Lovely little boutique in a perfect spot! Staff were so pleasant and welcoming. Queen rooms are small, but gorgeous decor, immaculately clean and zero noise. Would recommend!

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed and great value for the excellent location in a nice part of central London. However, it should be made much clearer that a few of the 'Queen' bedrooms are in the basement with no windows at all! As was ours and no other room was available when I complained. We were kindly offered free breakfast which was good but to be frank we would not have chosen to stay if we had known we would be entombed.
