Excellent location to centre. Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and a decent breakfast. On site parking available.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Die Parkgarage ist mit €19.- pro Nacht zwar ein wenig teuer aber man hat einen überdachten Parkplatz. Durch den Fussgänger-Tunnel erreicht man in 5 Minuten die Altstadt und mit dem Bus in ebenfalls 5 Minuten das Konzert im "Marmorsaal". Alles bestens! Was will man mehr? Salzburg allerdings ist eine deutlich überteuerte Stadt, in Wien kriegt man mehr für sein Geld. Hr. Mozart lässt grüssen! Und dies obwohl sein Grab ja eben gerade in Wien und gar nicht in Salzburg ist....

Good location and nice to have parking. Some of the staff was awesome - some efficient but not overly friendly. Rooms were meh…. Our first room shower leaked like crazy and we moved to the end of the hall which was better. Easy access to public transportation and the Altstadt. I was not overly impressed with the property.

Very nice modern hotel with quiet rooms and in a great location within walking distance to shopping and dining. Staff was friendly and we had easy access to parking.

Parking was an issue. They have limited hotel garage spaces. Had to move our car several times (street parking, if you can find it) - we were there for one night. Breakfast was fair (not worth the additional cost), hotel could use updates, staff was great. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Neuer Frühstücksraum ist sehr gut gelungen. Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen auch stark verbessert. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Einzig, das man mich in das volle Parkhaus schickt, war etwas mühsam. Man sollte vorher wissen, dass es besetzt ist!

Très bon hôtel, bien situé (un tunnel de 100m est franchir et vous êtes dans le vieille ville). Accueil vraiment très sympathique et en français. Petits-déjeuners très bons et complets. Certaines places de parking sont un peu étroites mais ça va. Encore merci pour l'accueil que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

The hotel is in a very good location close to the old town. The rooms were very clean. Only minor downside....only one limited English speaking TV channel.

Lage ist super, die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Parkgarage gleich nebenan; somit für einen City-Trip auch wegen dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Die Sauberkeit hat aus unserer Sicht vor allem im Bad etwas zu wünschen gelassen, sonst hat alles gepasst.

Zeer ruime kamer tegen goede prijs. Aandachtspuntje: Douche stang was stuk. Prima bedden.

The room was not cleaned. There was someone's underwear (!) on the floor in the room. The toilet seat was with old pee stains. The next morning we also discovered that the shower walls were covered with hair and there were old used band-aids on upper shower fixture. At the check out we reported the conditioned of the room to the reception and we were offered another room in the backyard building. However, the toilet seat in the other room also had old pee stains. According to the manager it is impossible to remove pee stains (!), but at least he removed someone's underwear from the room. Also the door lock of the toilet did work - and it looks like the stuck latch was there long before us. Horrible experience. By the way, the new name of the hotel is Leonardo.

Leonardo Salzburg City Center is conveniently situated a five minute walk away from the heart of the tourism sites. The hotel is very clean. The staff is attentive. The buffet is good. There are some nicer restaurants in the opposite direction from the tunnel to the city. Also we were able to catch the bus right in front of the hotel, even to get to the airport at the end of our stay which was very convenient too.

Air conditioner needs to be colder

The hotel room is larger than many European hotels at this price range. The staffs at the desk are very nice and helpful. The hotel locates on a quiet street, and is within walking distance to old town, and

This hotel is an easy walk from the Old City through the Sigmundstor (tunnel). There are also several bus lines that stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and (at least if you have a room facing towards the back of the hotel) quiet, and is a good value compared to some other hotels I looked at in Salzburg. We had a one-bedroom suite on the top floor, which was super spacious and comfortable, and featured a fridge, microwave, and even an extra toilet. Worth reserving that, if available, but I suspect the mini-suite is also very nice. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff was nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff and excellent location near old town. The 24 hour bar service was a welcomed reprieve after all-day sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable but a bit warm, even for September. The price can't be beat, especially if you consider the convenience.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel except one thing, the air conditioning did not work in our room so the first night we were very warm and did not sleep well. We did contact front desk and were told that since it was cool outside all systems for the hotel were on heat only. Well this is fine if it is cold inside but it was not and there was not any air circulation in the room either. We attempted to sleep with window open but street noise prevented us sleeping. The front desk staff did offer to move us the following morning for our second night and did make some concessions on payment which was positive. We just think for a mid range hotel you should be able to have air temp allowing sleep at any season. Maryana at front desk was very helpful in trying to assist us. Location is convenient and area walkable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurants near by.

Room was hot - but most hotels in Europe are warm to hot

This is an excellently situated hotel with friendly staff and nice, big rooms. My only complaint is the AC didn’t work properly which would make it quite uncomfortable in Summer

Good location and friendly staff. The hotel was fine for what we needed, comfortable bed, safe, clean bathroom etc, nothing fancy, but did the job. However, the air in the room on the days when it was warm didn’t work and it was so hot and stuffy at night. I also heard other customers say the same to reception and were told that the whole hotel was controlled centrally. It was fine when it cooled off, but annoying not to be able to control the temperature when it was warm. The in room coffee was awful, only dispensed tiny shots and tasted terrible. I didn’t like that the bathroom handwash was Hair/Shower Gel (same as the shower) - would have preferred actual soap. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good with lots of options, our family who did eat there said it was good.

Overall, a very decent place. Staff were very helpful and professional, going out of their way to help. My only concern is the noise level outside our window. I think because we had a room facing the main street, it was quite loud there, even late into the night and I am a very light sleeper. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Salzburg.

One of the worst properties we have stayed at. The staff are rude and unhelpful, from check-in, dining and even cleaning staff are very rude and do not care about general manners or hospitality in general. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I'm baffled. The rooms are so uncomfortable: you have no temperature control so the room is boiling at whatever temp the staff decide and you only have a small 2 inch gap all the top of the window to TRY to cool the room down at all and i get cold easily and it was way too hot for me to the point of feeling sick. Oh and that 2 inch gap in the window offers you a lovely surround sound of the road construction that starts at anywhere between 3-5AM, so you will be awake early. There is no where to put your things in the bathroom or shower. Lighting was out in the room, i didn't bother to even ask after having other things repaired. The shower was missing a lip on the door so water got every where and we had to ask for them to fix it. Outlets in the bathroom didn't work, on top of the lighting so getting ready can be difficult. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, most of it is just not cooked well so just stick to the cold food they have. Cleaning staff did a poor job, so we requested no service after day 2. Issue after issue (I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot) the management did nothing to try to eleveate or even give a partial refund, they offered 2 free sodas which we declined.

Reception staff very attentive and friendly. Location excellent. There were roadworks outside hotel - not hotel fault, but I'm sure will only improve surroundings.

1,000,000 statrs wouldn't give this place justice. Ive been to many hotels throughout the world, and especially in Europe, and this was the greatest hotel staff I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, due to my irresponsibility, I'd left my phone charger at my previous hotel, but the staff was super generous in letting me borrow a phone charger and telling me what store to go to to get a new charging cord. The last night I was at the hotel, and at this time, I was able to find a new permanent cord to charge my phone, I ordered a beer at the bar, and a young lady at the desk, who couldn't have been older thst 25 talked to me for a long time, and we commented about out political views in our countries, and her home country, and we agreed on everything. She was such a sweet young lady, and I hope this hotel keeps her employed as long as she wants to work there. The room was clean, and warm, as I was there in early October, when the weather was in the 50's in fahrenheit with rain. The hotel is a very short walk to the city center, and on bus line 1, it's a 20 minute ride to the train station.

Great hotel with fantastic location. Staff is super nice and they all speak very good English. Maryna Rabchevska Was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay superb for us and the kids. Highly recommended if you are looking for a safe convenient location right close to all the attractions.

Aziz at the reception was the highlight of our trip. What a lovwly gentleman! So sweet and full of life, trying to cheer up my kids and very helpful. The room was great and clean, only the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast had a lovely spread, the only 2 things I can fault are the coffee had no taste whatsoever and the veg and non-veg options were not separated which I wasn't comfortable with as I dont eat pork. But other than that, the hotel was excellent, location was so apt, everything was walking distance, so easily accessible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great walkable location! Walk to tourist area of Salzburg in 5 minutes. Fun to walk through the pedestrian mountain tunnel that exits at the horse bath.

The bed was quite comfortable. Within walking distance of Old Town and also has a public transportation stop right across the street. Not a lot of dining around the hotel but lots of options in Old Town.

Location location location. The price was good for this spot and we were easily able to walk to the old town and enjoy all Salzburg has to offer. Fantastic choice.

We are repetitive customers, we love this hotel, the location, the breakfast, the rooms, the staff, everything. The rooms are comfortable, and they offer kettle what is a big plus for us.

The place is in the thick of it. The staff was great. Great A/C (hard to find in Europe) and the breakfast was super. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Alt var veldig bra, bortsett fra et par forhold; Madrassen var for har og putene også. Hadde forventet bedre i en junior suite. Begrenset kapasitet under frokostservering, spesielt kl 09:00
