The location was perfect. At the end of Mondello with stunning views. Many pools and cute little rock beach to jump in the ocean. Rooms were ok too. The only thing was that the property needs maintenance and updating. The climb to "torre" is dangerous and they really should not allow anyone going there until is fixed (there is no sign of fixing anything, btw).

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as a last minute plan. The location is really ideal for Mondello which is what makes staying here worth it! The pool is really nice and has a bar (with limited options), however there is a snack bar if you walk a little further to the public area and we went here every day for lunch! As far as the hotel itself it’s definitely a little dated and could use renovations but was still clean. Parking was extremely limited and there is not enough for hotel guests - we got lucky and got a space and didn’t move our car the rest of the time there. The beds are not the most comfortable and one of the shutters was off the track, but that’s not a huge deal. Definitely get the sea view room (otherwise probably wouldn’t be worth staying there). The views are incredible from the restaurant and breakfast on the top floor. We did use the gym once and all the equipment is very old but definitely useable and plenty of space to workout. I would recommend staying here if you want to be in the quiet area of Mondello but still walking distance to all the restaurants at night.

This hotel was ok. We mainly booked it for the pool and view of the ocean. Definitely needs updating. Our first night our room was so hot, we eventually realized the AC wasn't working at all until we asked to move rooms and it was much better in the second room. The staff was ok. Pool and ocean access is great and if you keep walking past the pool there is a private beach club guests also have access to. Big spread for breakfast and lunch was decent too. Easy walk into town.

Positive - pool area is stunning. Very clean with access to sea. 10/10 for pool area. Strange issue that pool is closed during hottest part of day 1330-1600..this may be off season - good bus connection to Palermo which means you don’t have to take your car into city madness Negative - parking is a problem. Tight not sufficient and full of places to scratch car on walls - there is parking in front of hotel if you want to risk it but you have to pay from June to Sept in high season

The location is spectacular with amazing views across Mondello beach. We had a great meal at the restaurant with a terrace table with spectacular views and the pool was great (only one open when we visited, 1st week of June, other shared with public pools were due to open the next week). Our room was clean and lovely with great aircon and balcony views. Access from the pool down to Crystal clear ocean. We liked the 60s decor that some found dated. The reason review not better is that our room key just wouldn’t work after the first 2 times. This is clearly a recurring problem and the staff at reception can be bordering on rude as they are clearly frustrated working in a place where basic infrastructure doesn’t work. Some staff, particularly the cleaning staff and some restaurant staff were very friendly, especially if you made the effort to speak Italian, but others were quite bad-tempered and grumpy. It doesn’t seem a happy workplace. Having said that, the price was reasonable and if all those niggles were sorted out I’m sure it would be much more expensive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again.

What a fantastic Hotel! Immaculately clean, with beautiful spacious rooms, well appointed bathrooms and amazing breakfast area with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The outside space is amazing too, with a huge terrace for an afternoon drink, surrounded by the sea. And choice of large pool with huge sundeck, or private rocky beach, with steps into the sea. The Hotel is located near the Nature Reserve away from the noisier parts of Mondello, but is within easy walking distance to the Main square and Pier etc. This was one of our designated travel days, but I wish we had longer to enjoy this lovely Hotel. I only have one criticism is that is that the rooms aren't well soundproofed, so one can hear one's next door neighbour moving around their room. But everything else about this Hotel is fantastic.

The shower stall is extremely small with the door not sealed at all, shower head is positioned poorly resulting in flooding in the bathroom. The balcony furniture is rusty with chipped floor that is dangerous to walk on bare foot or sit on; the room doesn't have a single glass, all flimsy plastic cups. The hotel makes a big deal to give just a few cups of ice. The extra pillows were not covered with any pillowcases. The state of the hotel is beyond unsanitary and unsafe. It should be shut down for a complete gut renovation. The town Mondello is a dump. Would not recommend anyone to waste a single second.

The first night the air conditioning didn’t work, but we asked them to take a look at it and they were able to fix it. It ended up being an ice box in our room but the cold was better than the heat. There was no control system, so you either have to have the air conditioning on or off. The blow dryer didn’t really work either. Other than that, the hotel was great. Pool was convenient. Breakfast was great. There wasn’t really ocean access because it didn’t seem safe to swim there, but the beach is so close. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores, and to the beach. They were able to call a taxi for us, which was helpful.

Our booking was to include a balcony with chairs and a table. The room we were given only had a balcony a foot wide. We were booked in for four nights but they could not move us to a balcony room for two nights . We decided not to move as we would have to pack and unpack again. In compensation, the hotel gave us two nights dinner for free. The receptionist Carla did all she could to help us and has our thanks.

The staff was confusing and misleading regarding the half-board / full-board options. At check-in we were told we had the option to decide day-by-day, and the next day a very rude and unpleasant manager(?) said the contrary, stating that half-board had a 3 day minimum and 24 hours advance notice, which was not at all what we were told on the first day upon check-in. The hotel can also benefit from a renovation, as it seems like it has not been renovated since its opening.

Hôtel d’un certain âge mais très bien entretenu et équipé. Climatisation très performante et silencieuse et fenêtre de très bonne qualité. Bon petit déjeuner et excellent service. Un hôtel très agréable à vivre avec une magnifique piscine et vues sur la baie. Accès à la mer pour baignade très jolie. Très proche du centre ville de Mondello et de la place avec le plus grand nombre de restaurants.

Viagem em casal. A estrutura do hotel é boa, possuem estacionamento para hospedes, pois nao consegue aproveitar o local sem alugar carro. Piscina boa, mas achamos estranho ser com agua salgada. O quarto é bom, o banheiro precisa de uma melhoria, principalmente na ducha que molha o banheiro inteiro. Os moveis da varanda também precisam de uma atualizaçao. O café da manhã é excelente e bem completo. O restaurante do hotel é caro para jantar, comparado com os valores praticados em Palermo.

The hotel needs a total refurbishment, very tatty in places, and the door to the fire exit on our floor was broken couldn't open it fully or close it at all so that was a safety hazard. Regarding the restaurant, overpriced small and underwhelming food, do not eat there. The only good thing about the place is the staff lovely helpful people.
