we were looking for a room hotel with a pool and this hotel really fits the bill. The pool is fabulous, in addition there was an amazing spa and rooftop restaurant. The rooms are a nice size for Italy and the hotel is enormous. A perfect place for a conference or a convention or a trip with kids.

We really had a great two days at this hotel. Our flight home was unexpectedly cancelled and we had to find a place to stay for six people quickly. This hotel helped to make a stressful situation a bit easier. The facilities and pool were fantastic. We enjoyed the pizza and icecream and the rooms were large and comfortable. The location is a bit inconvenient but the hotel offers a shuttle to thr tourist zone.

Outdoor pool not available and you had to pay to use the spa which was noted on the hotel.com website. There was an 18th birthday party going off until 12:30am which wasn’t helpful and meant we couldn’t explore Rome for long the following day due to lack of sleep. We were told they would give us a spa pass but we had to checkout by 11am and the spa opened at 11am which wasn’t ideal. They upgraded my sister and her family but not us.

Villa Pamphili has had an upgrade and it shows. Lovely pool, breakfast was great, room was spacious and quiet. To get into Rome you probably need a cab, although the hotel run a shuttle bus close to the Vatican for 6.80 euro pp. We walked 30 minutes each day to the tube and used this to get around, - this is only 1.50 euroes per trip.

The hotel is okay, it is quite a ways outside of Rome, so it is a €30 taxi ride into the city each way. Our room was extremely hot 28°C (80°F) and we had to keep the balcony door open the entire time or else we would have sweat to death. The rooms were quite dusty, there were layers on the walls and everywhere when the sun came into the room. The restaurant is actually pretty good, and the pizza is quite good there. Breakfast was also good. The hotel will arrange hotel transport for you for about double what a taxi will charge to bring you from the airport...the company they use for the transportation didn't even end up showing up and left us waiting around at the airport for an hour at 2 in the morning until we just got an Uber. Not really a strike against the hotel as this was a third party transport that they set up for you, but them using a deadbeat transportation service that leaves their customers stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, does kind of reflect poorly on them. We stayed in winter and were only there a short time, so we did not get to experience much of what the hotel has to offer. From the looks of it, this place looks like it caters more towards the summer crowds.

The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff was amazing and helped with every request I had including taxi service (as this hotel is about 15-20mins from the main city center). They helped organize tours and made sure our stay was welcoming. Pool area had lounge chairs and provided towels for guests. They offered food, drinks and gelato available for purchase. The spa was wonderful and had several packages for all types of budgets. My stay here was cozy and I would highly recommend.

Point positif: La piscine était grande et propre. Elle était ouverte de 10h30 à 19h00. Le personnel de la piscine était gentil et serviable. Point négatif: - Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’était pas du tout sympathique. Le buffet ferme à 10h30, mais à 10h15 ils étaient déjà entrain de courir dans tout les sens, quitte à nous mettre mal à l’aise pour que l’on parte plus tôt. - Les femmes de ménages étaient féneantes à mon sens, je n’ai jamais vue un personnel peu soigné qui bâclé autant son travail. Moins elles en faisaient et mieux c’était. Elles tirent la geule dès que l’on demande à ce que notre chambre soit nettoyée. Mais en même temps, nous n’avons pas à avoir honte de le demander, car au prix de l’hôtel, c’est la moindre des choses. - L’accueil à notre arrivé était plus que médiocre. Le personnel de la réception était à l’image du personnel de l’hôtel. Le client est roi mais pas chez eux. C’est plutôt, fais ce que l’on te dit et ne m’embête pas trop. Ils font semblant de ne pas savoir parler français et ne font aucun effort pour répondre à nos question. C’est simple: « nous ne savons pas » « aller vous renseigner ailleurs car on ne sait pas », alors que ce sont des questions sur certains services de l’hôtel, c’est juste choquant, pour la réception d’un hôtel de ce type là, qui a un voiturier et etc… - L’hôtel privilégie les hommes et femmes d’affaires. Certaines zones étaient réservés à leurs réception et etc. On se sentaient rejetés et pris de haut.

Compared to online & social media, the look was not the same. The hotel inside looks worn out. From the carpet on the stairs, the hand rail, the furniture in the lobby, the paint on walls … everything is not pleasing to the eyes. Even inside the double room, the bathroom where the soaps are, had dust around it. In the corners of the shower had dirt. It didn’t feel clean. I’m not sure if it was short staffed for housekeeping, but there were other rooms on my floor where the guests were asking for towels & when they were coming to their specific rooms because it was taking so long. This is a 4 star hotel I believe & it did not feel like I was staying at such a hotel. I would not recommend for the time being but the hotel has great potential to be better. I hope they make improvements down the line.

The pool was awesome and clean. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy. The lunch, supper and snack items were limited. Pizza was very soggy and disappointing for Italy. The toilet in our room wasn’t working properly and needed to be fixed. The shower floors were not very clean the drain was very slow causing overflow.

la struttura è eccellente e dotata di ogni confort, il personale è ben istruito e gentile, unico neo negativo è il rumore in qualche stanza percepito a seguito di condizionatori di aria o impianti vari. This hotel is very nice and spacious with a large lobby. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool or get to the rooftop patio for dinner just because of the short time spent there but the pool looked great. Breakfast selection was great, food was frequent restocked and there was an indoor and outdoor space to eat. The double double room was more spacious than I expected for Europe, it was clean and the patio was nice. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area and there is no sidewalk when going down to the main road but it is still fairly close if you’re going to find food. With regards to exploring they offer a shuttle to the city for sightseeing for 5€ each way. Drop off is still a bit further than expected from Vatican square but better than taxi. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again in the future!

New, modern, great staff, amazing breakfast but (this is a big but ) now AC in April? As someone coming from the US (average weight) I am use to not to sleep with my window open to get cool air into my room. BIG turn down.

The facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel is very nice but the let down is the trouble and stress given to us when we were dining inside their restaurant when my colleague's bag went missing. Her passport was inside the bag including cash, jewellery and her medications. We spent our time almost the whole day in a police station instead of listening to the conference. We missed a lot of things including our luncheon dinner because of getting a police report. It was awful that we all felt not safe staying in this hotel as they don't have CCTV. I had the inclination that one of the waiter took the bag as he was the only one who came near us and took a photo and after that we never seen him again. The Manager has spoken to us through an interpreter and didn't even dare to check their employees; let us booked the taxi and let us bought my colleague's regular medications. They kept reassuring us she can travel back without a passport but i knew she can't because we have been through the British Embassy and we are not member of the EU anymore. They have manipulated us because when we got to the airport on the day of our flights back home-the police rang and confirmed they have got the passport. And to our bewilderment, her set of keys were back too. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all as they ruined our stay. If only they have been helpful and honest and apologised to us and returned the passport straightaway right inside the hotel, then we could have peace of mind.

Wow! My 10-day stay at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma was phenomenal. Talk about first-class hospitality! It kicked off with a smooth airport shuttle, followed by a warm welcome from the front door and reception teams. Our room was pristine, offering a gorgeous pool view, and every single meal at the restaurant was excellent with a fantastic vibe. The entire restaurant staff deserves major applause – especially Sami, Gaia, and Gamma – their service was superb and truly exemplary. They treated us like royalty. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very pleasant and nice ambiance with good pool / spa, however the staff are rude and the food choice was poor. The experience was totally ruined when the server threw my room service all over me, smashed the plates and then claimed that it was somehow my fault. My suit was covered in red wine and my new trainers have had to be professionally cleaned. Management did nothing to rectify the issue and no real apology was given. As a result I left early and went to a much nicer hotel. If you’re looking for mid range budget then stay here, if not go somewhere else.

The location,while convenient for touring, was out of city central which made it calm, relaxing and a quiet respite from the crowds of tourists. The grounds are lovely and spacious. The staff was professional yet warm and personable to interact with. 5 stars all around!

Excellent hotel to be close enough to Rome but also far enough out to have outdoor space and a fantastic outdoor pool. Breakfasts very good. Rooftop terrace dining expensive but a lovely experience. Limited shuttle service despite claims on the hotel website. Nearest bus is also a hilly 15minite walk away so easier to get taxis if here for sightseeing.

Selve hotellet er fantastisk, det er hyggeligt og har nogle flotte værelser. Der er god service og venligt personale! Dog ligger Hotellet ikke sindsygt godt i forhold til byen, man skal gå minimum 20 minutter for at komme ned til byen hvor der er restauranter og cafeer. Desuden er hotellets egen tagterrasse restaurant ikke besøget værd, maden og drikkevarerne er meget dyre i forhold til hvad det er, resturanten forsøger at være enormt fornem men rammer helt ved siden af i forhold til kvalitet og pris. Dog har hotellet en dejlig pool og en god morgenmad.

Given the cost to stay at the Hotel Villa Pamphili, we were expecting much more. While the pool area looked lovely, we didn't have a chance to enjoy this. Our room overlooked a parking lot and the AC would not go lower than 22 degrees. The room was average, but nothing special. While a shuttle is offered for 5 EUR per person, the hours of operation were not great, so we needed to take taxis everywhere., The buffet breakfast, however, was very good. We have no real complaints, but it was not what we expected for the price to stay here.

Good and well kept a resort. It's a little too far from all the site's. I had to take taxi there and back with every sightseeing trips. Awesome buffet style breakfast (was included with our stay), two espresso/capuchino machines to make your favorite cup of coffee. Have to pay for dinner, but reasonable price. Restaurant are very clean, another restaurant/bar on top deck, nice area with a view to eat and have few drinks. Front deck staff was Very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me with booking tours.

Lovely stay and the staff and team were very supportive. Whilst it's a little way out of the city centre, it's easily doable and the shuttles are good (also means you get a lot more space than a crowded city centre hotel). Only complain is that our air conditioning unit rattled a LOT!! And did compromise our sleep each night... I did as for maintenance to fix but never heard back... Other than that a good hotel and good value for money

Great hotel, the rooftop restaurant has great ambience but make sure you reserve. The staff was great and the pool pizza was amazing! The buffet breakfast was amazing and they have someone making cappuccinos and espressos which was great. The staff was super helpful and assured us with all our questions. Highly recommend.

Rigtig mange mennesker. Kaotisk morgenmad. Ikke så rent og lugten i dele af restauranten var ikke god. Personale gjorde hvad de kunne med smil. Memberklub var en skidt ordning og dumt at nogle gæster forfordeles.

Very nice hotel, well kept, Balcony needs refreshing and paint. Otherwise hotel is very well planned and decorated with great fixtures. Restaurant was decent but the food was served luke warm and Needed to be re heated. The staff were great.

The swimming pool was fantastic but get down there early as the beds get taken quickly. The pool bar only has one barman so the queue is very long. Breakfast is great

They did not honour the drink tickets provided by Expedia, and did not provide an explanation. Further, when my chicken was raw, the only thing they refunded was that.

Wonderful place to stay. It was the best breakfast bufffet of our Italy vacation. Has a great restaurant downstairs. Room is everything you want. It’s all very convenient - highly recommend!

We chose this restaurant because of the advertised rooftop terrace restaurant but it was not accessible during our stay due to a conference that was being held. Very disappointing. The food menu was limited also

This property is amazing and gives you a chance to relax and enjoy amenities like the spa , and pool . It gives guest some versatility of their vacation as most people will travel to the city for sightseeing and tours . Feels great coming back to a hotel that is spacious , clean and relaxing . The restaurants and bars are great , however the lowest level restaurants at night needs improvement as they appear to be understaffed and were in capable of providing good service to everyone as they were so busy . The rooftop restaurant is amazing. The pool is gorgeous and the spa was and absolute Joy!

The pool was awesome and clean. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy. The lunch, supper and snack items were limited. Pizza was very soggy and disappointing for Italy. The toilet in our room wasn’t working properly and needed to be fixed. The shower floors were not very clean the drain was very slow causing overflow.
