The staff were excellent, from restaurant to front desk to the wonderful ladies that kept my room so perfect. The room was beautiful, could use a little more light. I used the bar upstairs, maybe my not knowing but I ate in the dark using my phone light to see. I used the small dipping pool, I only wished, the couch on the pool side was moved to the bar side and a couple of lounge chairs so I could lay out better than just a chair. I also and again not any expectations, a bench somewhere along the outside of the property so I didn't have to sit on the curb to smoke. I totally understand most people don't smoke, but Europeans are more prone and just for future consideration.

Extraordinario lugar, la ubicación es perfecta y tiene bicicletas para conocer la ciudad de una forma muy cómoda. La alberca y la terraza es espectacular y la suite sorprendente.

La habitación asignada tiene un equipo cercano muy ruidoso que nos incomodo y no dejo dormir durante toda la noche, al parecer es la bomba de la alberca, además del ruido de los camiones y vehículos que pasan por la avenida. La habitación en general es linda, sin embargo, observe detalles que no van de acuerdo al concepto que esperabamos del hotel, es decir, tiene un taburete al pie de la cama con manchas de suciedad muy evidentes, las cubre almohadas y el edredon estan demasiado arrugados, pareciera que no los planchan, el piso tiene unas lozetas manchados y le quita elegancia al piso. El piso deck esta flotado y cada paso que das se levantan las piezas y se vuelve inseguro caminar. El agua de la alberca se veía muy turbia. Decidimos alojarnos en el hotel por comentarios recibidos que era un hermoso hotel boutique sin embargo, nos dejo mucho que desear pague $ 4,500 y definitivamente NO los vale. El hotel se encuentra en una zona que a pesar de ser la Hermosa y segura Merida, se ve insegura, esta a un lado de un table dance, zona muy obscura y no cuenta con estacionamiento, tuvimos que dejar nuestro vehículo sobre la calle. Muy inferior a mis expectativas. Hay grandes opciones de pequeños hoteles boutique en el centro de Merida por igual o menor precio y esta vez seleccionamos el hotel equivocado. El evento de Jazz de la noche estuvo agradable.

We like the hotel location and the building in general. The rooms are very nice, clean and with amenities to drink and prepare coffee. Showers work perfectly. We didn’t like that the hotel has no parking, however we left our car on the street and nothing happened to our car.

Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Conveniently located next to a major street and Oxxo. The bartender who took care of both the rooftop bar and Fronto restaurant was kind and the food was quite delicious, especially in comparison to our other meals in Merida. We did have a hard time resting/relaxing: the hotel is small and the music playing at the rooftop bar carried into our room most of the day and late into the night. We had a lazy morning in the room, reading and meditating and unfortunately were interrupted by hammering right outside our window stating around 830am. The bathtub was nice, however if you plan to use the shower, water from the shower head goes everywhere since there is no curtain. Last thing that is not so much on the hotel - but may be useful info for travelers looking to do laundry: I recommend finding your own lavanderia rather than going through the hotel. They set up laundry service for me with a third party, it was very expensive comparatively and the third party returned my clothes still wet. Overall had an ok-above average stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic Service! Comfortable stay. Room was a little dark, the music from the public areas could have been a little lower, but these issues were small in comparison to the first rate service, excellent food, room comfort and completely enjoyable rooftop bar area. Wait staff, front desk and housekeeping are first rate. Free bike usage a real plus.

Stumbling upon Diez Diez Collection on Expedia while searching for hotels in Merida was a very pleasant surprise because this boutique hotel turned out to be a highlight of our visit (we had terrible issues with our stay in Campeche, Campeche). While we saw the photos on Expedia and the hotel's website, it was still very pleasant to see and feel the hotel in person. The architecture and the decor are world class. The food (lunch) at the rooftop bar and plunge pool area was excellent (tacos and sliders). Hotel has its own artisanal beer brand (very good). And the service was overall very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again (if the room rates meet our expectations of price of course). In short, I highly recommend this hotel in Merida (2023).

The design of this hotel is contemporary & tasteful. We loved the look & feel of our room. The breakfast included was very tasty - compliments to the hotel chef and the restaurant staff! The downside was at times the front desk staff would inform us that they were going to get information on dining accommodations & boat tours, but…. we would never hear back from and/or would be given incorrect information. Additionally, we found it odd that from early afternoon till around 11pm, loud music would be blasting throughout the hotel, even though no one was present to hear it…it almost felt like an empty club as times. Still, as mentioned, it’s a tastefully designed space, wonderfully located & we had a good experience all in all.

Lobby, restaurant, bar, and room were first rate. Staff was exceptional. HOWEVER, the constant driving base beat of the dance club music that was playing in all common areas was too much! It was so loud in our room that we could not sleep. When we complained to the staff, they simply responded that they were required to play it so because if was part of the hotel's "concept".

Diez Diez is nicely situated, close to main drag and restaurants. Super great staff. Issa in a he restaurant was amazing. She made an extra effort to connect with guests. Bathroom needs upgrade and the he carpet in the room hasn’t been vacuumed in a while.

Mi esposa y yo coincidimos en que es el mejor hotel al que hemos ido. Es pequeño, acogedor y el diseño arquitectónico es maravilloso. La limpieza es meticulosa y es tal la pulcritud de cada rincón que en verdad se respira en el ambiente un aroma especial. Desde el recibimiento todo es extraordinario, te hacen sentir mejor que en tu casa, pero con la misma confianza. Ter agasajan con pequeños detalles que te cautivan a la llegada. Algo que me encantó es que nadie te escatima nada, al contrario, lo que está en la habitación ( y en el contrato) es para el huésped sin condicionar económicamente nada. De verdad espero que sigan así porque el lugar es una espacio de lujo en el mejor sentido. No es para ir de fiesta, es para relajarse, consentirse y disfrutar confortable lujo.

El hotel esta increible, la atencion de todo el personal es amable y dispuesta a ayudar y dar solucion, todo muy limpio y tranquilo, un muy buen hotel y mejor personal, cerca del Paseo de Montejo y centro Historico, se puede uno mover a pie.

I used the bar upstairs, maybe my not knowing but I ate in the dark using my phone light to see. I used the small dipping pool, I only wished, the couch on the pool side was moved to the bar side and a couple of lounge chairs so I could lay out better than just a chair. I also and again not any expectations, a bench somewhere along the outside of the property so I didn't have to sit on the curb to smoke. I totally understand most people don't smoke, but Europeans are more prone and just for future consideration.
The staff were excellent, from restaurant to front desk to the wonderful ladies that kept my room so perfect. The room was beautiful, could use a little more light. We loved our stay at Diez Diez. The rooms are beautiful and uniquely designed. Perfectly located just across from Paseo Montejo. Our room was a little loud, but they accommodated us to another one that was perfect. Staff is very friendly and made sure our stay was a memorable one.

Todo muy bien la habitaciones son un poco oscuras y el aire acondicionado tarda en calenta. Nos tocó un apagón en toda la península y estuvimos sin luz y agua como 4 horas pero el chico del rooftop nos súper atendía mientras pasaba el aguacero y el apagón!

Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Conveniently located next to a major street and Oxxo. The bartender who took care of both the rooftop bar and Fronto restaurant was kind and the food was quite delicious, especially in comparison to our other meals in Merida. We did have a hard time resting/relaxing: the hotel is small and the music playing at the rooftop bar carried into our room most of the day and late into the night. We had a lazy morning in the room, reading and meditating and unfortunately were interrupted by hammering right outside our window stating around 830am. The bathtub was nice, however if you plan to use the shower, water from the shower head goes everywhere since there is no curtain. Last thing that is not so much on the hotel - but may be useful info for travelers looking to do laundry: I recommend finding your own lavanderia rather than going through the hotel. They set up laundry service for me with a third party, it was very expensive comparatively and the third party returned my clothes still wet. Overall had an ok-above average stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was a little dark, the music from the public areas could have been a little lower, but these issues were small in comparison to the first rate service, excellent food, room comfort and completely enjoyable rooftop bar area. Lobby, restaurant, bar, and room were first rate. Staff was exceptional. HOWEVER, the constant driving base beat of the dance club music that was playing in all common areas was too much! It was so loud in our room that we could not sleep. When we complained to the staff, they simply responded that they were required to play it so because if was part of the hotel's "concept".

The staff were outstanding. Service was excellent. I fell ill during my stay and the staff was very empathetic and assisted my wife in every way possible to keep us comfortable until I was able to travel and return home. Service above and beyond.

En general agradable, el chico que atiende la barra de la alberca tiene un excelente servicio y se preocupa por la comodidad de los huéspedes, un punto negativo que fue que no tuvimos servicio de internet en las habitaciones en nuestra estadía, entendemos que se derivó del apagón general en la zona pero no tuvieron una solución y no se buscó darnos alternativas a pesar de que las áreas comunes si tenían este servicio por lo que no pudimos realizar actividades que requerían de internet de manera cómoda

El SERVICIO, en términos generales muy bien por parte de gente como Aarón, Eduardo y Rudy en la recepción, BAR y RESTAURANTE, sin embargo tuvimos una situación muy incómoda con la gerencia que nos cobraron un Duvet por un daño que en teoría lo hicimos. Nunca antes había estado en una situación similar. Revisando reseñas nos dimos cuenta que a unos huéspedes anteriormente les quisieron cobrar una cafetera.

We stayed at the Diez Diez Collection to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday. From the moment we booked, the hotel staff was super responsive. I wanted to set up a few things in the room beforehand and the hotel staff was happy to help. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome mocktail and provided with an upgrade which was incredibly kind of the staff. The room was large and very comfortable. All of the staff were attentive and kind the entire time. We also ate dinner at the on-site restaurant Fronto - the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Diez Diez and hope to stay there again in the future!

The design of this hotel is contemporary & tasteful. We loved the look & feel of our room. The breakfast included was very tasty - compliments to the hotel chef and the restaurant staff! The downside was at times the front desk staff would inform us that they were going to get information on dining accommodations & boat tours, but…. we would never hear back from and/or would be given incorrect information. Additionally, we found it odd that from early afternoon till around 11pm, loud music would be blasting throughout the hotel, even though no one was present to hear it…it almost felt like an empty club as times. Still, as mentioned, it’s a tastefully designed space, wonderfully located & we had a good experience all in all.

La habitación asignada tiene un equipo cercano muy ruidoso que nos incomodo y no dejo dormir durante toda la noche, al parecer es la bomba de la alberca, además del ruido de los camiones y vehículos que pasan por la avenida. La habitación en general es linda, sin embargo, observe detalles que no van de acuerdo al concepto que esperabamos del hotel, es decir, tiene un taburete al pie de la cama con manchas de suciedad muy evidentes, las cubre almohadas y el edredon estan demasiado arrugados, pareciera que no los planchan, el piso tiene unas lozetas manchados y le quita elegancia al piso. El piso deck esta flotado y cada paso que das se levantan las piezas y se vuelve inseguro caminar. El agua de la alberca se veía muy turbia. Decidimos alojarnos en el hotel por comentarios recibidos que era un hermoso hotel boutique sin embargo, nos dejo mucho que desear pague $ 4,500 y definitivamente NO los vale. El hotel se encuentra en una zona que a pesar de ser la Hermosa y segura Merida, se ve insegura, esta a un lado de un table dance, zona muy obscura y no cuenta con estacionamiento, tuvimos que dejar nuestro vehículo sobre la calle. Muy inferior a mis expectativas. Hay grandes opciones de pequeños hoteles boutique en el centro de Merida por igual o menor precio y esta vez seleccionamos el hotel equivocado. El evento de Jazz de la noche estuvo agradable.

We like the hotel location and the building in general. The rooms are very nice, clean and with amenities to drink and prepare coffee. Showers work perfectly. We didn’t like that the hotel has no parking, however we left our car on the street and nothing happened to our car.

After traveling in many parts of the world for over 35 years, this hotel is one of my top 2, is a hidden gem. The service is amazing and their small restaurant is fantastic. With only 8 rooms and different designs for their suites, 10-10 Collection is a perfect getaway for a couple. Congratulations!

Can’t wait to be back! Diez Diez is a beautiful hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Bar is wonderful to enjoy an evening on the rooftop. Breakfast is delicious and sets a wonderful start to a day of adventure. Highly recommend staying here!
Can’t wait to be back! Diez Diez is a beautiful hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Bar is wonderful to enjoy an evening on the rooftop. Breakfast is delicious and sets a wonderful start to a day of adventure. Highly recommend staying here!

Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Conveniently located next to a major street and Oxxo. The bartender who took care of both the rooftop bar and Fronto restaurant was kind and the food was quite delicious, especially in comparison to our other meals in Merida. We did have a hard time resting/relaxing: the hotel is small and the music playing at the rooftop bar carried into our room most of the day and late into the night. We had a lazy morning in the room, reading and meditating and unfortunately were interrupted by hammering right outside our window stating around 830am. The bathtub was nice, however if you plan to use the shower, water from the shower head goes everywhere since there is no curtain. Last thing that is not so much on the hotel - but may be useful info for travelers looking to do laundry: I recommend finding your own lavanderia rather than going through the hotel. They set up laundry service for me with a third party, it was very expensive comparatively and the third party returned my clothes still wet. Overall had an ok-above average stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Stumbling upon Diez Diez Collection on Expedia while searching for hotels in Merida was a very pleasant surprise because this boutique hotel turned out to be a highlight of our visit (we had terrible issues with our stay in Campeche, Campeche). While we saw the photos on Expedia and the hotel's website, it was still very pleasant to see and feel the hotel in person. The architecture and the decor are world class. The food (lunch) at the rooftop bar and plunge pool area was excellent (tacos and sliders). Hotel has its own artisanal beer brand (very good). And the service was overall very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again (if the room rates meet our expectations of price of course). In short, I highly recommend this hotel in Merida (2023).

En general: Muy bien ubicado y en condiciones generales muy comodo el lugar Lo bueno: El servicio muy bueno La atencion en recepcion en tiempo y forma La alberca y area de bar excelente El restaurante muy buen ambiente El desayuno que ofrecen es limitado pero muy rico, se recomienda todos los alimentos en especial los chilaquiles. La habitacion es comoda, en especial el colchon y los blancos. Lo malo: La cerradura de la puerta fallaba Una cortina de las automatizadas no abria Una lampara fallaba No habia plancha en la habitacion Los articulos personales como jabon, shampoo y crema son rellenables (deberian ser personales y desechables) En resumen buena ubicacion, buen servicio, agradables instalaciones, excelente alimentos y bebidas, pero el costo es elevado en comparacion.

Our favourite hotel in Merida and one of our favourites anywhere. Not a resort like hotel with large facilities, but a beautifully designed boutique hotel with a cool rooftop that includes a small pool dipping pool and a bar. Unfortunately this last time the bar area was under renovation and out of order, but the hotel made it up to us by comping us delicious breakfasts and one lunch by the dipping pool (for my wife). We will be back next time we visit Merida. Gracias Isabel, Elizabeth and staff. (One thing we’d suggest is to add 2 hooks in the shower area to hang towels and running shorts and t-shirts after running in Paseo Montejo - it’d be better use of space).
