Great location. Spacious especially compared to the hotel by China town that was three times more expensive.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our vacation in London! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, approachable, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. After spending the whole day exploring London, it was the perfect place to relax and rest. We also loved the hotel's ambiance—it was cozy, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. The hotel is conveniently close to many of London's famous tourist attractions, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our vacation so memorable. We truly appreciated your warm hospitality. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit London, and we won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to our family, friends, and anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Air conditioning in room was great and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Perfectly fine hotel at reasonable prices with a good location.

The room was just beds. Shower had water dripping from ceiling when we used it. No space to move around in the room even though we booked a quad for family. Not recommended for families. No iron in the room. Very very basic.
