Hotel posto a 5 minuti dalla stazione , e sotto lo stesso passa il tram il che non è poco , quindi positivo , l unica nota stonata è stata il parcheggio interno a pagamento , ma vedendo in giro altri alberghi , siamo in linea in quanto tutti sono a pagamento. Ragazzi 20€ a notte per posteggiare la macchna dentro sono tanti per chi vorrebbe rimanere più giorni . Per il resto nulla da dire sulla gentilezza del personale.

Had a six night stay at the hotel. Staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. There is no on site restaurant or lounge but the buffet breakfast is nice. About an 8 minute walk to train station; 15-20 minutes to many main attractions. Limited dining options in the area but for a sushi restaurant across the street. Other than that you have a little walk and if willing there is no shortage of many nice places ranging from fine dining to very casual. I would stay here again in the future.

The property is very clean and felt safe with gated parking behind the hotel. It looks recently updated with very comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great if arriving by train or tram but parking is behind the hotel and not obvious how to arrive initially and cost 27 EUR per night and better to know in advance to ask for the address of parking.

Perfect location near the train station and a short walk to Duomo, Ufizzi Gallery etc. Staff is EXCELLENT!! Very friendly and accommodating.Modern room with everything needed for a short stay; shower was awesome.Parking onsite and outside of ZTL Zone.

Excellent Hotel. Has cold A/C! Walking distance from train station. Fabulous food nearby. Grest breakfast. Only thing missing is a bar for drinks. Other that fanatastic!

Staff was friendly and helpful however I stayed in room 123 the bath tub was small a narrow and could easily sleep and fall also scratches on bottom of tub . The room could use a good cleaning found plenty of dust around especially underneath the bed hasn't been cleaned in a while the hotel property is close to the main train station luckily far enough away from the typical characters looking to steal something. The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good make sure you arrive early so everything is hot .. I arrived at 9:15am eggs and other stuff were cold. The room could use a good cleaning however I would probably stay there again because for the price for one night was worth it

Room was very clean and the hotel was great, very quiet and warm. I wasn't a fan of the location. It's a bit outside of the main historic area of Florence and a bit of a walk through a sketchy patch of Florence.

When I first arrived to the room, bathroom had mold. No one cared to come clean it. The “king bed” is two twin beds that kept separating and creating a space in between beds. There are no wall plugs near the bed to charge the phone They need to upgrade on this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, our room was well-appointed and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities in the lobby, such as coffee/tea machine and vending for water and snacks. Breakfast buffet offers lots of options. The location is good, close enough to walk to SMN train station (10 mins), but far away enough that it is quiet and safe.

The worst hotel in FLORENCE! I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and I don’t know what happened!!! The bathtub was clogged! We asked to come and fix it twice and both times they said “it’s fixed” and nothing!!! The room was dirty when we arrived. A total mess! Please avoid this hotel for your own good! Also the noise! The walls are made of paper, you can hear the neighbors moving around even farting 🙄 the worst experience of my life!

Hotel was great with exception of paper thin walls. Neighbors on the left kept us awake and when they finally went to sleep the neighbors on the right woke us up and kept us up. Would not have been a big deal but had to be out by 6:00 am for a train/flight.

The hotel is very close to the train station away from the city center. The service and food selection for breakfast was very good the front the desk staff are very helpful. Now about the room. The bathrooms are beyond horrible they put a 2x2 shower stall in the middle of the bathroom the design is just awful. I guess you get what you pay for. I will not stay here ever again

It is a very convenient hotel for the sites and the station. It is a bit too close to the station which can make it noisy. The double glazing was good but the air conditioning not so good. So it was either too hot or too loud!

Veldig kjekt hotel. Det eneste vi kunne klage på var bråk fra jernbanen som gjorde at hele hotellet ristet. Ca 10 min gange fra jernbanestasjonen, motsatt vei fra sentrum av byen.

Staff were the kindest we have met in Italy. Wonderful customer service. Helped me to deal with telephone calls to my medical insurance company and trip to hospital emergency-very much appreciated especially during a difficult time after a fall elsewhere. Breakfast had everything you could want. Close to Centrale train station. Rooms quiet and roomy and beds comfortable. Nothing over the top fancy but everything you could need it provided.

Nice hotel, very clean and it looked like it has been recently renovated. The best element of it was the fantastic service from the front desk staff. They helped us out several times. It's close to the train and bus stations, and about a 20-minute walk to central Florence and all of its attractions. We had a great stay.

they failed to fix a broken toilet in our room after 4 separate requests.. They said it was inconvenient for them to call a plumber on the weekend. They said they would issue us a partial refund, which we agreed to. They never sent a refund. They had us change rooms and told us it was an upgrade. It was not. Same as our first room. In addition to terrible service and lying about the refund, they are in a bad neighborhood well out of the city center and right on major railroad line which made it very noisy

Hotel was clean, and friendly staff. The issue we had is that we are walkers, and once you get past the train station, the streets completely empty out for the remaining two or three blocks. At night it was not a great feeling to be walking alone.

The hotel was well located, comfortably walking distance from the main train station and even closer to the nearest tram stop, which was a short ride from the airport. The hotel is located in a quiet area on the other side of the train station to the town centre but we were still able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were friendly and opinionated in a good way, and our room was spacious and very clean. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel and the staff were great. Very close to the main train station and that was a plus but there are not many dining options by the hotel and you need to walk at least 10 minutes to find a place to eat Room was fine but small. Other than offering a breakfast, there is no other amenities we found. Thermostat was confusing to use. It was affordable and would stay again if in the area.

I had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci. There was a complimentary coffee/tea station in the lobby and chairs for me to sit outside near the fountain. It was an 8 min walk to the main train station, which was very convenient. I found a Conad grocery store and a very good steakhouse. The area was very quiet, but not too far from the main attractions.
