Im not sure. The hotel was total renovating, we did not get any notis about that when we ordered the room. Was dirty and noisy there and the elevator did not work as well. Airconditioning did not work and the electricity in the room sparked in the sockets. We was living in a construction site. Thats the word for it..

The hotel is undergoing lots of renovation which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking, when we arrived it was broken flooring due to be replaced, the lift to our floor didn't work so we had to carry our suitcases down a flight of stairs to be able to access the floor. Loud construction work during the daytimes, exposed wiring, on the hallways and stairwells which stunk of paint. I think the hotel needs to be closed while the work is ongoing. No air con due to the work, no kettle or amenities in the room, no real clothes storage or anything.

Tiny gym. Elevator wouldn't go to my floor (4th floor). Constant renovations from about 8am vibrating around the place. Breakfast is expensive for what you get but buffet is ok. Helpful staff and clean rooms.

I was there in early July. The hotel was undergoing renovations. Noisy all day. As a result of the construction we had to use the service elevator which was extremely small. Additionally, after paying the city tax, I was told that there's no air conditioning as advertised. I think the hotel being under construction and the lack of air conditioning should be disclosed when making a reservation. The one bright spot is, that the hotel is in central Brussels. The central train station is close making it convenient go places. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area of the hotel.

You get what you pay for and this hotel is on the lower end in terms of prices. Worn throughout but really dirty in only a few places like the filthy carpets. Bring sandals or something to wear in the room. They seem to be doing something to improve things: hammering started before 8 AM. Great location near the Grand Place. Lovely views from the 6th floor. Bed and bedding comfy and in good condition. But - the reason that I wouldn’t consider staying here again - the AC was out and I wasn’t informed of this until AFTER I checked in while the AC being out was long known according to other reviews. Having AC was a criteria I used when picked a hotel and now I’m feeling g quite let down by this chain.
