Mr. My Resort is a small property, I gather of only a few rooms, tucked away in a quiet street a short walk from central Florence. It is clearly very old and the decor benefits from what were obviously frescoes from an earlier time. Our room was reasonably spacious, with a high ceiling with attractive panelling. The room benefitted from air conditioning & had a small fridge and this was stocked with water every day by Lorenzo who was always on hand to assist. The door at the rear of the room gave access to a lovely central, part covered, area which had chairs and tables for the use of visitors and we chose to have our breakfast here. The property's central location allowed us easy access to the transport network with both the railway station and the bus station being within reasonable walking distance and through which we were able to explore the wider Tuscany region. We found our stay at this property comfortable and a welcome refuge from the hustle and bustle of central Florence nearby. We visited in August and it was incredibly hot but nonetheless our stay was very enjoyable and if you choose to visit Florence I'd recommend Mr. My Resort.
