O quarto é ótimo, muito limpo. Café da manhã também é bom Tem um bar na recepção do hotel que é muito bom também, recomendo o sushi de centolla deles. Mesmo com a música do bar, não faz barulho nos quartos. Certamente ficarei de novo quando retornar a Cudade

O hotel é muito bem localizado, conseguia fazer muita coisa a pé. O quarto parecia maior nas fotos, mas era bem fiel em relação aos móveis, tudo novinho e de otima qualidade. O quarto é bem bonito, banheiro recém reformado e num tamanho bom. O serviço de quarto é de um restaurante japones que fica no térreo do hotel, super recomendo. Ficaria novamente com certeza no 45.

Estacionamiento diminuto, con suerte 10 autos y no aseguran estacionamiento. Llegamos pasada las 12:00, no habia disponibilidad y la solución entregada es estacionar en la calle y llamarte en la madrugada cuando exista disponibilidad.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom a bit tight but well distributed, the location is great and the bar at the first floor was nice. Please check the elevators, they had several problems during the week I stayed there.

The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff was excellent and the room was really clean with the housekeeping staff doing a noticeably exceptional job. The area was safe and convenient to the Metro and there were many good restaurants nearby. As a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend this location.

Café da manhã sensacional! Funcionários são muito solícitos. O quarto sempre esteve muito limpo durante nossos 7 dias de estadia. Um detalhe foi sobre o abastecimento dos vidros de shampoo e sabonete líquido, é nosso terceiro ano de viagem que hospedamos no hotel e não abastecem os vidros de shampoo e sabonete. No demais, voltarei mais vezes no próximo ano.

En realidad una habitación cómoda, con contactos suficientes y entrada a corriente sin necesidad de convertidor, muy buena ubicación. Mi única observación es que su servicio de limpieza no la hace adecuadamente, las mismas manchas en el piso del baño estuvieron ahí durante mi estancia.

We stayed here 2 times (before and after a side trip to Rapa Nui / Easter Island) and were able to leave excess luggage with the hotel while we were travelling between the 1st and 2nd hotel stays. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement.

Hotel location is great - walkable to MUT or to the Costanera Centre, both of which have good shopping and food. Our Suite was clean and comfortable - we noticed the size of standard rooms as we walked down the corridor and they looked cramped; I’d stay here again BUT wouldn’t book anything less than a Suite (which comes with a small sofa/couch). The room was good apart from the bathroom sink which was tiny with a huge tap, so you could wash your hands but it was hard to clean your teeth without spitting toothpaste all over the tap or countertop. Room included a mini-fridge. Breakfast was a simple buffet with limited selection. In hindsight. I should not have paid extra to include the hotel breakfast, but should have eaten out. There’s a place called “brekkie” almost opposite the hotel, or a great gluten-free place called “VOP” about 6 minutes walk away - both were way better value than the hotel breakfast. DO NOT PAY for your room (when you check in) in CLP cash or on a debit card because they add tax - pay when you book through Hotels.com, or at check-in by USD Cash or Credit Card only (not CLP cash or any Debit Card). Just to repeat, we would stay here again BUT in a Suite, and would not pay the extra for breakfast, but would eat elsewhere.

Our 1st night was a bad experience. You are provided with an iPad to control the room. Unfortunately ours did not work which meant the blackout curtain could not be lowered & the air conditioning did not work in the bedroom (booked the penthouse). Informed reception but after several hours they were unable to resolve the problem or move us to another room. We asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. They advised as we booked via hotels.com we would need to contact them. Hotels.com were unable to assist that night. Therefore we had to sleep in a room with significant light & no air. In the morning we asked for an update but they knew nothing of the problems. We left it with them to resolve & went out for the day. Returning in the afternoon nothing had been resolved. Finally the lady at reception intervened & moved us to another room. This was 24 hours after we checked in. However no compensation for the previous night. The remaining 3 nights in the new room was excellent. So this place is good to stay as long as you don’t have any problems as they are useless in solving and understanding the problem

Tiny rooms. You have the choice. Open suitcase or lay on the bed. Ok for a night or two but nothing for a longer stay. Unless you book the suite, I guess. Advertised as 24sqm rooms but barely 14. Apparently it has sound proof windows. I guess that definition can be stretched quite a bit.

They told me that I would get a bottle of prosecco with my stay which I didn’t get (there wasn’t in the room where they said it would be. Also because I didn’t have the paper with my entry to the county they wanted to charge me 19% additional taxes. That is not disclosed anywhere.

We are very pleased with this hotel, great location and very cozy, our room was small but very contemporary and filled our needs; the two queen beds room us bigger. From the time we got to the hotel until our departure, everyone was very helpful and nice. Starting from front desk Adrian, Cristina; and at the restaurant, breakfast was very good and enough options, Jackeline was very kind and super nice. We stayed an extra night and we will come back in a near future for sure.

O Hotel entrega tudo a que se compromete. Nada a reclamar e sim a elogiar. A recepção na pessoa de Bráulio, sensacional!!! Localização perfeita, perto de tudo. Metro, Costanera Center, restaurantes, etc. Retornaria, quantas vezes for possível.

Já estivemos em outros hotéis em Santiago e nada se compara a simpatia dos funcionários do Director. Se tiverem opção, prefiram se hospedar nesse hotel ao invés de outros mais “famosos”. Não irão se arrepender.

Our 1st night was a bad experience. You are provided with an iPad to control the room. Unfortunately ours did not work which meant the blackout curtain could not be lowered & the air conditioning did not work in the bedroom (booked the penthouse). Informed reception but after several hours they were unable to resolve the problem or move us to another room. We asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. They advised as we booked via hotels.com we would need to contact them. Hotels.com were unable to assist that night. Therefore we had to sleep in a room with significant light & no air. In the morning we asked for an update but they knew nothing of the problems. We left it with them to resolve & went out for the day. Returning in the afternoon nothing had been resolved. Finally the lady at reception intervened & moved us to another room. This was 24 hours after we checked in. However no compensation for the previous night. The remaining 3 nights in the new room was excellent. So this place is good to stay as long as you don’t have any problems as they are useless in solving and understanding the problem

Everything was incredible from the moment I arrived. Patricia made me feel immediately at home. The hotel room was clean and the bar in the lobby had phenomenal service and drinks. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I only wish i could have stayed longer. 10/10 :)

Hotel location is great - walkable to MUT or to the Costanera Centre, both of which have good shopping and food. Our Suite was clean and comfortable - we noticed the size of standard rooms as we walked down the corridor and they looked cramped; I’d stay here again BUT wouldn’t book anything less than a Suite (which comes with a small sofa/couch). The room was good apart from the bathroom sink which was tiny with a huge tap, so you could wash your hands but it was hard to clean your teeth without spitting toothpaste all over the tap or countertop. Room included a mini-fridge. Breakfast was a simple buffet with limited selection. In hindsight. I should not have paid extra to include the hotel breakfast, but should have eaten out. There’s a place called “brekkie” almost opposite the hotel, or a great gluten-free place called “VOP” about 6 minutes walk away - both were way better value than the hotel breakfast. Nice, clean hotel :-) VERY friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room is quite small, but it’s brand new and totally clean. So it’s ok. The neighbourhood is safe and close to many restaurants and Santiago’s biggest mall.

We paid to include breakfast, but we shouldn’t have done so - the buffet was very limited and does not cater to allergens and intolerances. Better to get breakfast across the street at Brekkie, or another cafe. Easy walking to nearby malls and shops, and easy to order an Uber to anywhere further afield. Remember to pre-order your Uber if you have a really early flight from SCL.

Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free...

Otima estrutura, atendimento muito bom. Faço uma ressalva apenas que eu paguei diarias com cafe da manhã, mas tive passeio em quase todos os dias e o hotel nao fornece o kit cafe da manhã (apenas pago a usd 7 adicionais)

You get what you pay for. This is a functional hotel with small but clean and well-maintained rooms. The highlight is undoubtedly the location — it would be hard to find a better spot in Santiago. The surroundings are safe, public transport connections are excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. However, the Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. Despite complaining several times at the front desk, the issue was never resolved. As someone very tech-savvy, I can confidently say the problem was not on my end. Reliable connectivity is a must in today’s world. On one occasion, my bathroom was also left uncleaned. These are all fixable issues, and aside from them, my overall experience was positive.
