The apartment was spacious and comfortable but unfortunately the lift was out of action and on our first morning there was no hot water so rather spoiled the overall stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The lift was out of action all the time we were there. We were on the 3rd floor which was quite a struggle for my husband. On the plus side. The apartment was very secure. Very clean and very comfortable. Could have done with a few cushions in the lounge. Would have been even better if there were some Marigold gloves for washing up the dishes.

An excellent location to use as a base to visit the city and the surrounding areas. The apartment was well presented and it is located within easy walking distance to the local restaurants. The secure bookable parking was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We will definitely use the services apartments again in the near future when visiting Birmingham.
An excellent location to use as a base to visit the city and the surrounding areas. The apartment was well presented and it is located within easy walking distance to the local restaurants. The secure bookable parking was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Property has no working lifts, this has been the case for a number of months. The rooms need refurbishing, advertised as having dishwasher and coffee machine, neither are in the room. There were 4 sachets of decaf coffee. The washing machine isn’t very safe and in the middle of the washing cycle the door just springs open with the cycle continuing and water and soap still in the machine pouring out on to the floor. Bedding is stained. I stayed here many years ago and the product was great, unfortunately it doesn’t look like anything has been upgraded. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone, especially if you have luggage or issues climbing stairs as you have to climb a lot of stairs.

The check-in and the room was fine and see the amount of space I had was great. However in the bathroom there was male beard shaving everywhere in the cups In the bathroom and the bathroom itself. Though I was really annoyed about car park which I paid £12 for a secure car park. However the gate was left open and as my room was next to the car park at night I could hear drunks in the car park and the gate was open. Especially across the road there was a car park charging £10 and had the shutters down. These were my two annoyance from my stay, despite the lift wasn’t working. I feel I should get a refund on the parking. Apart from that the space was fine.

The property was okay and clean. We could have done with a few more pots and pans. The oven needs repairing. The lift was broken so that made access difficult. Overall we would stay again when the lifts are fixed.

Nice little apartment, a little dated but had everything we needed. Great location . Lift was not working , not ideal when staying on the 4th floor. The light in the bathroom was constantly flickering , batteries in the tv remote needed changing, a little more attention to detail needed.

Great location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Not luxurious, but good quality and had everything we needed. Good value. Unfortunately the lift was out of order, which was a challenge as our apartment was on the fifth floor! Can’t fault the staff though, as they did what they could to help us.

There was a massive stain on the carpet in the bedroom which was quite disgusting to look at. Property is very outdated and there was a random bed in the middle of the living room even though it was only meant for 2 people.

The apartment was great, with a well-equipped little kitchen and good areas for sitting. Everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working, which didn’t affect me too much, but anyone with mobility issues or massive luggage might want to check that it has been fixed before booking this place.

Clean znd tidy , limited cooking untensils no frying pan only 3 saucepands tiny grill . Instructions for workjng washing machine , were for a different washing machine to yhe one we had. Bed very comfortable, wardrobe door was broken and couldnf dhut properly as wood was split at top Lovely full size fridge freezer. Sofa comy but low . Couldve dine with a broom , along with the dustpan and brush. All in all was adequate fir our needs , jyst wish my mum had git to enjoy the whole 6 dats of our stay . Unfortunately she only got to enjoy our first night and day there before coming unwell and ended up in hospital where dhe passed away.

I gave 3 stars for over all stay and cleanliness because the first towel i used had a big black dirty mark on it, and the second towel had pale faint dirty marks or staisn on it, it wasnt pleasant. Also the dining chairs were mucky and one had a bit of old pasta on it. But apart from that it was very clean and spacious and comfortable. Vould have had a spatualr in the kitchen to use wit hfrying pan. I used a big spoon instead. The bed was very comfortable. Could have done with a couple extra pillows though. Also ther le was a funny smell upon entering level 2 corridor and also my apartment. I got used to the smell after a day or so. The receptionist was always smiley so that was lovely. I gave less stars for comfort as i wanted a nice desk for working and the kitchen table wasn't too comfortable. Easy to procrastinate. Good distance from shopping centre and if arrvign late 24 hour spar right next door. That was handy.

Kitchen had very basic and cheap appliances and the refreshments were also cheap brands. Bathroom again basic fittings and looked like something in a cheap council house. I wouldn't mind but this stay wasn't particularly cheap I've stayed in much more luxurious apartments in Birmingham for less than this one cost.

This apartment hotel was one of the best accommodation out there at a very reasonable price. The apartment was very spacious for a single person, modern and so clean. The location was few minutes walk from the main Bullring shopping centre, restaurants and the main train station. I definitely want to come back to this hotel/apartment.

It’s a shame to see this once really outstanding venue looking so dated and in need to updating. It is certainly not like the pictures - my apartment had no cushions, table lamps or standing lamp. It is ok if you want your own kitchen and apartment away from home but it is no longer premium or premier

It's in the Chinatown. No Aircon was slightly uncomfortable choice as it was a little muggy. Fully equipped Kitchen provided very good service. Not the property's fault but there was a DJ event nearby and sound and screams were annoying as I had to keep the windows open due to the weather...

The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding.

Was contacted for deposit, agreed but was sent invoice for that included room rate and deposit I had already paid and they stated I hadn’t, after 10 emails back and forth they rang to say they had made a mistake, I said I’ll pay the deposit but for the stress would like two complimentary bottles of wine instead of one, they agreed. Got there and was given two quarter bottles, basically two glasses. Lift wasn’t working first day, had to climb 3 sets of stairs with heavy case. As a gold member asked for late check out, they had availability but then tried charging £10 an hour, I explained that I booked through hotels.com and they stated it’s never free. I contacted hotels.com who don’t understand that it shouldn’t advertise the hotel as a VIP hotel but I got no where and gave up. Big room, near china town and shopping, kitchen nice, Spar next door is a rip off

A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the firemen given the clear to enter again.

A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night.

Everything is 10/10, from my check-in process, during my stay and check-out. The staff are very friendly. The apartment is spacious and as usual, i had a great time staying there. Looking forward to coming back again.

An excellent location to use as a base to visit the city and the surrounding areas. The apartment was well presented and it is located within easy walking distance to the local restaurants. The secure bookable parking was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We will definitely use the services apartments again in the near future when visiting Birmingham.

The staff was okay and the property itself could use some upgrade with regards to the appliances. The front reception was not sticking to its posted operating hours. They closed earlier without notice. The baby cot was old and in bad condition.

Decided to go to a conference in the Custard factory, and get a hotel the night before, saving me a 4am start (I live in Essex) To be honest, I just looked for a local, cheap hotel with decent ratings. I found Premier Suites, £85 for the room, good ratings, 10 minute walk from the venue. Job done. I had no expectations. I didn't arrive there until 9.30 at night. Everything was great. The layout was a small fully equipped kitchen/diner - spotless - and a living area with a comfy 2-seater sofa and TV. Bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. loads of storage space. Decent iron. Good wifi. Pretty much everything you need. I felt right at home, and instead of going straight to bed I thought I'd enjoy it, popped next door to the Spar for a bottle of wine and chilled out on the living room before bed. Staff were amazing - loads of email communications with clear instructions and even a phone call from an account manager (apologies forgotten your name) who was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely be using the company again. The only gripe (and it's a small one) is that it was difficult to get into the safe to retrieve my room key - the buttons are a little worn. Other than that, no quibbles whatsoever.

Walking distance from train station, nearby shopping mall and very close to an Asian supermarket that has anything from Japan, South Korea, and China. They also have all kinds of rice, maybe Thai rice too. Great location.

Excellent customer care from front of house on arrival and through the stay. Good location, especially if like Asian food with cafe culture to high end restaurants. Close enough to centre of town o make most things accessible and very good for the Bull Ring. Apartment very clean and well furnished with good facilities for a short/long term stay.

A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the firemen given the clear to enter again.

Very good value. Comfy bed and all we could need in the way of facilities, including a bath. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and loads of hot water. Very quiet - we had a good night's sleep. A bit bland, with lots of magnolia paint - a few pictures would cheer the apartments up and make them more homely. Fairly central, opposite the indoor market and NTback to backs, but not the nicest part of the city. All in all, would recommend.

Room was cool! And staff was nice! However, it was in a terrible part of town (trash and homeless people everywhere). There was an alarm that went off constantly somewhere across the road. It was a bit difficult to find. We had to go around a few times to find it. But it was a short walk to the canals!

The room had no air conditioning or fan, which made staying there a real ordeal. I had to open the window, but there was a lot of noise downstairs early in the morning.There were no lift directions or signs in the corridor, which was very inconvenient. The reception claimed they finished work at 6 o’clock, but when I arrived at 5.30, I found there was no one there.
