Lee’s place is an amazing and affordable place to stay if you’re visiting Nevada with multiple people. We had 4 people staying at the house and we all were very comfortable and felt as though we had our own space in the home. The backyard area was a nice place to sit down and catch up with family. The house is located 10-15 minutes from the strip and most tourist attractions. The house was filled with everything you would need. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about staying here.

House was as advertised except it is a 3 bedroom, not 2 as listed. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and in a neighborhood close to stores, restaurants and a golf course. The inside is clean and the not outdated. I would say that anyone staying there should bring their own soap and shampoo. I would gladly stay there in the future.

House is roomie. And clean … needs more towels. Houses are super close to each other,, you can’t really enjoy the patio because the neighbors will complain about any normail socializing ,,, we felt we couldn’t really enjoy the amenity.. … (nosey neighbors for sure) overall we had a great time!!

We came to Vegas to visit our parents who live nearby in the northwest part of town. The property was very new, fully equipped, with comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, high quality bathrooms, an amazing grassy back yard with grill, and full-size washer and dryer. The host was extremely helpful and immediately responded to any questions. We will stay again.

For me and my family, this home was like home away from home. Clean and well organized with all the amenities we needed. Located in a lovely, quiet and fseemingly safe neighborhood. The host was available if we needed him. Will stay here again if I available when we visit again.

Very clean, large place, good beds, lots of towels, didn't use the patio or garage but they were available. Our pickup wouldn't fit in the garage but outside parking and neighborhood were safe. It's about 25 drive to the strip and 20 to Fremont but we didn't mind as we prefer to be off the strip. Very quiet area. We'd definitely stay again.

The home was in a lovely neighborhood and the home was clean and beautiful. The back patio was wonderful way to end the evening. It is about a 20 min drive away from Vegas strip but we enjoyed having the distance.

Fantastic house in a fantastic neighborhood. We really enjoyed being away from the strip with great local food. Having an on site washer and dryer allowed me to pack for a week in a carry on.

Everything was great! My only issue was the sheets in the pull out couch needed to be washed and the floors downstairs needed a better cleaning. Otherwise, check-in/check-out and amenities were excellent. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at during our trip to Las Vegas. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Firstly, communication with the host was seamless. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the process effortless. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a clean and beautifully decorated space that felt like a home away from home. Secondly, the neighborhood, we were able to easily explore the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant culture of the area. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and secure, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The beds were comfy. The only caveat was the upstairs sink. The water comes out and splashes you due to maybe how it was installed. Thank you to the host for providing such a wonderful experience!!!

Our daughter was getting married nearby and we wanted a home where we could all gather and visit. The large living room provided ample space to all be together. First and foremost, the property and home were just magnificent. I need to give Lee with the multitude of credit for allowing myself and family to reschedule several times due to conflicting schedules. Lee immediately changed our travel dates each time and we are more than thankful for that. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. I especially loved the master bath shower! It’s also very impressive that each of the rooms did have memory foam beds, not to mention 2 of the rooms had king sized beds. My family was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and close to stores. With that said, the Vegas strip was close and easily accessible to get there!! Mahalo Nui Loa, until we meet again.

Overall stay was not bad. The thermostat was locked so we could not turn up the heat. Vegas was very cold at night especially. We had an older gentleman with us and he was very cold. Did not have a phone number for Lee. Also, the outside lock was difficult sometimes with the code.

From the time of the booking, the communication with Lee was clear , concise and prompt. We had to stay in a specific area in Las Vegas to be near a family member with declining health in conjunction with work meetings. This was the perfect home for us to accomplish everything that we needed. It was very clean, super comfortable for us and our adult children (loved the first floor master ! ) and in a convenient location to freeways, restaurants our local family members and more. We are so grateful to have found this home as we will be returning often and would definitely book this home again!

Clean property. Painless check in. Great communication with the host. Property is close to the freeway with all the amenities nearby. Short trip to downtown or the strip. We had a couple of very small problems which wouldn't have mattered at all. I called Lee and he picked up on the first ring and came right over in minutes to help. Lee was a great host, and we would definitely stay again next time we visit Las Vegas.

This home is updated, well furnished & equipped, Lee is very responsive! We had an issue with the hot water. Lee responded to us immediately and had plumbers come fix the issue right away, on a Saturday! Not having hot water would've surely been a problem so we were extremely happy that Lee addressed it so quickly. Everything was clean and the home had all we needed for a comfortable stay for our family. We would stay here again & recommend this property!

The inside is clean and the not outdated. I would say that anyone staying there should bring their own soap and shampoo. I would gladly stay there in the future.

We loved staying at this home! Close enough to Vegas that it’s not a long drive, but far enough that you can escape the craziness of Vegas when you’re done with it! Beautiful home with all the comforts of home. Awesome host who cares and responds quickly. Would stay again here for sure!

The property was perfect. I never had a more home like vacation home experience as good as this one. The neighborhood is as quiet and not too far from the strip. Access to Walmart and other businesses were also close by.

Very clean, large place, good beds, lots of towels, didn't use the patio or garage but they were available. Our pickup wouldn't fit in the garage but outside parking and neighborhood were safe. It's about 25 drive to the strip and 20 to Fremont but we didn't mind as we prefer to be off the strip. Very quiet area. We'd definitely stay again.

We were in town for the Mt. Charleston marathon. It was the perfect location for the bus loading and race finish line. Super comfy beds. The place was in great shape and the owner was very easy to work with.

The property was exactly how it was advertised. It was very clean. 10 - 15 minutes to the strip and Freemont. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend and would rent again when in Las Vegas.
