La ubicacion es buen y privada, el mar muy tranquilo en la zona donde esta ubicado, muy pocos camastros, los restaurantes son pequeños, las instalaciones son viejas, personal que atiende muy amable, algo muy negativo son las personas que te quieren vender el programa del hotel cae en lo desesperante (entiendo su labor de venta), en calidad precio es malo, no regresaria a ese hotel, tenia altas expectitivas y fue una gran decepcion.

Estuve 3noches hospedado, el todo incluida deja mucho que desear y no solo por la oferta, tienes que adaptarte a los horarios del hotel en todo momento. En la alberca para niños no hay ni un snack disponible más que raspados de Jamaica, para un snack tienes que ir a otro piso. Los horarios de los restaurantes parecieran diseñados para que la gente no pueda acudir, el kids club no tiene valor, es un cuarto con un par de juegos sin que puedas hacer más, la alberca de pelotas no existe más, no sé porque la siguen poniendo en las fotos. La movilidad dentro del hotel es súper complicada, hay que ir de elevador en elevador y de piso en piso para llegar de un lugar a otro. Algo que me pareció pésimo fue que tienes que pagar 150 pesos de estacionamiento POR NOCHE!! No hay servicio a la habitación ósea si no alcanzaste los restaurantes, no hay nada que puedas comer dentro del hotel fuera de horarios. El mismo personal pareciera en ocasiones que te hace un favor al darte lo que ya pagaste, no todos pero algunos son poco amables. En resumen me parece excesivo el costo del todo incluido considerando lo que te ofrece el hotel. Si no eres muy exigente y te gustan los lugares tipo balneario, este lugar te puede funciona, si tu expectativa es de media a alta, para nada te lo recomiendo.

Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly.

La experiencia en general fue buena, excepto por la habitación 1814 QUE OLIA A CAÑO! , se reporto a recepción, tardaron mas de media hora en acudir y solo llegaron con un atomizador con olor a limon, por lo que volvio el olor, les pedimos cambio de habitación y la respuesta fue... no hay disponibilidad, les comentamos que si era necesario pagar más no habia problema y aún asi no accedieron. Tuvimos que soportar ese olor durante 3 días. Por otro lado servicio de bar y comedor perfecto.

Pague 14 mil pesos por una habitación que olía a Caño, el teléfono no funcionó nunca y había una gotera constante en la regadera. Lo reporte y no lo arreglaron. Muy mal. Cuarto 1506 de Acapulco. Ojalá me reintegraran parte de lo que pague.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, con una terraza muy amigable, la limpieza es muy buena, pero el hotel continúa en restauración y aunque fuimos en temporada baja se veían los servicios saturados, si quieren cenar en restaurante italiano tienes que hacer la reservación desde que llegas. We’ve stayed at other Royal resorts in Mexico (Cancun and Cabo) and had great experiences, but this Acapulco location was the weakest by far. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s in serious need of updates and improvements. The staff was fine overall, but the timeshare sales team was very pushy. They bothered us daily, which quickly became frustrating when all we wanted was to relax. The food was average. We often ended up leaving the resort for dinner, which made the all-inclusive package feel like poor value. They do have one restaurant that’s better than the rest, but you need to make a reservation — and the process requires waiting in line, something I’ve never seen at other resorts. The resort is very family-oriented, which means there are lots of kids. That’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but families should also know that children are even allowed at the pool bar, which I personally found inappropriate. Other negatives: the elevators are in very bad shape and should be replaced, and the rooms are small compared to what you’d expect from a resort-style property. In short: if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind some of the inconveniences, this resort may be fine. But if you’re looking for the quality and experience you get at other Royal properties, this one will likely fall short.

Nos tocó en una habitación a espaldas de los generadores eléctricos, las bombas de agua y el depósito temporal de desechos tóxicos, los mismos que toda la noche vibran los unos y zumban los otros, por lo que conciliar el sueño es un logro, aunado a una nutrida y surtida cantidad de bebedores en calidad de indigentes y fumadores a pesar de que su reglamento advierte contra esta actividad, sobre todo en las albercas y la playa, donde queda evidencia de lo que han bebido fumado y consumido, las filas para los restaurantes nos ayudaron a no extrañar los trámites burocráticos en la ciudad, y la comida en uno de los restaurantes era por no exagerar desganada, el personal es cordial, servicial y atento, por ese frente no hay queja alguna.

Son mada atentos, super groseros la mayoria de loa meseros ni t pelan les pides algo y te contestan de mala manera, en el restaurante el Pescador no te dan la carta y pies obvio no te atienden solo puedes comer lo del buffet a uno de los meseros le pedi de la carta y me ignoro pero se desvivia por los clientes de la mesa de a lado no se en q se basan o xq solo atienden a quien quieren. We’ve stayed at other Royal resorts in Mexico (Cancun and Cabo) and had great experiences, but this Acapulco location was the weakest by far. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s in serious need of updates and improvements. The staff was fine overall, but the timeshare sales team was very pushy. They bothered us daily, which quickly became frustrating when all we wanted was to relax. The food was average. We often ended up leaving the resort for dinner, which made the all-inclusive package feel like poor value. They do have one restaurant that’s better than the rest, but you need to make a reservation — and the process requires waiting in line, something I’ve never seen at other resorts. The resort is very family-oriented, which means there are lots of kids. That’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but families should also know that children are even allowed at the pool bar, which I personally found inappropriate. Other negatives: the elevators are in very bad shape and should be replaced, and the rooms are small compared to what you’d expect from a resort-style property. In short: if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind some of the inconveniences, this resort may be fine. But if you’re looking for the quality and experience you get at other Royal properties, this one will likely fall short.

Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal del Hotel. Sólo algunos detalles en la limpieza de la habitación y debe implantarse un código para el requerimiento de toallas y sábanas. Es muy necesario extender el horario de alberca y playa al menos hasta las 22 hrs. Urge modernizar ese sitema para la reservación del Restaurant de Especialidad, no es posible perder una hora para reservar. El proceso de venta de memebresías al inicio muy atentos y si dices NO o te retractas y cancelas, ufff, cambia mucho el trato.

La ubicacion es buen y privada, el mar muy tranquilo en la zona donde esta ubicado, muy pocos camastros, los restaurantes son pequeños, las instalaciones son viejas, personal que atiende muy amable, algo muy negativo son las personas que te quieren vender el programa del hotel cae en lo desesperante (entiendo su labor de venta), en calidad precio es malo, no regresaria a ese hotel, tenia altas expectitivas y fue una gran decepcion.

Hola Les comento que por los comentarios dude en reservar con Ustedes, pero por la ubicación me anime y me di cuenta que no todo es 100% lo que mencionan. En general bien, pero podría mejorar, el bufet es muy limitado, el restaurante de mariscos solo tiene algunos mariscos, podrían poner un par de platillos más, el acceso a fruta fresca fue muy limitado, solo el desayuno y muchas veces estaba demasiado dura para mi bebé, tocando este tema ya que es un hotel familiar, no encontré en ningún sanitario cambiadores, entonces tuve que ir a mi habitación miles de veces a cambiar a mi bebé si no encontraba un lugar apropiado, moverte en el hotel fue demasiado cansado, muchas veces no servían los elevadores y subir una rampa con un bebé de 10 kilos fue un reto

La comida, punto medular, desayuno muy bien, comida, mariscos y pescados no frescos y su preparación muy mala, falta más variedad y en los postres no se diga, pastel y flan todos los días, la cena, si llevas niños habrá problema ya que la mayoría de alimentos es para adulto, debe también haber más variedad, en snacks también falta variedad y un poco de mas calidad, tomen en cuanta que no es una zona comercial y eso limita mucho el que puedas conseguir cosas tanto en alimentos o algunas cosas que necesites, si traen coche se te facilitará, caso contrario tendrás un tanto de inconveniente, en lo general hotel super bien, playa y albercas ni se diga, bebidas al por mayor, si lo recomiendo, puedo regresar si pero mejoren porfa la cuestión alimentos, el personal muy atentos y amables.

The pool was sooo hot and felt like swimming in a urine pool. Kids water area was the most refreshing water but it is in full sun most of the day. The food was so good, especially the Italian restaurant. My kids kept finding parts of rusty cans and nails on the beach. A couch was washed up in the rocks just to the side of the beach. My daughter said she saw a microwave where we couldn’t reach the bottom in the swimming area. The shower is so slippery and dangerous. Make sure you ask for extra rubber mats. I loved the smell of the honey soap and shampoo. The other vacationers were sooooooo nice and even with all the free drinks it didn’t feel like a bunch of wasted drunks…but it did seem like they were belly up to the bar just peeing in the pool all day. It’s sooo beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable beds we slept in our whole 3wk Mexico vacation. It was definitely a mixed bag…oh yeah the elevators smelled like a junior high gym or locker room with a strong mold mildew undertone. The pool bar felt understaffed with just two bartenders. I recommend taking insulated cups to get your drinks poured into so they will stay cold and you dont have to overpay in the gift shop. And get reservations for the Italian restaurant every night you can. Even if you have to wait an hour in line to make the reservation, it’s worth it! Take a hand fan to keep cool while you wait. The temp wasn’t below 80 degrees mid-June.
