First time staying in an apartment and this is how I will do it going forward. Visiting family in my home city so this was perfect, free parking and the apartment itself was exactly what I need to both work remotely and also cook,sleep, relax I even extended my stay and then made a second booking later in my trip. Highly recommend

Very nice apartment is a quiet neighborhood , about half hour walk to Aberdeen city center . Free parking is a plus . The apartment is large and clean and kitchen is full equipped . The staff is very friendly as well ., there is a supermarket next block to the property and cafe across the street.

Good location, near local shops and public transport. Good car parking. Our flat had a broken tv aerial, bedside lamp not working, broken bathroom floor tiles. I asked a member of housekeeping staff but she said nothing could be done until Monday. We were staying Fri evening till Monday am! I probably won’t stay here again.

Very nice residential location. Parking available and property nice, clean n and spacious. Kitchen clean and well stocked with cutlery and utensils, although only had time to boil kettle. Minor issue with check in as I did not receive code but got there in the nick of time before staff left. Issue with shower cubicle in en suite room. Water was not running out while showering and run the risk of it flooding and so couldn't use that shower. Two bathrooms available which was a bonus. I would stay here again.

The heating was not switched on. It said it was on a timer, but we had to start it up as the apartment was cold. Part of the electric plug on the hairdryer was missing so it didn’t work. One of the beds was missing a mattress topper and springs could be felt. The kitchen chairs were grimy. There is no sound insulation from the busy road outside. There is a smell from the fish and chip shop next door.

Perfect for what we needed, which was a one-night family stay at that end of town. Absolute steal at the price compared to a hotel. Facilities all good. Staff really friendly and helpful. A few small scuffs (heating a bit OTT, doors heavy and squeaky, main bathroom a little dated and cracked) but really no complaints.

The young man at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor though and help with our luggage would have been wonderful. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. The doors wouldn’t stay open though and the washer/dryer combo is small, and takes forever! There were directions for every appliance but that. We specifically booked there for laundry and were quite disappointed.

The lady who called to confirm my booking and check me in was lovely.She has dark hair and glasses.I found substandards in the apartment almost immediately. The bed is an old mattress put on 2 single bases sideways.Mattress is hard and old . Pillows are hard.The apartment itself was up 2 flights of stairs.No elevator The listing made no mention of that.3 days later I went to request an extra General Waste bag,the lady at Reception,mid lenghth hair with highlights no glasses spoke to me sharply.She said there was an extra General waste bag on the worktop.There wasn't. Just a small mixed recycling bag in the bottom of the cupboard under the sink at the bag.The guest information folder needs an update with more and better information.

thought the space would be a little more 'open' flow, but comfortable place to stay. we were only there for one night, but the fact that it had two bathrooms for our family of 5 was great. heated towel racks lovely addition. basic accomodations, but efficient. should have an easier description on how to access the actual unit especially at night and in the rain.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Good Wi-Fi, eventually. Good location. Small request would be a baking tray for the oven - so we could heat up our oven ready meals 😉. Would return and recommend.

Being on the ground floor wasn’t ideal - it’s on a car park, and the entry instructions didn’t work on the key safe. But when we called the number the staff member was helpful. We didn’t meet a member of staff at all so can’t comment

The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes

Good location, near local shops and public transport. Good car parking. Our flat had a broken tv aerial, bedside lamp not working, broken bathroom floor tiles. I asked a member of housekeeping staff but she said nothing could be done until Monday. We were staying Fri evening till Monday am! I probably won’t stay here again.

The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes

The young man at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor though and help with our luggage would have been wonderful. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. The doors wouldn’t stay open though and the washer/dryer combo is small, and takes forever! There were directions for every appliance but that. We specifically booked there for laundry and were quite disappointed.
