The kitchen staff during morning breakfast were terrible, they were not friendly. My partner doesn't eat early so needed to wrap his food so he can eat it later but the kitchen staff refused that he should seat there and eat it or leave the food. We paid for the breakfast. The kitchen staff should be re-trained. The 1st room 142 we were given was so terrble, the carpet so old and dirty, the room smelling and stuffy. You will think you are in a prison. We immediately refused it. The only good experience came from the receptionist.
