We loved this hotel and so pleased we reserved the king bed with separate seating area — what a lovely spot! The bed could not have been more comfortable and the room spacious and well appointed. We also loved the rooftop bar and patios. The old town location is great. The wonderful setting aside, what really stood out for us was the fantastic staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jess, the woman who checked us in and checked on us throughout our stay was fabulous. I also have to commend the Travel Desk manager, Lucy, who was so helpful and responsive to any question or request we had well before we even arrived. All in all, we loved this property and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a wonderful selection of authentic cuisine and western options. It was fun having a fresh banh mi for breakfast. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and staff were extremely helpful and quick when required. We loved every bit of it.
