Great proximity for my work venue Lovely big room for a solo traveller - couldn’t fathom light switches but fabulously comfortable bed I didn’t waken once! Recommend

Very pleasant staff, nice bar and breakfast area. Club room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Tea/Coffee making and biscuits, a mini fridge and a large bathroom with over bath shower. Breakfast had good variety, and the food was hot. Everywhere was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay again. No car parking at the hotel but good multi storey car park across the road.

I got an upgrade which i was very happy about. The room was spacious and clean. The staff i could not fault friendly and helpful. It was difficult to find any negatives however i found the shower head holder was barley hanging on to the wall. The blinds on the window adjustment strings were broken. It was very hot through the night so we had to open the window but the noise from the street meant we had to close it again but because the handle for the blinds was broken it was difficult to achieve. The TV didnt work so we had to call reception however this was rectified very quickly. Well done to the reception team for dealing with this minor fault so quickly. All in i would definitely stay here again it was reasonably priced very competitive and i really appreciated the free upgrade.
