The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!

The hotel staff were excellent. Everyone was always smiling and made us feel very welcome. Our return flight was late at night on the last day, and they kindly let us use the shower, which we really appreciated.
