We had an absolutely lovely stay at Le Siesta Premium Hang Be. The hotel is a charming oasis of calm and old world charm, located in the old quarter of Hanoi. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful Linh Pham who did everything possible to make our stay fantastic. Our room (the penhouse suite) was very nice. Breakfast was great - in the hotel restaurant which is very charming and has a great view, and the rooftop bar has an amazing view of the city and sunset and a great happy hour. I enjoyed a lovel afternoon in the hotel spa, a little more expensive than the street spas but absolutely worth it. Overall we highly recommend this lovely property!

Located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, La Siesta Premium Hang Be is surrounded by all the hustle and bustle! Plenty of shops, restaurants, street vendors and is within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The location is definitely a winning feature of the hotel. Check-in was easy with a greeting of a welcome drink and fresh fruit! La Siesta Premium Hang Be’s lobby/lounge area is definitely a vibe … ornate, dark and moody! The sitting area out front was comfortable and wonderful. Our room was clean being perfect for two, however the shower and toilet area was very small. The rocking chair, half balcony and walk-in closet/luggage area were awesome features of the room! The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear those above you from time to time and noises from the outside. The breakfast selections were mediocre. The rooftop views and facilities were stunning! Service at the bar was great! All the staff here at Hang Be were phenomenal - especially big kudos to Ruby who provided stellar service and left us a kind welcome note in our room! We appreciated Ruby’s fast replies on Whatsapp and her great friendly smile! Would recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be - the staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We enjoyed visiting the spa multiple times, as well as the roof deck where the food and the views were unparalleled. They helped with arranging transportation for us to the airport and even grabbed us coffees to go when our flight times changed and we had to leave immediately (Thank you Quan!). Definitely one of our favorite stays in Vietnam.

Amazing service and 5-star decor and vibe. A few negatives were the occassional sewer gas odor in lobby was a big turn off and only 1 elevator reulting in long waits. Staff worked above and beyond to ensure guests were always taken care of. Their breakfast is wonderful and they have a cool rooftop skybar.

My experience was stellar! The rooms are super comfy and beautifully decorated. The restaurant and rooftop offer a great variety of delicious food and drinks. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The best part was the staff, always friendly and smiling. If you want to have a great experience in Ha Noi, book this hotel with no hesitation.

The decor is sophisticated and stylish and the property it is very clean and well maintained. It’s also well located in the Old Quarter. The best part was the many staff we interacted with who were incredibly kind, helpful, efficient and attentive to detail. They made our stay super. We highly recommend LaSiesta!

the room was perfectly clean and it was a pleasure staying there. I only have critique - the ventilation in the bathroom is very loud. That is why I think it is turned off at night, however that leaves the air in the room very moist if you decide to shower late.

The room was clean and very functional. The hotel staff was ver friendly. They greeted you with lovely smiles and served with the highest professionalism and kindness; which made our stay so much more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. We still missed the Pho!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful common areas, amenities and rooms. Clean, beds are super comfy, great breakfast included. Staff are all amazing. Linh Pham was especially helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond to help me get meds from the local pharmacy when I wasn’t feeling well. Great location and in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

Very clean! The staff is very nice and efficient, and very helpful. They even cleaned our room at night because we forgot to remove the do not disturb button. For Hanoi I would definitely go back and stay at La Siesta! I also loved their breakfast!

Spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff. Location spot on in the centre of the Old Town, walkable to almost everywhere worth seeing. Perfect stopover and stay for anyone exploring Hanoi and/or planning a trip to Halong Bay. Exceptional service provided by Mr Lam (“Edward”), who offered to connect on WhatsApp upon check in and helped with brilliant recommendations for everything we needed, responding almost immediately each time. Absolutely first class service. Good breakfast, excellent food and service for dinner at the restaurant. Room was clean, laundry service quick and a fair price (especially for a good hotel). The only constructive recommendation if I may, would be to provide larger bath towels as they are way too small. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. We will return.

The hotel was in the perfect location in Old Quarters.the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ruby who gave us some useful recommendations and answered all my queries. We had the Veranda Suite and it had a balcony looking over the hustle and bustle outside. Do bear in mind you will hear the cars beeping but that is just part of the charm and it did not stop us sleeping at all. The bar upstairs gave us great views of the City. Also loved the restaurant where we had breakfast, bright and stylish.

The location is excellent for a visit to the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and super attentive. We booked a junior suite, which is a little misleading for a room basically big enough for a king-sized bed and no separate bathroom, but, size aside, the room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and ample. Everything worked and we would certainly stay there again.

Rooms are well decorated with contemporary cosy design. However there were few issues with the shower door being tight and the door to the balcony was ? permanently locked. This was our second time here. The hotel is great, in a GREAT location. To save money we did the windowless room which I wouldn't do again. You have no concept of if it's 8 at night or 8 in the morning. Bathrooms are quite small, but the shower is great. Bed is super comfy. There is a mini bar. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice. Perfect hotel for exploring Hanoi!

The hotel is in the middle of everything and completely walkable to all of old quarter. Breakfast was great every morning and we had dinner at the hotel once and it was wonderful. The bar at the top had great views, drinks, & snacks, but we chose to walk around and have drinks in town, much cheaper. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We did book late and the only option left was the windowless rooms so we didn’t have a view in an already dark room. Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. We were returning guests so was given upgrade & treated as royalty again. Staff Ngan upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. This time we didn’t have much time spent at the hotel but definitely will return again. We only spent 3 days in Hanoi and wanted to make the most out of it. La Siesta Hang Be definitely set us up for success to do that. The location is perfect, if you can walk a mile you can see almost everything you want in the Old Quarter. Walk out the door and immediately experience the city. They provided services for pick up and drop off at odd times from the airport (which I would highly recommend using) , held our bags all day after checkout, and even offered a place to shower before transport to the airport. The front desk was very helpful and provided a great list of local suggestions and directions on a small map. Phú was our focal point of contact as he checked us in and hit it off immediately asking about his excellent English and American accent. He was very friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit and directions with our limited tome to experience his beautiful city. The rooftop bar has some incredible views, service, and cocktails too. Always a big plus in our book. If we find ourselves back in Hanoi we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be - the staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We enjoyed visiting the spa multiple times, as well as the roof deck where the food and the views were unparalleled. They helped with arranging transportation for us to the airport and even grabbed us coffees to go when our flight times changed and we had to leave immediately (Thank you Quan!). Definitely one of our favorite stays in Vietnam.

Exceptional service and a slice of luxury, right in the centre of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable when we asked them for recommendations (thanks Quan!) and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. So good we returned for an extra night after we’d been to Halong Bay (and we booked to stay at La Siesta in Hoi A too!).

AMAZING service! It is right smack in the middle of everything. Very well done and classy interior. But the service here is just top notch. Thao front desk took care of everything for us - transportation, restaurant suggestions, tickets and everything and was so attentive and followed up to make sure. Can’t imagine a better personalized service than here!

Our first night took a bit of an adjustment as we arrived near midnight and the driver (arranged by the hotel) didn't know where the hotel was. We were dropped off a couple of blocks away and the hotel staff met us and walked us to the hotel. The hotel manager, Guan, made it all up to the next morning without us even asking. He found us at breakfast to apologize for the driver and upgraded our room for our 5 night stay. Guan was attentive throughout our stay - making sure our room upgrade was properly taken cared of, arranging our spa appointments, giving us great local recommendations and even saying goodbye with a local gift. Guan and the rest of the hotel staff gave us a truly relaxing and pampered stay.

Located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, La Siesta Premium Hang Be is surrounded by all the hustle and bustle! Plenty of shops, restaurants, street vendors and is within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The location is definitely a winning feature of the hotel. Check-in was easy with a greeting of a welcome drink and fresh fruit! La Siesta Premium Hang Be’s lobby/lounge area is definitely a vibe … ornate, dark and moody! The sitting area out front was comfortable and wonderful. Our room was clean being perfect for two, however the shower and toilet area was very small. The rocking chair, half balcony and walk-in closet/luggage area were awesome features of the room! The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear those above you from time to time and noises from the outside. The breakfast selections were mediocre. The rooftop views and facilities were stunning! The decor is sophisticated and stylish and the property it is very clean and well maintained. It’s also well located in the Old Quarter. The best part was the many staff we interacted with who were incredibly kind, helpful, efficient and attentive to detail. They made our stay super. We highly recommend LaSiesta!

They greeted you with lovely smiles and served with the highest professionalism and kindness; which made our stay so much more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Unbelievably helpful staff. Their culture is better than Ritz Carlton training standards. It is the type that cannot be taught but is a targeted behaviour type.this is before I have even mentioned the property. Very good quality. Cannot recommend this place enough
Unbelievably helpful staff. Their culture is better than Ritz Carlton training standards. It is the type that cannot be taught but is a targeted behaviour type.this is before I have even mentioned the property. Very good quality. Cannot recommend this place enough
