the vieuw of the sea. Three different pools, one with sea water. Before I went there, I tried to check my travel plan, but a password is necessary. Isn't it sufficient to have the travel number and the Email. If I buy the travel with you, is to have things easier, not locked up in a computer.

Get ready for a workout. There’s an endless amount of stairs for you to go up and down. I checked in early (no extra charge) and was given the keys to 1 of 2 rooms I had reserved. The 2nd room wasn’t available until after the regular check in time. The 1st room had a vaulted ceiling and was spacious. The 2nd room was on the smaller side. Both rooms had 2 full size beds, TVs, working ACs, and hot water. There is no wifi in the rooms yet, only in the lobby and restaurant. 3 pools: the ocean/salt water, kid friendly, and a deep one at the very top of the hill. Get towel passes from reception. Parking in the front of the hotel is limited because the restaurant is a popular tourist attraction for the clavado shows and paying patrons are allowed to park in the hotel lot. In case the lot is full, they send you to the lot down the street, which is manned by security. The hotel has security throughout the property. The tub was clogged and not draining, notified reception and they sent a tech to fix the issue. I got locked in the bathroom and reception sent a tech to get me out. Response times were super fast. Check out was simple.

The swimming pools were great. The rooms were with enough room. The air and fridge were great. I didn't like that the rooms didn't have wifi, you had to go to the lobby.

The property is nice but is in need of structural repairs. The tub was chipped and the handle on the shower came off. Towels were old but clean . The door knob was old and needed an actual key to open the door. The view was amazing. No elevator and had a lot of stairs. Not wheelchair accessible hotel at all. If you can’t climb 5 floors of stairs you’re in trouble. Staff was very pleasant.

Durante mi estancia noté que hizo falta algo de limpieza en la habitación. Tiene muchas escaleras para llegar a tu habitación, para llegar a las albercas. Tienen un elevador, se nota que tiene mucho tiempo sin funcionar. Me gusta que hay algo de fauna dentro del hotel, en las jardineras vimos un mapache, iguanas salamandras. En la alberca de mar hay peces (muerden). El internet solo funciona en el lobby, el cable tiene muy pocos canales. Nuestra habitación fue una suite y solo teniamos una tv. Una venta no se pudo abrir. El servicio de restaurante la perla se tardaron mucho en tomarnos la orden y en llevarnos lo que habiamos pedido, aparte nos llevaron un platillo que no habiamos pedido. Tienen estacionamiento propio.

La Habitación de lujo no le servía el teléfono, ya se veía descuidada, solo el primer día te dan agua, no hay amenidades, el desayuno está regular, el servicio de internet no es bueno, no hacen el aseo diario, y cuando vas a decirles esto se molestan, un llamado a la administración del hotel del mirador, no dejen caer este icónico hotel y lo remodelen, me cobraron tan bien que me sentí defraudada, no es justo por lo que pague para una habitación de lujo.

La atención muy bien, pero posterior al siniestro, les hace falta coordinación para solventar los incidentes en las habitaciones, si levantaron el reporte pero no acudieron a quitar los vidrios rotos de la habitación 312. También les falta fumigar las habitaciones.

This place was such an awful experience. First they were trying to overcharge us by saying we booked for ten people when they could see we were only 8 people and saying that they couldnt change the reservation and that we had to contact expedia to change it and take the extra charges off and we did but expedia said they could not change it and was trying to contact the hotel to figure out what was happening but they wouldnt answer them. At this point we were tired and just said whatever so we go to our rooms and they were SUPER dirty and old! Not only that but one of the rooms had COCKROACHES! please do not book here we only booked here because of how many people there was and their was a moterfest happening and we couldnt find another hotel but it was so bad we Canceled this reservation and risked not finding another hotel thankfully we did find another one much better but if you are on the fence about this hotel please take this review as a sign and do not book here.

La vista de la Instalaciones es increíble, sin embargo hay mucho deterioro en sus habitaciones, escaleras y pasillos. No tiene elevador y es algo difícil subir a las habitaciones. La zona se siente muy insegura y por la Noche hay mucho ruido porque se juntan las motos a hacer sus fiestas y arrancones.

Nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que se había comprado. Recomendación cambio de colchas para la imagen. ( Amarillas ) No Servia el teléfono ni la TV así como el agua caliente te dicen que deben de dejarla correr hasta 15 minutos para que empiece a salir el agua caliente. Vista panorámica espectacular

La habitación con vista a las máquinas de aire acondicionado. Hay personal muy amable con buena actitud y aptitud (buenos anfitriones) pero desafortunadamente hay otros que no son nada amables (no groseros) pero sin actitud de servicio. Deberían considerar que el buen trato garantiza el retorno del turista.

Get ready for a workout. There’s an endless amount of stairs for you to go up and down. I checked in early (no extra charge) and was given the keys to 1 of 2 rooms I had reserved. The 2nd room wasn’t available until after the regular check in time. The 1st room had a vaulted ceiling and was spacious. The 2nd room was on the smaller side. Both rooms had 2 full size beds, TVs, working ACs, and hot water. There is no wifi in the rooms yet, only in the lobby and restaurant. 3 pools: the ocean/salt water, kid friendly, and a deep one at the very top of the hill. Get towel passes from reception. Parking in the front of the hotel is limited because the restaurant is a popular tourist attraction for the clavado shows and paying patrons are allowed to park in the hotel lot. In case the lot is full, they send you to the lot down the street, which is manned by security. The hotel has security throughout the property. The tub was clogged and not draining, notified reception and they sent a tech to fix the issue. I got locked in the bathroom and reception sent a tech to get me out. Response times were super fast. Check out was simple.

Pese a ser un hotel con una antigüedad considerable, lo mantienen en muy buenas condiciones, la habitación en la cual me hospedaron, en perfectas condiciones todo funcionando correctamente, las albercas muy recomendables, el servicio del personal en general de 10, la vista hacia los clavadistas de la quebrada espectacular. Las escaleras un tanto pesadas, pero se compensa con las vistas que se pueden observar en diferentes puntos del hotel. Sin lugar a dudas regresaría.
Pese a ser un hotel con una antigüedad considerable, lo mantienen en muy buenas condiciones, la habitación en la cual me hospedaron, en perfectas condiciones todo funcionando correctamente, las albercas muy recomendables, el servicio del personal en general de 10, la vista hacia los clavadistas de la quebrada espectacular. Las escaleras un tanto pesadas, pero se compensa con las vistas que se pueden observar en diferentes puntos del hotel. Sin lugar a dudas regresaría.

La vista de la Instalaciones es increíble, sin embargo hay mucho deterioro en sus habitaciones, escaleras y pasillos. No tiene elevador y es algo difícil subir a las habitaciones. La zona se siente muy insegura y por la Noche hay mucho ruido porque se juntan las motos a hacer sus fiestas y arrancones.

This place is a gem. The front row view to La Quebrada, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, and the location close to el zocalo made up for the devastation that hurricane Otis left in this once popular city. Accommodations are basic but you pay accordingly. I would definitely come back!

La mejor vista de Acapulco. Excelente atención del personal. Si no te gusta o no puedes subir escaleras, este hotel no es la opción para ti. Esta en un acantilado y si o si deberás de subir y bajar montón de escalones. Tiene 2 albercas pero no tiene playa propia, pero si vienes en plan familiar a 15 minutos caminando o 5 minutos en coche está la Playa Tlacopanocha.

El hotel aceptable. Increíbles las vistas, las albercas y la fosa muy bonitas. El mayor problema es la zona, todas las noches se reunen a hacer arrancones en motocicleta y hacer un ruido tremendo hasta la madrugada, imposible descansar con semejante ruido.

Muy bonita, con grandes vistas, excelente espectáculo en la noche , el chef cocina delicioso, las habitaciones están hermosas y muy bien cuidadas, la Alberca está súper tranquila, la alberca salada es toda una atracción con un sin número de peces a tu alrededor lleva goggles los necesitarás y cuidado en el primer escalón para entrar hay pecesitos que muerden pero es un mar privado para ti En cuanto al todo incluido, solo les pidiera mejoren mucho la atención… te tratan como si no fueras a dejar propina… es lo único que deben mejorar

I stayed in a luxury suite and right as I came in the room immediately I noticed the sheets had very visible stains. The AC unit worked perfetly but the room itself did not look clean or maintained or upgraded to meet modern current standards for the price I paid. The suite also did not have HOT water so taking a shower was a little different with cold or room temperature water. I would not recommend this place to stay. The restaurant staff was nice and friendly, the food was good. The scenery is amazing, but the stay not so much.
