The only positive aspects of the hotel is it is very close to New St Station and had a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the location also makes it very noisy and this was exacerbated by a broken window latch that meant the window couldn't be closed which made sleep difficult. And on the hottest week of the year, there was no hot water for 2 days of my stay either in the morning or evening. And my belongings were removed from the room by the cleaner and returned to be in the bottom of a black bag. I could probably cope with some of the above if one of nights hadn't cost me £199!

Staff were fine but the rooms were well below standard. The water from the shower head tricked out at a weak snails pace & the shower head wasn’t adjustable at all which made for a long arduous cleanse. Had one of the most awful nights sleep due to the constant noise from outside. The only positive aspect to was that this hotel is right next New Street station & a stones throw away from the Wetherspoons. Would not stay here again.
