Hotel moderno, aconchegante, 2 bons restaurantes, ótima vista da cidade e boa academia de ginástica. Boa localização, perto de shopping e metrô. Sugestão de melhoria é que a academia de ginástica tem apenas uma esteira ergométrica, deveria ser colocado MAIS uma ou duas esteiras. A crítica é que foi informado pelo Hotels.com que receberíamos um drink de boas vindas, mas a recepção do hotel informou que não tínhamos direito a essa cortesia e não nos deu o drink.

Hotellet var super fin med god poolrestaurent på 21. Etage. 3 min fra metro som er let at tage. Vi havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, da de beskyldte os for at have forladt en restaurant uden at betale. Da det gik op for dem at det var en fejl kompenserede de dog undskyldende og gav os en gratis middag. Søde og hjælpsomme - vil vælge det hotel igen.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, and the location is incredibly safe and clean. The view from the rooftop is incredible however the restaurant is really overpriced. The only reason I am rating this a 4 out of 5 star instead of the full 5 is for the amenities. The gym is really subpar and we couldn’t use the pool the entire time we were there because the water was incredibly murky/cloudy and the patio furniture was filthy. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the staff know how to properly balance the pool chemicals and they just keep adding more instead of changing the water or troubleshooting their technique. The patio rooftop needs a deep clean badly and the rooftop restaurant/bar - which is open to the public - is glued to the hotel pool so there is zero privacy. It’s unfortunate since it’s one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the amenities.

The hotel is well located with modern finishes but starting to see some wear in the rooms. Pool is nice but limited space to lounge as it is occupied primarily by bar/restaurant. Gym is poorly equipped. Staff were lovely.

This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. Rooftop area has constant beating music and it gets tiresome. And spa is restricted as one must have reservation and limited in time. I understand it’s a small space but hotel guests should get priority and greater flexibility. Staff are great and rooms are super comfortable! Great option to stay at in Las Condes.

Clean, friendly staff and great views on the roof top patio. The saunas are amazing. The hot tube is more of a lukewarm pool. The area where the hotel is, is safe and accessible to many restaurants.

El gimnasio esta bueno, pero siempre muy "abandonado". Ya pedi unas 5 veces que me hospedé alli que pudiesen colocar: 1. Adicionar una banda/faja para caminar. Solo hay una. 2. Cuerda para maquina de musculacion o barra que se acople al cable de acero. Thanks

Salí a las 08:00 y regresé a las 15:30 hrs luego de varias reuniones y mi habitación aun no estaba hecha, tuve que volver a salir hasta las 17:30 para que la hagan

Um horror! O chuveiro tava furado do lado! A água batia na parede! O box não vedav a água correu passou do banheiro foi até a porta e o roupeiro o piso todo sujo imundo o box cheio de mofo o aonde pegava pra abri o chuveiro tava verde saindo pedaço um nojooo! A cuba da pia tava trincada a mesa da pia e mesa da escrivaninha tava destruída toda riscada a porta do frigobar não tinha mais e as outras portas caindo! O ar-condicionado não funcionava fora tava 10 graus e o quarto tava 23! E não me trocaram de quarto falaram que só trocando o chuveiro e a pia e o ar como? Como me colocaram em um quarto sem condições! Hotéis.com não é mais sinônimo de tranquilidade pois que é isso né?

Generally good but the floor was once completely sticky after cleaning, and the facial tissue ran out and wasn’t refilled one day.

Fui obrigado a mudar de quarto 2 vezes, por falta de arrumação do recinto.

Wifi não funcionava direito no meu quarto, pedi um jantar demorou mais de 2 horas para ficar pronto…

The place was very nice and modern, but the Wi-Fi was terrible. It almost takes away everything else that is good (the views, the food, the attention)

The hotel is very well located, steps from the metro station and in a very safe neighborhood. The staff was very nice and easygoing . The rooms very nice, the only problem was the shower, very difficult to calibrate the hot water There is a safe in the room and the hotel is modern and comfortable

Perfeita. Quarto lindo, confortável e limpo. Pessoas atenciosas. A vista do quarto que eu fiquei foi simplesmente impagável.

Convenient and safe. Fuss-free. But room had some issues - tv didn’t work. Bathroom vent very loud. Hotel didn’t have a whole lot of facilities but I didn’t mind. No regrets.

Boa localização, perto de metrô, malls. Estacionamento gratuito. Comércio para refeição rápida próximo, incluindo café da manhã. Quarto amplo. Pontos a melhorar: ficamos em uma “corner suite” e os balckouts não fechavam adequadamente por falta de manutenção, entrando muita luminosidade, visto que recebe o sol da manhã. Frigobar não gelava. Piscina aberta fecha às 18:30 em pleno verão, quando escurece por volta das 22:00.

Shower had no water pressure and barely any hot water.

My advice is dump your bags and come back around 5 pm. Rooms were noisy from a fan running even though we turned the AC off. Our shower head was half functioning with the small shower head pointing towards the corner of the shower which leaked! The breakfast and dining staff are just great and service was excellent, friendly and welcoming The rooftop bar however was the complete opposite and it cannot possibly be run by the same company. The pool looks nice but small and there are far too few loungers for the number of guests. I didn’t try the spa It’s an ok location but probably wouldn’t stay there.

Incrível. Tudo novo, equipe muito gentil. Confortável, vista linda e muito bem localizado. Quarto muito bem equipado com tomadas, USB, controle de luzes, etc. Banheiro espetacular. Única coisa ruim foi a pia ser separada do banheiro.

The corner room blinds do not shut all the way and in the morning the light peeks and wakes you up.

El hotel se ve moderno y agradable, la infrastructura es buena. Tienen un Spa, un rooftop etc... Casi deja pensar que seria una experiencia lujosa hasta si el precio no es muy alto para ser honesto. Sin embargo el servicio fue terrible, esto fue una decepcion grande a exepcion de la chica que nos recibio en el desayuno ambas manana y el senor que nos recibio en el piso PT en la tarde. Fuera de esto, fue terrible. El doorman , uno le pregunta si hay restarantes cerca del hotel donde uno puede ir caminando y nos dice " No podria decirle". Nosotros estabamos en el piso 15 , le explico a recepcion que el internet me funciona perfecto pero en el cuarto no, me sale un mensaje que dice que se debe reiniciar el router. Lo que me terminan diciendo es que como yo y mi esposa tenemos Iphones , eso es el problema. Hoy en dia probablemente al menos la mitad de los viajeros tienen un iphone, asi que no tiene sentido. Mi esposa llama la primera noche a rececpion para preguntar sobre una luz que ilumina el piso del bano (que parece estar fija) y que no logramos apagar por ninguna parte. La recepcionista no dice que se apaga en el contro cerca de la puerta principal. Lo intentamos de nuevo y no se logra, asi que pedimos ayuda. Nos mandan a Mantenimiento y el no tiene ni idea y nos dice que piensa que no se puede apagar. El problema es que la puerta del bano es de vidrio y entonces esta luz en la noche ilumina el cuarto. Se informo el manager y ni dijo "lo siento"

EXIGIRAM UM APROVISIONAMENTO DE TREZENTOS DÓLARES (300,00) U$ EM MEU CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO! Essa medida NÃO É MENCIONADA, NO MOMENTO DA RESERVA. CAMAREIRAS LERDAS e COM MÁ VONTADE DE LIMPAR OS QUARTOS, TROCAR LENÇÓIS E REPOR PAPEL HIGIÊNICO.... UM CAOS ! ESTAVAMOS EM DOIS e só nos FOI ENTREGUE UM CARTÃO MAGNÉTICO para TERMOS ACESSO AO NOSSO APARTAMENTO ..... LAMENTÁVEL ....

Staff that received me was extremely rude when I asked why they charge for an OBLIGATORY deposit fee when I never had other hotels charging me for it unless o wanted them to have a registers card in card in case of additional services within the hotel. I said no, I wasn’t cool with it because they withhold $50 per each day I am on the hotel, that’s taking needed credit from my CC and I had already paid for the hotel reservation in advanced, they gave me no choice or solution. His reply was” it’s a hotel policy, we can’t do anything about, you can go on and telling me not to agree with the fee and nothing is going to change” BEWARE HIDDEN FEES I had to do what they said - so beware that you will need to have enough money or credit to go to this place so they put a credit hold on your card $50 for each day you are staying there. Unfortunately I have an 8 reservation paid for so that $400 I had to set aside for their security deposit. NICE ROOFTOP but very EXPENSIVE and again VERY BAD SERVICE besides that the place is very nice and it has a very good top roof but is very expensive and the service is very bad. I sad in a table an waited for about 20 mins and nobody came to provide service so I left. THE GOOD Some people are actually nice and helpful not all own the staff is bad and they have nice areas to enjoy a drink. Very good for pictures and is situated in a very nice location in Santiago.

0 flexibility from the hotel staff about quite a few things, for instance 140 usd penalty after checking out 40 minutes late after a 12 day stay at the hotel, which only after negotiating I could bring down to 60 usd. Or not getting any lenience when I wanted to cancel 1 of the 12 nights booked (Expedia and the hotel simply blamed each other and said the other party would not allow it) Small annoyances like having to leave an obligatory 450 usd depósit for extra charges which was not valid in any of the restaurants, or surcharges for things like a robe in the spa. restaurant staff was very friendly

The manager of the Sky restaurant provides excellent customer service. The waiters, Peter, Orlando, and the rest of the staff, do an exceptional job. The food is delicious, and the restaurant's location offers a privileged view of the Andes mountain range

Un desastre el trato con el cliente

Me he quedado varias veces en este hotel pero esta es la ultima. Servicio del personal malo, cero servicio al cliente, pedimos comida y no dejaron recibirla . Cero amabilidad y cuando pedimos otra llave para la habitación no nos la querian dar . Me sentí como si me hubieran regalado la estadia y no como si yo la estoy pagando y puedo exigir buen servicio. Lastima porque viajo carias veces al año a Chile y esta es la ultima a este hotel.

Hotel limpo, confortável, bem localizado, com um excelente café da manhã

Bairro nobre Lós Condes, abria a cortina blackout e tinha uma panorâmica da cordilheira dos Andes lotada de neve, área segura, fácil estacionamento, um pouco distante do centro, mas tem metrô em frente, fácil acesso a transfer e transporte de aplicativo, não tem pegadinhas na recepção, fiz reserva pré-paga pela hotéis.com e não cobraram nenhum centavo a mais na chegada, tem depósito de garantia, mas tem devolução expressa no check out, nem chegou constar no meu cartão. Recepção com vários atendentes, bar da cobertura incrível, serviço de massagem grátis, café da manhã um espetáculo, chuveiro ótimo, camas boas, frigobar, cofre, tudo funcionando, limpo, organizado. Restaurante no subsolo incrível. Caro, porém justo. Decoração dos quartos, travesseiros, mobília e tv enorme de excelente qualidade. Elevadores rápidos mesmo em horário de pico como café. Voltaria com certeza. Agradável surpresa.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Convenient to mass transit as well as walkable to Vitacura for great restaurants. All staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful.

Loverly hotel located in a safe neighborhood called Las Condes. Icon Hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but one can easily get there with Metro Red Line. It only takes about 20 mins. SKYCLUB23, Icon Hotel's rooftop bar, was great and our group spent the whole evening there twice!

Great area, safe, quiet, near Parque Arauco with many dinning options, near metro and other shopping mall. Hotel is great, breakfast not included but not too expensive if you choose to eat. Great restaurant at rooftop and one indoor

Hotel maravilhoso, vista incrivel e bem localizado. Cafe da manha incrivel. Servico de arrumação do quarto ruim. Sumiu duas barras de proteina que haviamos deixado na mesa.

Ótimo café da manhã, atendimento da recepção sensacional, excelente localização em Santiago.

Enjoyed the roof top bar and the Italian restaurant

Everything about the hotel was great, apart from the food at breakfast! The breakfast was disgusting - dry, inedible hash browns, salty bacon cooked for far too long, cheap (probably frozen) sausages and the coffee wasn't very good either. It's a shame because everything else about the hotel was perfect, but my stay was really let down by the quality of the breakfast. I repeat - the Hash Browns were LITERALLY inedible. That's simply not acceptable at such a nice hotel. Also the pictures of goodfellas/de niro/joe pesci on the walls in the restaurant makes the place feel tacky and cheap. Get some proper art or just remove those altogether, you find those things in a teenage boys bedroom, not a fancy hotel.

Breakfast buffet was very good, had what you need . Ill improve the coffe dispenser or coffe machine. and bread could be better ...knowing that Chile got a great bread culture.
