Very nice somewhat high end property. Lovely area, not to far from Bend. A number of dining options within a few miles. Very nice loft two bed room unit with balcony. King in loft and two queens downstairs. Spiral stair case. Pool locate just outside. Well appointed kitchen. Two lovely baths. Gas fire place, and ceiling fan Checkin without issue. Directions a little fuzzy. Parking is tight. Thin walls for adjacent condos and pool. Bikes available for each unit. Flat terrain suitable for easy riding. Over all very nice facility. More than we needed but would do well for family or several couples. Beautiful part of the country with access to hiking skiing or city amenities

The only issue we had was parking. The spaces are tight and there was not a handicap space in front of our building. Tha accommodation itself was wonderful.

We had a lovely, comfortable room. The WiFi was spotty, off and on. The parking was limited at times. Landscaping and views were wonderful. The linen exchange was questionable, a fee for clean towels. No housekeeping service during our 4 day visit.

I enjoyed staying at Sunriver. My room was by the river. The stay comes with complementary bike. Staffs are nice and helpful. Place has jacuzzi and fitness center. Pool was closed unfortunately. Only issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable! Otherwise the place is really nice

I called and spoke to someone about the Hot tub, making sure It wasn't working order before I even booked a room I was assured that it was I get there the following day No hot tub I check into my room a dead fly on my sheet. Cassandra was very helpful when I checked out Julie was fairly condescending about the fly and I must not have spoke to somebody with their property about the hot tub And I should probably consider calling corporate again

This was our 4th visit in the last 8 months. The Pines property is very well maintained and managed. I'm frequently amazed at the details they've thought of. Units are updated very nicely, very clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient and accessible. We'll keep coming back as long as they'll let us. :-)

Liked everything and very comfortable and clean, but there was a strong dog smell when you first walk in. And a towel rack upstairs was loose. Thank you!

The king size bed was in the loft. Even though the room had AC it was still too hot for me to sleep in the loft. It was 70 downstairs and 77 in the loft, the AC was set to 70 and it did not go lower. The outside temperatures were in the low to mid 80s. Otherwise the room was beautiful

Nice room and larger than expected but the mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable. The staff said they would bring us a mattress pad but they never did. We won’t stay here again because neither my husband or I got any sleep due to the mattress. I will say though the shower was amazing and large!!

Sunriver is an amazing place. Just waking around the area is fun. There are many amenities and things to do. It is not a hotel, it is truly a resort. The room itself is a little dated with a Murphy bed as the only bed. The bed was a little rickety, but comfortable. All the people that work the front office are very friendly and helpful.

Stay was good, check out and charges have been terrible. The property has charged me twice, for different amounts then what is on my receipt from Hotel.com. I tried to rectify this with the resort upon check out and with Hotels and no one can give me an answer.

Great place except you can’t reach anyone on weekends. Plane was delayed and we were nervous we weren’t going to make it by their eight o’clock check in time. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Luckily made it right before eight. Otherwise wonderful place.

We have stayed at this place before & it has always been a great stay. Lots to do & rooms are always clean, comfy & roomy! Would highly recommend it! Be aware that they strictly abide by the 4pm check in...no early check ins!

I truly believe that this lodge could charge more for the lodging and superior service they provide. Even the cabins are superior in every way. We've stayed in the lodge and in the cabins and had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed the informal drinks reception in the evening. The pub next door was nice as well. The breakfast was light and healthy. The beds were soft and warm. The TV is a bit high for visual and operational, but that was fine. Really enjoyed the huge tub and walk-in shower.

The condo was lovely and well equipped. There were walking paths, and though there is no dining offered there, the walking paths lead to the resort next door that has multiple dining options. I've stayed at the resort and prefer the Pines, although both are nice properties, the Pines offers a w/d and a home experience as opposed to just a nice room.
