David and staff were amazing. Always happy to oblige without having to ask. The room was good, clean and so was the bathroom. Gr8 shower. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and fresh. The boys from Skybar - especially Joestarm were friendly. Cannot fault anything. Shuttle could be more available instead of set/specific times.

Positiv ist das Personal, sehr freundlich und immer für ein Gespräch da, auch sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse. Die Lage natürlich auch. Zentral und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Negativ hier das Zimmer, Bettwäsche war dreckig, Safe funktionierte nicht da keine Batterien eingelegt, keine Regenschirme vorhanden, TV funktionierte auch nicht, Dusche ohne Ablage (wahrscheinlich abgebrochen, da die Löcher noch vorhanden waren), die Duschtür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, Toilette viel zu nahe an Wand und Dusche gebaut... Für Europäer ist da kaum Platz. Schminkspiegel hielt nur noch am Dübel. Frühstück eine Katastrophe, kaum Auswahl und alte lapprige Wurst. Keinen einzigen Cent oder Dong wert. Dachterrasse wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen... Insgesamt mittelmäßiges Hotel, für paar Nächte OK und wir haben es als Ausgangspunkt für Sapa, ha Long ect genutzt. Für längere Zeit nicht zu empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal und exzellente Lage. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel immer wieder bevorzugen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Hôtel très confortable et bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoi mais chambres au calme. Chambre confortable, propres et bien équipé. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être surclassé. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet et infrastructures propres. Personnel très sympathique, prêt à rendre service et renseigner. Staff were helpful facility condition and room as expected. Cleanliness was disappointing although this was raised with senior management who were very quick to act on these issues and have already changed their system to improve these issues. I was advised they will refurb in the first quarter of this year, hence I would expect a much refreshed fabric, continued attentive staff and vastly improved cleaning processes.

Hotel in guter Lage, Empfang beim Check in sehr gut, Tee und ein Gebäck mit feuchten Handtüchern erhalten. Beim Check Out noch ein kleines Geschenk erhalten. Personal wirklich klasse. Nice hotel in a decent location in Old quarter Hanoi. The service was excellent, but the building is a little dated, which shows in the finish in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean, the rainfall shower good too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is incredible value for money, however i expected more given the very high rating on Hotels.com

This was the most comfortable hotel stay I have ever had! The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We booked a standard room and decided to upgrade to the jr suite, it was worth it! So spacious. Highly recommend booking the jr suite. The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. We stayed in 3 different hotels in Hanoi and this was our favourite by far!

Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking a cruise in ha long bay. She was great. It was our first time in Vietnam and within the short time of our arrival we already loved it and knew we’d be back.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many things, our room was beautiful large and spacious. The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went up to Halong Bay for our overnight cruise so we didn’t have to take everything with us. Highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay in La Nueva, really well places for walks to Old Quarter but for the service… wow, blown away. Super accommodating from start to finish, we are also celebrating my dad’s birthday which we didn’t tell the staff and they surprised my dad with a cake and greeting. Spa was exceptional and as the last thing. Our flight was at 7am in the morning and they organised transport and takeaway breakfast for us. What an amazing experience and can not recommend this place enough. When we come back best believe we’re coming back to La Nueva. Thank you!!

David was the 1st person to greet us upon arrival. He committed his time, to the extent he helped with our eSim. Everyone was incredibly kind friendly welcoming and professional, thank you. Room was clean so was the bathroom and the facilities were plentiful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, plenty and gr8 variety. Airport shuttle was extra but clean n comfort. Bar staff were also cool, especially Joestar. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay.

Our stay at La Nueva was exceptional! The entire staff made our stay, from greeting us outside the front door when we arrived to tea and snacks as we checked in. Friendly, so helpful and kind, and extremely accommodating! The food was excellent and the Sky Bar was beautiful. The wait staff felt like friends. The property was lovely and the rooms were just the right size plus had a great bathroom and shower. They arranged cars for us, had my son’s suit dry cleaned in a day, and even packed a breakfast for an early morning flight. Have never had such incredible service at a hotel and could tell they loved their jobs and working with guests from all over the world. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and look forward to going back someday. Thank you Jimmy and everyone there for making the trip for our son’s wedding practically perfect!

The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was great and we had a wonderful stay! We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. The beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast spread was good and the pho was delicious. The Estrella Sky Bar was cozy and offered good prices during happy hours. The staff were amazing going extra miles to please us. I shall return when I visit Hanoi in future.
