémol pour nous c'est le petit déjeuner qui n'en ait pas un. Des tranches de pain de mie et des pains viennois à l'entrée de l'établissement avec les boissons à la machine qui sont elles à volonté. Pas de salle à manger, il faut remonter dans sa chambre... vraiment pas top...

It was an average hotel. Everything was okay excluding one thing. It is said that the hotel provides the breakfast, but in reality this "breakfast" doesn't include anything except toasts and butter. I wouldn't call it a breakfast actually.

Das Hotel war fast perfekt! Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super, nur ca. 300m bis zur U-Bahn/JR. Allerdings, wer frühstücken will, wird enttäuscht. Es gab zwar Kaffee und Kaltgetränke 24/7, aber außer Toastbrot und Mini Croissants gab es nichts. Als Belag gab es Butter und Schokosauce. Das war leider alles....

My husband & I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly. A small breakfast bar was available everyday for your use. Getting around was quite easy. Subway system was helpful. Must buy a IC-succi card to save on Rail transportation. You’ll love a Tokyo’s, the disciplinary these people has is unique. Wish the rest of the world was so polite & kind.
