Property condition was good, staff and service are great. Just hopped they advised that their onsite parking garage is not that large and there was not enough spots so I had to park in another near by garage

Great property. Should changed their room key system, because an actual key that was big and that you need to unlock and lock the door everytime, not very convenient!

The staff were 1st class. The location was good The room was very basic. It did have tea & coffee facilities, which consisted of 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags (1 of which was chamomile), a small kettle, and 2 paper cups. I'd have thought that for what you are paying for the room, they could have at least given you proper cups. There is also a small safe. Breakfast was poor, no great choice, there was no hot food on offer, only cold meats, cheese & salad, etc They don't have key cards for the rooms; it's normal keys hanging on a large, heavy key ring, which gets handed into reception when you go out, which is no real issue, until you come back to the hotel and there is a queue of people all trying to check in, and you're having to wait for your key. Overall, the hotel is OK there are better and cheaper hotels to choose from. Would I stay again... No

Het inchecken ging snel en vriendelijk. We hadden een ruimere kamer gekregen. Er was nog plaats in de parkeergarage dus hebben we onze auto beneden in de garage kunnen parkeren €24,- per 24 uur. De parkeergarage is beperkt van plaats (ongeveer 8 plaatsen) en er is ook niet veel manoeuvreerruimte. Het ontbijt is redelijk maar er is niets warms te eten.

Great hotel in a nice part of Brussels, just off Ste Katherine square which has lots of bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Place Central. We were driving so their garage influenced our choice; it’s accessed via a steep ramp and quite tight: our BMW 520 just about made it when the spaces were not full. Note that the one way system around the hotel seems to have changed since our sat nav was last updated (2022); possibly due to the roadworks near the Bourse. Very helpful and friendly reception staff both at check in and check out. Good continental-style breakfast served in basement.

Beds, bedding and room were comfortable. Air con worked well. Area was quiet. Great location. Friendly staff. Parking at the hotel is expensive - I recommend using another car park. We used Parkbee which was 7 minutes walk away. Breakfast was poor quality - mainly consisted of cheese and processed meats, and tinned fruit in syrup rather than any fresh fruits. Main problem was that each room only has 1 key and does not lock shut without a key. This meant that when my partner went out earlier than me while I was still sleeping, she had to either lock me in and leave me with no key (not safe!) or leave me sleeping with the door unlocked so anyone can walk in (also not safe!). This is a very strange setup and I have never encountered this before. Please copy second keys for all your rooms!

Room was comfortable,breakfast was fine,there was a nice greek restaurant opposite which was convenient on our last night as we didnt want to walk into town even thiugh it wasn't far,the car park was basically a cellar fairly tight not good for a larger car especially if its full which wouldn't take much.

Helaas aardig wat haren en stof in de badkamer. De rest van de kamer was prima. Wel gehorig. Als er om 2:00 mensen naar hun kamer lopen, dan hoor je dat goed. Ook als ze daarna nog praten en tv aan hebben. Ontbijt was prima. Receptiemedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk. Prima locatie.

The room was very spacious, with a hallway and door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. Breakfast was included and offered a basic selection of pastries, cold cuts, waffles, and hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast area was large with plenty of seating and never felt crowded. Overall, a convenient and well-located stay with excellent service.

Ik lag aan de straatkant en kon alles horen. Heb tot 04:45 wakker gelegen van het rumoer. Nochtans waren alke ramen gesloten. Kamer zelf was een toppertje

Convenient hotel, the property is visibly outdated, both in the general areas and in the rooms. I had a room on the 4th floor with a skylight that could not be obscured at night, the curtain was completely missing, thus had to deal with a completely lit room till late at night and starting very early in the morning. I mentioned this at the concierge and they told me that the room has no curtain, nothing more. Like, deal with it and get over it. Overall, I would not come back

The hotel is very well placed for public transport, minutes from metro, bus and tram stops. Just off a main street meant it was fairly quiet as well. My only qualm was that the bathtub was unusually narrow, so even standing for a shower nearly meant balancing - there was a handrail.

Het ontbijtmenu was okee, veel keus voor ongezond brood, weinig volkoren brood. 5 sneetjes dus ik was gelukkig op tijd maar toch. De kamer was schoon. Dat was prettig. Personeel vriendelijk. Hotelkamer erg verouderd. Wel echt aan renovatie toe. Airco lawaaierig. Doet het ieg. Kwast verf en douchen in bad is vreselijk.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just few minutes walk to the Grand Place and other attractions but hiding in a quiet street. The amenities is very basic but is clean. The breakfast is good and the dining hall is surrounded by the 13th century stone wall! Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Beatrice even came down to greet people at breakfast time! I would come back to here next time in Brussels.

The hotel was very close (certainly walkable!) to nearly every landmark, shops, restaurants and it was fairly close to Brussel's Centraal and Midi train stations. Reception staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, especially for Europe.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in was great as it was 1pm which is earlier than other hotels and means you aren’t hanging about, the rooms were modern with good facilities and the breakfast was a good spread for a Continental. The room was very quiet which was also great, the hotel is in a great location close enough to busy areas but far away enough to not hear the noise, it is situated well for public transport with two metro stops less than a 5min walk away. Overall we were really impressed :)
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in was great as it was 1pm which is earlier than other hotels and means you aren’t hanging about, the rooms were modern with good facilities and the breakfast was a good spread for a Continental. The Atlas was extremely good value for money. The location is superb - easily walkable to all of central Brussels many delights. The decor is simple, tasteful and well maintained. The service we received at reception was excellent. Breakfast could be a little better perhaps (the pain au chocolat for instance, and it could include bacon for international guests), but it was definitely good enough, tasty and with many options. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend the Atlas.

The room was spacious and clean,but the staff the night guy in particular should not be working in a hotel. He was rude to put it mildly we were thrown our room key at!!! Unbelievable!!! The guy with moustache should be fired on the spot.

Great hotel in a nice part of Brussels, just off Ste Katherine square which has lots of bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Place Central. We were driving so their garage influenced our choice; it’s accessed via a steep ramp and quite tight: our BMW 520 just about made it when the spaces were not full. Note that the one way system around the hotel seems to have changed since our sat nav was last updated (2022); possibly due to the roadworks near the Bourse. Very helpful and friendly reception staff both at check in and check out. Good continental-style breakfast served in basement.

Excellent location...perfect for walking around the city and great for Christmas markets. Also a very nice and varied breakfast. Helpful team on reception who helped up get a taxi back to the railway station.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Shower not the best and kept flooding th bathroom floor. Would prefer at least 1 hot option at breakfast but over can’t really fault. Rooms got roasting throughout the night and needed air con on, which worked fine.

One big factor was having breakfast included in the rate. That said, the breakfast was great: good variety, food continuously replenished, team members continuously clearing and cleaning tables. The hotel was very close (certainly walkable!) to nearly every landmark, shops, restaurants and it was fairly close to Brussel's Centraal and Midi train stations. Reception staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, especially for Europe.

The staff were 1st class. The location was good The room was very basic. It did have tea & coffee facilities, which consisted of 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags (1 of which was chamomile), a small kettle, and 2 paper cups. I'd have thought that for what you are paying for the room, they could have at least given you proper cups. There is also a small safe. Breakfast was poor, no great choice, there was no hot food on offer, only cold meats, cheese & salad, etc They don't have key cards for the rooms; it's normal keys hanging on a large, heavy key ring, which gets handed into reception when you go out, which is no real issue, until you come back to the hotel and there is a queue of people all trying to check in, and you're having to wait for your key. Overall, the hotel is OK there are better and cheaper hotels to choose from. Would I stay again... No

Beds, bedding and room were comfortable. Air con worked well. Area was quiet. Great location. Friendly staff. Parking at the hotel is expensive - I recommend using another car park. We used Parkbee which was 7 minutes walk away. Breakfast was poor quality - mainly consisted of cheese and processed meats, and tinned fruit in syrup rather than any fresh fruits. Main problem was that each room only has 1 key and does not lock shut without a key. This meant that when my partner went out earlier than me while I was still sleeping, she had to either lock me in and leave me with no key (not safe!) or leave me sleeping with the door unlocked so anyone can walk in (also not safe!). This is a very strange setup and I have never encountered this before. Please copy second keys for all your rooms!
