Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. Staff were horrible and Hotel.com left us stranded. Stay away from this hotel and if you expect to be protected by this platform forget that too

Stayed 4 days. No wifi. Parking is paid and located in the back which is sketchy but ok. Nights are loud with traffic and music. Pillows, towels, and sheets stink. They don't use fabric softener. Some bugs in the room. A ton of mosquitos in the elevators. Pools were super clean and I loved them all. Lots of trees for shade in the pool area so there's flowers leaves and some bugs in the pool but overall very clean water. 100 pesos for deposit for towels and remote control each. You get money back when you give them back. Service and housekeeping was good. Building is run down and needs remodel. Certain areas with mold but expected. Ask for extra toilet paper. Because a roll wont last more than a day. Location is great, less than 5 min walk to beach. Lots of stores and food places around. Would come back.

Muy descuidada y sucia. El agua de la alberca está muy sucia. Lo único bueno es que hay muchos lugares a dónde puedes ir a pie, bancos, restaurantes, centro comercial, etc.

I start with the positive - Good location not far from the beach. One major road to cross, but ir could be done in stages. - I had no problem with the reception or cleaning staff. Nice people with a good attitude. - The hotel pool water looked decently clean, i have seen a lot worse in Mexico. Mostly chairs and few sunbeds, but not crowded. Most guests head for the beach why it did not gets crowded. - A/C was good. Too good, I turned it off completely at night. - Hotel room beds were "decent". A bit dated, but not dirty. - Hotel room ceiling, walls and floor had good finish. The issues: - Debris from hurricane Otis had been piled up on the hotel parking lot. 5 months later still not removed, and a pile of garbage attracts more garbage. - Hotel elevator buttons were a mess. Very difficult to press a button to get a reaction from the elevator. It was not helpful that many of the light diodes in the buttons were broken. - Bathroom details: the toilet paper holder broken and no shower curtain. The warm water was not very hot. - Strange placement of cloth hangers, in the bathroom. - The balcony not useful for much more than drying wet clothes. Narrow, and with some view of the ocean. - Breakfast opened late compared to the surrounding street cafés.Not tried the all inclusive package, but it is highly doubtful it is worth the extra penny. The hotel bar looked pretty desolated most of the time. Fixing the last details, not all are costly, would raise my ratings +1.

Property is not as decried, towels, bedding was dirty, old and smelly. Mildew on shower, shower curtain. Hallways have holes and mildew. This property has a great location. Hopefully Expedia update the pictures and lower the price. This was a big led down. I was catfish by Expedia and this hotel. I got pictures to prove it.

El baño pésimamente sucio en toda mi estancia jamás cambiaron la ropa de cama siempre dormí en las mismas sábanas sucias desde el día 1 a Hasta el ultimo Jamás me volvería a quedar en ese hotel y menos lo recomendaría me hicieron un cargo extra que porque yo ensucie las sábanas cuando le expliqué a la señorita lo que me sucedió y si yo las ensucien por un accidente que tuve me resbalé con la cena y cayó en parte de la cama la charola con los tacos, el baño con suciedad jamás lo limpiaron los azulejos llenos de humedad

Don’t stay here. The pictures of the property are from when it was first built. It reminded me of Cuba. Paint peeling, black mold in the showers and swimming pools. The air conditioning didn’t not work in our room so they gave us another room and the AC didn’t work there either. No drinks or food allowed in the pool area, limited food at the one restaurant. Cigarette burns in the furniture. The air intake vents were covered in dust so you basically breath that in. It literally looks like a Third World country hotel. They only redeeming thing is that the staff was nice. Not very accommodating but nice.

Servicio muy malo, atención pésima, pésima limpieza, no tenían televisión por cable, solo funcionaban 2 canales televisivos de TV abierta, no había extención telefónica para solicitar servicio, el aire acondicionado no se controlaba desde la habitación. La luz principal de la habitación no funciona. Estaban rotos los cajones donde se guarda a la ropa y no se tenían ganchos para colgarla, por lo que la ropa no se podía guardar. El elevador requería mantenimiento en el piso, sin luz en el corredor donde se accedía a la habitación.

Había garrapatas en mi cama!!!, la habitacion no contaba con la limpieza suficiente al dia, regresaba en la noche y no se habia realizado el servicio aunado a la plaga de insectos que podias encontrar desde la estancia, los baños las camas!!! Hable con el personal y me cambiaron de habiatación pero la higiene era lo mismo. Mas atención al recomendar como propiedad a este tipo de hoteles.

Este hotel realmente es un fraude, las fotografías no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, no solamente está en ruinas la mayor parte del hotel, si no que las habitaciones están muy mal conservadas y la ropa de cama sumamente sucia! Ni siquiera pudimos quedarnos a dormir en la propiedad, tuvimos que conseguir otro hotel que estuviera en mejores condiciones.

Parece un hotel de película, pero película de miedo, no servían 2 focos y nunca los cambiaron, la habitación olía a orines, sudor y humedad y al querer abrir la ventana tenía safada la agarradera y no se podía abrir, el colchón que básicamente es una colchoneta por delgado, estaba muy sucio, el asiento del baño quebrado, en general el peor hotel en el que emhe estado, y eso que me costó 5,000 la noche en año nuevo

Esta cayendose, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el elevador pesimo esperar demasiado, llovio y se metio toda el agua a la habitación te dejan un jabonsito para 4 personas, yo siempre llevo el mio pero si me parecio mal, la calidad es muy baja. La verdad es económico pero desde mi experiencia due un costo alto para lo que pueden ofrecer, la tele no servia, no habia ventilador funcional, la cortina del baño de terror, etc etc. La verdad no lo recomiendo

Las camas muy duras, los cuartos bastante descuidados, no sucios, solo se ven 3 canales en tv y 2 eran el mismo, muy oscuro dentro y bastante descuidado, la mesa del cuarto desnivelada y el wifi solo era en la recepción ,mucho de esto no es su culpa, muchos comercios no se han podido levantar del otis o ni siquiera se levantaron Pero para lo que es el lugar en general estuvo regular

Es muy amplio y en verdad si le dieran mantenimiento estaría genial. Lastima del servicio en barra, gente grosera ni t voltean a ver no pude tomar nada en los 3 días que estuve ahí, el primer día según no estaba dada d alta mi habitación pero ya tenía mi pulsera, segundo día la Srita y el chico no daban la cara al cliente se volteaban pedias algo y decían que esperaras, restaurante la comida si vale la pena es muy rica pero lastima x k ellos t sirven y revuelven la comida en un solo plato, al llegar nos cobraron estacionamiento también algo k no dicen al contratar el plan todo incluido ah y t piden depósito x el control de la tv y d las tarjetas d llave si t lo regresan pero no lo dicen al contratar el plan.

Desde que llegamos el personal se mostro molesto con su trabajo, tuve que esperar una hora para ser atendida y poder realizar mi registro, el personal se porto grosera y a pesar que éramos varios para registrarnos y estar ahí 5 personas solo uno era el que hacia el registro y no daba toda la información de las habitaciones y los servicios. La habitación que nos asignaron no le funcionaba el aire, tenia un ventilador que daba vueltas muy lento y no daba para más, de casualidad pude ver las habitaciones de al lado y estaban mas amplias y con todo funcionando, pedí me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que ya no tenían disponibles en esa área que si gustaba seria en la parte de hasta atrás del hotel, fuimos a ver las habitaciones y caminando por los pasillos pude percatarme de la existencia de cucarachas. Las habitaciones estaban mucho mejor y decidimos cambiar cuando regresamos a la primera habitación por las cosas ya no prendían los luces y me percate de cucarachas muertas. la nueva habitación se veía mas limpia y el aire si funcionaba (pero solo en una velocidad) contaba con una tarja de cocina la cual no tenia agua, las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban rotas y muy viejas, diario pedía me las cambiaran por otras menos rotas y sin agujeros, les faltaba realizar mas limpieza en el baño y el lavabo. Dicen tener wifi y no cuentan con ello, a lo mismo que el estacionamiento hay que pagar extra por el auto, no es gratis como anuncian, pero para la salida son muy puntuales.

Stayed 4 days. No wifi. Parking is paid and located in the back which is sketchy but ok. Nights are loud with traffic and music. Pillows, towels, and sheets stink. They don't use fabric softener. Some bugs in the room. A ton of mosquitos in the elevators. Pools were super clean and I loved them all. Lots of trees for shade in the pool area so there's flowers leaves and some bugs in the pool but overall very clean water. 100 pesos for deposit for towels and remote control each. You get money back when you give them back. Service and housekeeping was good. Building is run down and needs remodel. Certain areas with mold but expected. Ask for extra toilet paper. Because a roll wont last more than a day. Location is great, less than 5 min walk to beach. Lots of stores and food places around. Would come back.

En general todo muy bien. Muy cerca de todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes. Así como de areas recreativas y sobre todo las playas de mayor renombre . Transporte público a 20 metros cubriendo todas las rutas de la ciudad. Precios increíbles!!! Definitivamente regresaré en otras fechas. 100% recomendado.

Ya lo conocía , pero está en muy malas condiciones, las camas rechinan, la ropa de cama y almohadas viejas y percudidas, cortinas arrugadas, cancel atorado no abre, en el baño el techo el la regadera desprendido, mucha falta de mantenimiento, las demás instalaciones ni las recorrí. No funciona un elevador, no hay servicio de toallas para la alberca, solo hay limpieza de la habitación cada tres días, el desayuno es el mismo, no hay variedad solo huevo, chilaquiles y hot cakes durante los 4 días que estuve. En cuanto a los alrededores está mejor de lo que pensaba, hay turismo, hay restaurantes, Oxxos, farmacias, súper, etc abiertos, la playa en gral está bien, limpia, mucha seguridad en toda la costera así como en la carretera.

I start with the positive - Good location not far from the beach. One major road to cross, but ir could be done in stages. - I had no problem with the reception or cleaning staff. Nice people with a good attitude. - The hotel pool water looked decently clean, i have seen a lot worse in Mexico. Mostly chairs and few sunbeds, but not crowded. Most guests head for the beach why it did not gets crowded. - A/C was good. Too good, I turned it off completely at night. - Hotel room beds were "decent". A bit dated, but not dirty. - Hotel room ceiling, walls and floor had good finish. The issues: - Debris from hurricane Otis had been piled up on the hotel parking lot. 5 months later still not removed, and a pile of garbage attracts more garbage. - Hotel elevator buttons were a mess. Very difficult to press a button to get a reaction from the elevator. It was not helpful that many of the light diodes in the buttons were broken. - Bathroom details: the toilet paper holder broken and no shower curtain. The warm water was not very hot. - Strange placement of cloth hangers, in the bathroom. - The balcony not useful for much more than drying wet clothes. Narrow, and with some view of the ocean. - Breakfast opened late compared to the surrounding street cafés.Not tried the all inclusive package, but it is highly doubtful it is worth the extra penny. The hotel bar looked pretty desolated most of the time. Fixing the last details, not all are costly, would raise my ratings +1.

Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. I feel ripped off , I couldn’t stay a this hotel , I feel that the photos online were deceiving. Reality was that this hotel was not what was shown in the pictures, the hotel was literally falling apart, the rooms had broken windows, no covers on the beds, total unsanitary and neglected premises. I tried getting a refund but was told by staff that there was nothing they could do. I want a refund, ended un getting a different hotel. All 5 rooms that I got were dirty , had ripped towels and broken windows, this property should not be listed on Expedia.

I understand the hotel is recovering from the hurricane…for that, I expected to tolerate the poor condition of the hotel. The staff however were some of the worst. Our room was not ready until 4:30. Dozens of people left waiting for rooms and staff didn’t even apologize. We asked for a 1.5 hour late check out and we were laughed at.
