Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado. El estacionamiento está ubicado en otro lugar y tienes que caminar unos minutos para llegar ahí, y dado que está en remodelación todo alrededor, esto no es cómodo y está muy sucio a los alrededores. Fuera de eso, está práctico el hotel y tiene buen tramo de playa. La comida que no es del todo incluido, está rica.

Fue una buena elección, aunque como todo, tiene sus detalles; por ejemplo: * No cuentan con estacionamiento y si quieres un lugar para guardarlo cerca, ellos mismos te cobran $150 por noche y el estacionamiento está a unos cuantos metros de distancia. * Los elevadores fallaron un día. * Te quieren ofrecer una membresía (ser socio) y después de que dimos varios no, se enojó el chico que nos ofreció la información. * Los camastros que están en la playa quedan muy lejos como para observar tus cosas. * El spa y un restaurante que tiene la mesa de billar jamás estuvieron en operación. * Las bebidas preparadas son muy caras para el sabor que tienen, puedes consumir unas a pié de playa más ricas y grandes por el mismo precio.

Habitacion Requiere de Cambiar Muebles ya estan Muy Viejos. Caja de Seguridada no funciono correctamente tenia que llamar a cada rato a que nos la Abrieran.Aire Acondicionado hacia demacsiado Ruido. Lo Peor el Elevador Los 3 Elevadores Fatal su Funcionamiento hasta 25 minutos esperando uno y despues hacia paradas en todos los pisos.

Los elevadores no servían se detenían en cada piso para subir o bajar siempre es igual.😠 Lo bueno q no me quedé en un piso tan alto y mejor bajaba por las escaleras de emergencia La habitación bien sin mucha Vista al mar ni prioridad, pero la regadera muy mal, se estancaba el agua. Tampoco está bien el estacionamiento por qué se paga aparte y está en otro edificio.

The buffet food for all inclusive was not that appetizing. Same food every day just mix differently no variety. Food seemed old. Bed was comfortable. Room was great Internet access was good. Transportation taxes were outside rooms. Do not have telephones. You have to text them. No room service children everywhere peeing in the pools Out of control unavailable. The gym was unavailable due to construction. There’s no ATM in the lobby so we have to go out into the unsafe area to get money. Nobody speaks English. If I didn’t have a translator with me I would’ve been lost and nobody would’ve understood me. This is great for Spanish-speaking people Who have kids who don’t mind a lower class of vacation.

This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again.

Hay deficiencia en la limpieza de los baños y de las albercas! Los días que estuvimos los baños de las albercas estuvieron muy sucios en algunos no sirve el sensor y cuesta mucho presionar el botón para el desagüe. Por otro lado la limpieza de las albercas es muy deficiente Ya que tenían mucha. Basura y me toco sacar 2 bolas de cabello. Creo que deberían de tener un poco de mas cuidado con esos detalles fuera de eso todo lo demás bien.

Fue una estancia tranquila con algunas deficiencias como la TV, el elevador. Se que pasaron por un gran huracán y entiendo que esto derivó en la calidad del servicio. Quiero mencionar que el servicio de Bar es una calidad muy muy baja, la cerveza es agua. El servicio todo incluido es muy caro para el tipo de calidad de la comida y bebidas. El servicio todo incluido cambia la atención del servicio de meseros. No tratan a todos por igual.

Fue una estancia tranquila con algunas deficiencias como la TV, el elevador. Se que pasaron por un gran huracán y entiendo que esto derivó en la calidad del servicio. Quiero mencionar que el servicio de Bar es una calidad muy muy baja, la cerveza es agua. El servicio todo incluido es muy caro para el tipo de calidad de la comida y bebidas. El hotel muy bien , playa limpia pero en la zona de camastros solo hay una lona semi traslúcida que no te cubre casi nada del sol , el mar muy sucio lamentablemente con espuma verdosa , tuve que irme a caleta mejor y en efecto el mar en caleta mucho más limpio y tranquilo para nadar aunque con la incomodidad de estar amontonado … en fin , pero el hotel muy bien !

Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado. El estacionamiento está ubicado en otro lugar y tienes que caminar unos minutos para llegar ahí, y dado que está en remodelación todo alrededor, esto no es cómodo y está muy sucio a los alrededores. Fuera de eso, está práctico el hotel y tiene buen tramo de playa. La comida que no es del todo incluido, está rica.

L'hôtel est bien correct. Moyen mais les chambres sont propres. Les buffets ne valent pas du tout le prix, donc je vous conseille de manger ailleurs. Sur Expedia, on précise qu'il y a un service pour laver le linge mais ce n'est pas le cas. Nous passions quelques jours en visitant de la famille. Acapulco s'est relevé de l'Ouragan de 2024. Ça m'a rendu heureuse. Au Copacabana, la piscine était trop pleine pour nager, mais ça veut juste dire qu'elle est bien populaire. C'est sûr qu'au moins d'août la mer est chaude comme un bain tourbillon et les vagues sont souvent très fortes, mais c'est normal. Bien correct, mais sans plus.

The buffet food for all inclusive was not that appetizing. Same food every day just mix differently no variety. Food seemed old. Bed was comfortable. Room was great Internet access was good. Transportation taxes were outside rooms. Do not have telephones. You have to text them. No room service children everywhere peeing in the pools Out of control unavailable. The gym was unavailable due to construction. There’s no ATM in the lobby so we have to go out into the unsafe area to get money. Nobody speaks English. If I didn’t have a translator with me I would’ve been lost and nobody would’ve understood me. This is great for Spanish-speaking people Who have kids who don’t mind a lower class of vacation.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. This resort advertises itself as “all-inclusive,” but it absolutely did not feel that way. One of the bars refused to serve us because it was a “pay only” bar, and we even had to pay extra for canned beers. The resort was overcrowded, making everything feel stressful instead of relaxing. There were constantly long lines just to get drinks, and service overall was terrible. Servers NEVER approached us at the pool, and on our last day we couldn’t even get proper service at the restaurant because staff never came to our table. The employees were generally unfriendly, dismissive, and unaccommodating throughout the trip. Front desk had as attitude as soon as we checked in. Arrived in the morning and they stated anything before check in time would be out of pocket. 0 accommodation except for the pool which was SO packed we didn’t get in. The AC barely worked in the rooms, some of the cups we were served in were dirty, and food options were very limited. Overall, this was not the relaxing vacation experience we expected. Poor customer service, hidden extra costs, and lack of attention to guests made this a resort I would never return to or recommend.
