Rooms were clean, great breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have aircon or at least a fan in the heatwave but our room had neither so was very hot and made it difficult to sleep.

We arrived and found the entrance to the underground carpark almost immediately. The ramp was a touch tight but nevertheless it lead to a decent sized underground carpark. The reception staff greeted us and within minutes we had been checked in and directed to the lifts and our room. The room was clean, neat and well maintained. A few extra hangers would have been better but otherwise we managed. Coffee and tea supplies were good and having a fridge in the room made it all the better. Our breakfast was equally as good as everything else we experienced in the hotel. Perfectly cooked bacon, eggs, sausage, plenty to choose from with all you need to make up a hearty full English. Lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal.. All in all our three night stay was well worth the price and would without any hesitation book another stay and or other hotel venues.

Clean room and very helpful staff. Great to have on-site parking in the city centre although at £18 for 24 hours, it's quite expensive. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.
