Ya casi listo, tuvimos varios problemas con los elevadores, una de las albercas siempre se vio sucia y verde y hasta el final de la estancia la limpiaron por completo, igual no me gustó que ya te cobran como si fuera aerolínea por cosas extras te lo cobren ahí físicamente

En general nos fue bien, más nos pareció y nos sorprendió que cobrarán los camastros en la playa (aunque lo regresen en consumos), debido a que son caros los alimentos que ofrecen en sus diferentes restaurantes. También, no nos parece que la hora de la salida sea a las 11 hrs., siendo que en la mayoría de los hoteles la salida es a las 12 hrs. Los jardines, las albercas y demás áreas comunes están en buen estado y limpias.

En general nos fue bien, más nos pareció y nos sorprendió que cobrarán los camastros en la playa (aunque lo regresen en consumos), debido a que son caros los alimentos que ofrecen en sus diferentes restaurantes. This hotel is extremely overpriced..food is expensive and not even tasty...staff are not friendly...the main swimming pool is still shutdown...no entertainment..no acrivities..the elevator makes scary noises and the door slams on people getting in and out ... and i found a cockroach in my room 0834...not aceptable...they need to restore the hotel to where it is safe and pleasant for people to stay and then re-open it when its safe...i visited from Seattle in October 2025

Tuvimos inconveniente ya que no tenían nuestra reserva que había sido pagada meses atrás, no nos respetaron la categoría de las habitaciones y tuvimos que pagar para poder tenerla ! muy demorado el servicio, ascensores dañados y nos quedamos encerrados por varios minutos , fila para todo; en el lobby ,en los ascensores ! Y para rematar en las dos suites que teníamos nos salieron cucarachas ! Un hotel al que no quisiera regresar nunca y tampoco lo recomendaría

El primer día encontrammos cucarachas y bichos en el cierto y baño y estaban en nuestros cepillos de dientes. La higiene PÉSIMA, tengan mucho cuidado. Estaba muy lleno y solo servía un elevador, el servicio en general del personal fué bastante masomenos.

This place is still recovering from the hurricane but in good condition. It is under new ownership and there is a lot of work going on. The great staff makes up for any deficiencies. Two issues... there really isn't any place on property that serves dinner except a very average sushi place. Also it can be a bit noisy. in the end i had seven very pleasant days there.

El hotel es un viaje a 1970 donde al aire acondicionado no se le puede controlar la temperatura, enfria como refri o si lo apagas es un caloron iba con mis hijos y los dos se enfermaron por el tema del aire acondicionado. sigue identico el hotel como hace 50 anos, hasta el buro es un radio viejo, no han cambiado ni estos detalles, sillas, mesas, camas muy antiguas, persianas entra toda la luz

Lo unico que no me pareció fue que la habitacion yo la solicite en mi reservacion con vista al mar y al momento del registro me asiganron una con vista parcial al mae y en recepción me dijeron que esa era la categoria que manejaban y yo iba con otra expectativa La habitacion que me dirron estaba muy bien grande y comoda ,pero si me decepcuono un poco la vista

La propiedad es segura, el personal del Front Desk puede mejorar muchísimo, no tienen mucha actitud de servicio, Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en uno de sus complejos y es la segunda ocasión que me asignan una habitación ocupada, aunque de inmediato me asignaron una nueva habitación, fue bastante molesto. Pedimos room Service, tardaron más de 1 hora en llevarlo a la habtiación.

La propiedad es segura, el personal del Front Desk puede mejorar muchísimo, no tienen mucha actitud de servicio, Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en uno de sus complejos y es la segunda ocasión que me asignan una habitación ocupada, aunque de inmediato me asignaron una nueva habitación, fue bastante molesto. Hotel en recuperación aunque hay 3 aspectos a considerar: 1. Elevadores insuficientes. Solo hay 2. 2. Tiempo en recepción para check in/out es largo, falta mas personal para atender. 3. Precios elevados de comida. Hay una opción de tacos a la parrilla / tostadas frente a la tienda de inflables cuyos precios son descaradamente altos. Todo el personal es muy amable, serviciales, los elevadoristas muy amables.

El hotel es muy hermoso, aunque se notan sus años, está en una zona de Acapulco donde no hay tanta gente. Tiene un espacio de playa privada donde nadie te molesta. Los restaurantes ofrecen alimentos ricos y de buena calidad. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la nuestra con una bella vista al mar.

El hotel es muy hermoso, aunque se notan sus años, está en una zona de Acapulco donde no hay tanta gente. Tiene un espacio de playa privada donde nadie te molesta. Los restaurantes ofrecen alimentos ricos y de buena calidad. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la nuestra con una bella vista al mar.

This place is still recovering from the hurricane but in good condition. It is under new ownership and there is a lot of work going on. The great staff makes up for any deficiencies. Two issues... there really isn't any place on property that serves dinner except a very average sushi place. Also it can be a bit noisy. in the end i had seven very pleasant days there.

Such a beautiful hotel, the views and the rooms are amazing. The reason why I am giving this hotel 3-stars overall is bc the food is not it. Tried all restaurants and the only good one was the breakfast buffet at Chula Vista. Very pricey food and not good in all other restaurants on property. I would like to note however, the bartender at the bar inside the restaurant Beach was amazing and his drinks were delicious. Acapulco is beautiful so I will definitely go back but will look elsewhere.

Me gustó que mi mascota pudo andar libre por el hotel aunque el precio por él considero que es elevado, ya que solo le dieron un pequeño kit y no había cama para que descansara. Urge que habiliten más elevadores ya que solo se tienen dos para tanta gente. Finalmente deberían amplia la variedad en el bufete de desayuno ya que todos los días es prácticamente lo mismo

Me encanta ir ahí, siempre que puedo ir a Acapulco, este hotel es mi destino, lástima que en el restaurante “beach club” es muy caro en relación a la calidad/cantidad de los alimentos, ojalá y mejoren ese aspecto

Hotel en recuperación aunque hay 3 aspectos a considerar: 1. Elevadores insuficientes. Solo hay 2. 2. Tiempo en recepción para check in/out es largo, falta mas personal para atender. 3. Precios elevados de comida. Hay una opción de tacos a la parrilla / tostadas frente a la tienda de inflables cuyos precios son descaradamente altos. Todo el personal es muy amable, serviciales, los elevadoristas muy amables.

El hotel está bien ubicado y en general es bonito. El personal de la alberca, recepción y valet fueron muy amables. Me decepcionó un poco el buffet del desayuno, había poca variedad. Adicional, no funcionaban todos los elevadores, por lo que se hacían filas largas para poder subir al cuarto. En la tina había un bicho muerto. Y el internet falló un día en la mañana.
