Clean and comfortable and offers free drop off and pick up from the airport. I have stayed here numerous times but this is the first time they have charged extra for leaving my car there.

Staff are really friendly and kind. Close to the airport and the 24/7 free shuttle is always appreciated as is the extended parking. We always choose to stay here when flying out.

Handy for an overnight stay close to the airport. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from the airport is very handy. Even offered a comp late checkout before shuttle back to the airport when they realised our flight was not until 4pm.

Newly refurbished clean rooms, great location, free wifi/parking during your stay and very helpful staff. Free washer/dryer facilities which was a bonus. Will definitely be returning.

The room staff and location are great. This would be where I would choose to stay here for myself and family as the value is outstanding. Free parking, laundry and spacious room. We were upgraded to the room with a spa bath, in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was fresh, clean and everything you could need for either a short term stay or a long term stay. The staff are so supportive and down to earth, incredibly considerate and friendly which for us gives this place A++ ratings, very highly recommended. There is some traffic noise, however after coming from another major city it is minimal.

This was a good visit with nice staff. This is an older motel which would benefit from some upgrades. However it was very clean and comfortable. The only downside for us was having a second floor room and the site didn’t have an elevator. We both have difficulty climbing stairs.

Shuttle pick up was good. But 0800 number from my international number didn’t work and I had to go on line to find the local number to ring them. That mattered only because it cost money to ring the 0800 several times to find out it didn’t work, and because at midnight after 24 hours of flying you just want it to be pretty easy. A clear number on the receipt email would help here. Or better let me arrange an approximate pick up time by email before I come. That said the instruction of where to meet the shuttle from the driver// receptionist and the greeting were all good. As was the ease of arranging the shuttle in the morning. Once there the general state of cleanliness was good. Except for small forest of pubes in the bed. I went and told the receptionist who was upset and very helpful and who along with getting me clean sheets and towels also came and helped me change the bed - which at 12:45 was much appreciated. For £80 (price of a road side travel lodge in the uk) and as a seasoned traveller, I knew I wasn’t getting 5 star. But hoped for a slightly higher level of ease and cleanliness in nz for that cash. Receptionist// driver was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Auckland airport. However the building construction is poor, with no soundproofing from the upstairs unit or from outside road noise. The heavy footsteps of the guest upstairs kept us awake all night, even though we were wearing earplugs. The room was not clean, with smelly old carpet, blood stains and long hair on pillowcases. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Over the 6 weeks of our travel and 18 different hotels in NZ, this hotel was unfortunately the worst.

We had a wonderful stay at BK Pioneer! The place was very clean and felt just like home. Everything we needed was available from a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to onsite laundry facilities.Housekeeping was done daily, which was a pleasant surprise. They changed our linens and made the beds while we were out, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was spacious, with a big bed for us and a separate room for the kids with two single beds. There were also two tv's which was great for relaxing in the evenings, with all the apps including netflix, youtube etc, the wifi internet speed was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay, reception staff was also nice.

The shuttle took a long time to pick me up from the airport and doesn't operate between 10 am and 2 pm... My flight was at 2 30pm so this was very inconvenient. I ended up getting an Uber because I didn't want to be stuck at the airport for hours with my suitcase. The traffic was incredibly loud, there is no soundproofing at all and it's on a very busy road. The sink in my bathroom was broken and barely drained. The staff were really nice and friendly though so that was a positive.

Mixed review. On the plus side: large, spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Close to the airport and cafes etc. On the minus side: noisy. Busy road. Also can hear guests walking about in room above our heads late at night. No plug for sink, but since the sink drained slowly it was not a problem. Spa did not work. Toilet flushing mechanism needs replacing. Light above bathroom mirror not working.

Stayed here after flying in to Auckland for a short overnight stay. The airport shuttle was fast and convenient and we used it to go back to the airport the next morning as well. The room was decent, but does show its age. Wifi was great. Our only complaint was that the walls were paper thin making for a not so restful sleep.

Very convenient to airport. Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff, especially the lady that picked us up at the airport with their shuttle bus, checked us in and then helped us get our luggage to our room...all after 10pm. She exemplified outstanding customer service.

There was no one when we arrived for check in. We had to wait 20 mins for someone to show up and then the bathroom sink was clogged and the room had not been vacuumed. There was visible dirt on the floor. Wasn’t awful, but I would not recommend.

The room staff and location are great. This would be where I would choose to stay here for myself and family as the value is outstanding. Free parking, laundry and spacious room. We were upgraded to the room with a spa bath, in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was fresh, clean and everything you could need for either a short term stay or a long term stay. The staff are so supportive and down to earth, incredibly considerate and friendly which for us gives this place A++ ratings, very highly recommended. There is some traffic noise, however after coming from another major city it is minimal.

The motel was conveniently located close to the airport. The included airport shuttle was excellent. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. The day time traffic was a little noisy but the nights were quiet. There was very little shopping but Uber helped with that.

I stayed here due to a forced three-day delay with Fiji Airways. It's conveniently located near the airport and within walking distance of a shopping center. I would stay again if I needed a stayover near the Auckland airport.

This was our choice for the last night before our return flight and it is conveniently located close to the airport. Due to the same fact it is not the quietest location, close to some major roadways. However, this is a good location for a first or last night if you don‘t want to drive far.

Overnight stay when we arrived at Auckland. Transfer was easy. The room was really nice for our family of 4 with a separate bedroom and 2 single beds in the living area. We arrived without any travel adapters for the plug sockets but reception were very helpful and lent us some they had. Situated right across the road from a fantastic car rental company, Kiwi Direct, so the location was perfect. Would use again when passing through Auckland.

Delivered on everything we needed. Heat pump warmed unit up quickly. Dad only eats organic food so the little kitchen allowed him to prepare his own food. Convenient shuttle to & from intl/domestic airport, 15 min wait. Call BW once u are thru customs. Organised time with them night before for 9 am shuttle back to airport.

The complimentary transport to & from Auckland International & Domestic Airports was appreciated especially when you're on flights that arrive after midnight. I liked that my unit included a kitchenette which allowed me to cook my food rather than eat out or eat only cold food. Overall a wonderful stay and the staff was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at BK Pioneer! The place was very clean and felt just like home. Everything we needed was available from a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to onsite laundry facilities.Housekeeping was done daily, which was a pleasant surprise. They changed our linens and made the beds while we were out, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was spacious, with a big bed for us and a separate room for the kids with two single beds. There were also two tv's which was great for relaxing in the evenings, with all the apps including netflix, youtube etc, the wifi internet speed was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay, reception staff was also nice.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and because they have an airport shuttle which worked very well. We were given a room in the middle of the property where traffic noise was not a problem, but you are at the mercy of noise made by other guests. The room was very clean and had the expected kitchen facilities etc.

Always consistently clean and comfortable. Good value for money and love having the option to save on your private vehicle storage by leaving it with the staff, whilst overseas. I have used this motel several times and will continue to do so as long as it stays like it is. Thank you BK team 🙌

This motel has been my motel of choice at the airport for many years and it never disappoints. I've usually got car so the free car parking is great but on the odd occasion I don't have a car their shuttle service is much appreciated. I have no doubt it will continue to be my go-to airport motel

The room was nice, clean and at a great location for a stay prior to an early flight out of Auckland or late flight into Auckland. Was perfect and would stay again when travelling. The staff member at reception was super friendly and very helpful.
