Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center

I can’t say much considering i had only spent one night here.. however, the one night being spent was amazing! Very accommodating, me and my husband stood at the bar downstairs for about an hour and the bartender was super nice. When we got upstairs to the room it was extremely clean.. bathroom was very modern and overall i just felt relaxed. Beds are amazing! I’m not too familiar with the area I didn’t go walking around very much but I will say upon arrival I felt very safe walking in and felt taken care of.. I would definitely stay here again. (The receptionist also mentioned the rooms are recently renovated!)

We switch hotels halfway through our stay to have a different (part French / part American) experience while in Paris. The staff was exceptional — from the front desk to the bar attendant to the Executive Lounge staff where the breakfast was great every morning…just like the other reviews said. The only reason our stay didn’t get a perfect 5-star rating is because we had a Heating/AC adjustment issue and the best they could do for us was to bring in a fan, which worked but wasn’t ideal.

This hotel truly impressed me with its size and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and stylish, setting the tone from the moment you walk in. A highlight is their daily Happy Hour starting at 5 PM, offering excellent discounts on drinks and wine—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Breakfast is served buffet-style on the 3rd floor and it doesn’t disappoint. The spread is generous, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit every palate. The rooms are another win—large, spotlessly clean, and equipped with powerful AC for a comfortable rest. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout and attention to detail. Location-wise, this hotel is a gem. It’s in a well-connected area with easy access to metro and train lines, making it a breeze to explore the city. Even better, it’s slightly removed from the usual tourist crowds, so you can enjoy a more authentic local vibe. The neighborhood is full of charm, with cozy bakeries, great restaurants, bars, and shops just steps away. All in all, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, value, and local flavor. I’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this property in 2008 and again a few days ago. I love its location to the train station. I was disappointed there was no concierge on staff any longer.

Very clean room, great staff, great location

La estancia por 4 días fue cómoda y el personal atento. La excepción es que un día me dejaron de hacer la limpieza. De todas formas lo recomendaría y me quedaría en el lugar por el espacio de sus habitaciones y el manejo moderno de administración del Hotel.

The heater in my room didn’t work properly for a day and someone had to fix it even after which it wasn’t exactly the best 2. Location is far from everything and the neighborhood is quite secluded but works well if that’s what you’re looking for. RER is a ten minute walk 3. The bathroom has a sink and tub in one room and a very small cupboard like room has the commode separately, if you’re claustrophobic this is not suitable for you. Also I think it’s good hygiene to have a sink and commode in one place. 4. The breakfast place has low capacity so you may have to wait in long lines if you reach towards the far end of the breakfast timings.

Cuando llegue a la propiedad, no hubo quien me ayudara con las maletas, traía varias maletas y una persona en silla de ruedas, y la persona de la recepción sólo se limitó a decir, ay disculpe, eso no ayuda en nada, en los días posteriores, la limpieza de las habitaciones dejó mucho que desear dado que las toallas no se las llevaban, y no me dejaban toallas limpias, no rellenaban los jabones ni las cremas

It is in a nice area. Their breakfast buffet is supper. Somehow renovated but their toilets do not have a wash basin, to wash your hands you have to go to another room. They also did not have any ventilation in the toilets which made them a little smelly.

Rooms were clean and comfortable as you’d expect a Marriott to be. Shower set up however could have been better thought out. Half walls vs full door - If you didn’t stand just right, water would go all over the floor outside the shower

Ich reiste mit meinen betagten Eltern von der Schweiz nach Pris. Vor der Buchung hatte ich um einen frühen Check-in gebeten. Wir kamen gegen 12:30 Uhr an. Der Check-in-Mitarbeiter (Herr Martin) war unhöflich und erlaubte mir keinen frühen Check-in. Er meinte, dass kein Zimmer frei sei (ich hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht). Er hat mich angelogen. Wir warteten in der Hotellobby. Nach 5–10 Minuten ging ich zum anderen Schalter und die Person wies mir ein Zimmer zu (bitte beachten Sie, dass ich Platinum-Mitglied bei Marriott bin) und sagte, das Zimmer sei verfügbar. Ich mag solche Leute nicht und Martin ist definitiv einer von ihnen. Das Zimmer war super. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber ich habe beim Check-in eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht.

Terrible service . Rooms not checked for air and heat thermostats, fridge not replaced which was not working trill the last night , charges to my credit card totally messed up from check in to check out . Returned to this property after 8 years. Will not come back . My son’s room TV did not work inspite of repeated requests to fix. Why are the rooms not checked out before assigning to guests . No compensation received inspite of a request.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful, hotel manager went out of his way to help us with a medical issue. Desk clerks were also extremely helpful with our addressing the medical problem.

Excelente la relación calidad-precio para un hotel en Paris. El tamaño me sorprendió (bastante espacio). El servicio top, y la limpieza también ideal. Si bien no está exactamente a unos pasos caminando de las principales atracciones, es Paris, y como tal solo es cuestión de tomar el metro (hay 2 estaciones de la línea 6 a 5 minutos caminando) y en poco tiempo ya estás en cualquier punto de la ciudad. Volveré sin duda

Personale cortese, la camera al 17° piano era fredda. Il riscaldamento non funzionava. La colazione abbastanza limitata nella scela per vegetariani e con intolleranza al lattosio

Das Hotel ist echt super. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Marriott Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
