La alberca principal estaba cerrada y la alberca secundaria estaba super sucia! Podíamos ver los restos de bloqueador en las orillas, el agua espumosa y terminamos todos con infección en ojos y oídos. Entendemos que el hotel está en recuperación, pero que tengan cuidado con eso.

this hotel has been running since 1957, the architecture is wonderfull, but sice OTIS the remodelation has a lotof details, how come they have the same tile from 1957, it is outdated..., the elevator in building F was out of order, many inexistent fire control sprinklers, an open service room with the central electric panel opened and with cables out of it, children can die

Es una lástima que no exista una norma o mecanismo para evitar el apartar camastros y palapas, en mi experiencia estando en el hotel en una palapa de la playa vi como a las 9 am que llegué ya habían camastros y palapas apartadas con una toalla, distante más de 6 h no apareció ningún huésped a hacer uso de dicha palapa, sin embargo otros huéspedes que querían pasar tiempo en la playa no podían hacer uso de la palapa porque parecía ocupada, me gustaría sugerir no poder apartar lugares por más de 30 min a menos que se haga uso de los mismos

El lavabo del baño estaba tapado, el agua de la alberca muy fría, deberían considerar templarla al menos en invierno, porque el clima no es tan extremo y el agua tan fría en los niños menores de dos año les llega a hacer daño. Los precios de las bebidas son muy elevados. Sus pizzas son ricas.

We enjoyed our stay at Pierre Mundo Imperial. The room was great. We were looking for a place to relax, walk the beach, and play. In that it was a success! My only criticism is the the WiFi was never very good in our. room. Otherwise, our stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had been going to this hotel for years and then during the pandemic went to Las Brisas. We decided to go back to the Pierre. We went in November and liked it despite slow service at the pool. This time in December, service at the pool was still very slow but we got really annoyed by the fact that there was a party just outside our room that lasted until almost midnight - late for early birds like us... What really annoyed me is that I saw the tables set up when we checked in into the room and was told not to worry as it was only a cocktail. The windows were vibrating from the loud music. To be fair they brought us earplugs when we asked for it but they did not work. We will go back to that hotel but will make sure that if there is a party we will stay on a different part of the hotel. This time we took the package with breakfast included and it was well worth it. What we like most about this hotel is that you are not on top of each other and you can always find sunbeds by the pool and the hotel id right on the beach and views from the sea view rooms are really lovely.

Es una propiedad poco abandonada. Es de 1957 y ahí se quedó. Servicio mega lento en restaurantes y room service eternos. Me tocó estar en el segundo piso y no hay elevador! Un rollo con las maletas aunque te ayuden. En ningún piso sirven las máquinas para hacer hielo! Hay que pedirlo a room service y tardan hasta una hora! Para entonces ya para qué. Fatal aire acondicionador! Hacía mucho calor y los aires de ese hotel deben estar desde 1957! No llegan a enfriar el cuarto. En general ambiente aburrido. Sólo un día pusieron a un cantante en la alberca. Los demás días nada! No volvería nunca!

Sorry to say but while the location is good, the building and rooms where we stayed were OLD and needed some serious renovation. I mean for $450 per night is WAY above what it should cost! While I understand the time of the year, being between Xmas and New Year's, justifies an increase it by no means can justify this kind of pricing. Once again, floors, balcony bathroom...All look like they were built in 1970 and never got upgraded. Now for the service, everybody is smily. The buffet was rather good. However, several mediocre experiences in services make it look below average. For instance it took us 1h and 15 min to do the check-in at the reception. We had to call twice and go a 3rd time to the reception to get info about some external event we wanted to go to(The Cliff Divers -La quebrada). We reserved and paid for Tennis courts for 7am the following day only to see that the courts were locked until 7:20 and only

Platillos son sabor, mal servidos y caros. Y por último, en el valet parking chocaron nuestro coche y no quisieron responder por el daño.

Todo estuvo bien hasta que hicimos el check Out teníamos 500 pesos diarios de crédito los cuales al final querían que pagáramos otra vez todo el consumo de alimentos porque no hubo comunicación entre el restaurant y la forma de pago ya que primero nos dijeron que no necesitamos tarjeta de crédito que solamente del restaurant se van a comunicar a Recepcion para Controlar la promoción y al final no había un control adecuado para saber el monto de mis consumos y el monto de la promoción por lo que se les hizo fácil decirme que no había pagado nada que no había registros sin embargo yo había firmado cada uno de los consumos como me indicaban los meseros Pero al parecer no tiene bien claro cómo llevar a cabo estas promociones y querían que al final yo volviera pagar todas mis consumos y de ahí restarme la promoción cuando yo ya había pagado en efectivo cada uno de los consumos la alberca donde está la fuente al final ya tenía mucha basura bolsas y restos de plantas lo demás pues ya sabemos que es un hotel bastante viejo de 65 años de funcionamiento y pues en realidad no sabría qué comentar respecto a eso ya que ocupo una remodelación absoluta por otra parte todo bien

Recomiendo el hotel. Comida buena, limpio, el personal amable y buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son un poco viejas y les hace falta un poco de mantenimiento (ej. la cebolleta de la regadera estaba muy tapada y el agua se salía por todos lados). El personal muy amable pero servicio MUY lento en albercas y playa, si es que llegaba tu pedido porque no está garantizado. Comida cara para lo que es en mi opinión pero no es mala comida. Reserve 2 cuartos y me dieron habitaciones en 2 edificios diferentes aunque no estaba lleno. El personal de check in muy desatento. Encontré una chinche y la capture, llamé y nadie fue ni me llamó a los 40 minutos volví a llamar y molestos me dijeron si quería cambio de habitación o que cambiaran las sábanas. Eran las 12 de la noche pedí que alguien me ayudara a cambiar, mandaron a un bell boy que no quería ver la chinche y me dijo que eso era del jardín. Nadie mostró mínima empatía. Estaba con mi hija y me fui temprano al día siguiente. También en el buffet mala atención ni cafe me ofrecieron tuve que pararme yo por la jarra. Hablé con el gerente y me dio la razón y me fui. Ni un mensaje ni nada. Tengo fotos y tristeza porque es un hotel al que fui desde niña. Da pena ver tan vacío Acapulco y los empleados acabando con el turismo. El valet parking muy atento.

Fue muy grato encontrar el hotel en excelentes condiciones después del huracán de 2023. Estuvimos un fin de semana antes de Pascua y no había mucha gente, pudimos disfrutar tranquilamente. El personal es amable y la atención es buena. El restaurante Tabachín tiene excelente calidad en sus alimentos. Sin duda volveremos.

This is a good place, particularly if you have kids. There are a few restaurants with good food. The inside store is nice and has most of the things you might need. The hotel is a little bit dated and you can tell but it is ok. I had a small refrigerator in my room that did not really work well. If you decide to go there, beware that the food is good but it is also expensive. There are no restaurants around, so you are pretty much stuck with the restaurants in the resort. Just make sure you budget for that. Staff is super nice, they are all very helpful and are willing to accommodate you as much as possible. This place is quieter than the Princess. There are free shuttles that can take you from the Pierre to the Princess 24 hours. The shuttle is at the lobby and you just ask them to take you. Overall it was a great stay and I recommend it.
