The area the hotel is in IS VERY NOISY. People in side street of hotel until 5:00 in morning. Terrible sleep.

Avoid this hotel. The staff was very rude and disappointing. The breakfast was underwhelming. There were armed security/police outside across from the entrance 24 hours a day. This area was near many restaurants and shopping but clearly the need for armed guards outside hotel shows it is not a safe place to stay. Palermo was a dump, trash everywhere on streets and walkways. This hotel was a horrible place to stay with male staff member being rude. Place was a dump.

Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out. A nice, smaller hotel that had a variety of rooms to accommodate the five adults in our group. And the breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Cannot say enough good things about our stay here.
