The location is perfect. If you dont mind the crowd noise on a busy night, its in a perfect location. If youre a light sleeper, I would recommend one of the rooms towards the back of the hotel. Easy access to the train station. Its a 5 minute walk. Staff was super friendly. Both receptionists were amazing at helping out and recommendations. Great hotel and would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation I have would be for them to make a nice lounge area. It seemed like they are doing some remodeling so maybe thats in the works.

La cosa migliore di quest’hotel, anzi l’unica, è la posizione, la cosa peggiore: è gestito molto male. Cominciamo dalle prenotazioni, sono 4 camere prenotate i primi di dicembre e chiediamo che siano poste sullo stesso piano. Il 24 dicembre ce ne danno 2 in un piano e 2 in un altro. Nei giorni dal 24 al 26 c’è poco personale, alla reception una sola persona e nessuno che possa venire nella nostra camera a regolare la temperatura, troppo fredda. Andiamo alla struttura: La camera ha 2 letti singoli accostati, l’indomani chiediamo alla cameriera se lo può fare diventare doppio; ci risponde che non è possibile perché non ha le lenzuola adatte! (incredibile, in un hotel 4 stelle!). Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole ma sufficienti, un tavolo occupato per metà da caffettiera, boiler e bicchieri e, di nuovo incredibile, nessun posto per posare le valigie che quindi devono essere messe sul pavimento o se sono piccole nelle 2 poltroncine. Allora dove si ci siede? Abbiamo chiesto almeno un carrellino pieghevole, e rispondono che non ne hanno in tutto l’hotel (sempre più incredibile!). In bagno non esiste riscaldamento. Per tutti i 4 giorni funzionava 1 solo ascensore, l’altro era fuori servizio. Infine nella hall-reception non c’è alcuna lounge, solamente un divano curvo. Questo sarebbe un 4 stelle?

This property is very clean and the family room we rented was very spacious. We had room to spread out and feel comfortable. Beautiful location, extremely convenient! The view from our room was incredible! The four person option with the pullout bed was a little tight! The room space was amazing, but the bed option for the second bed was just a futon like caught. Luckily, my kids were so jetlagged. It didn’t matter. But probably not the best option for a long-term stay.

Comfortable hotel right in the centre of Brussels. Easy walk to Grand Place and Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Great for a weekend break. We had a suite for 3. Sofabed for 3rd traveller which was low down but ok.

Location is excellent, extremely close to central station and main square. The only issue the AC in the suite we stayed didn’t work most of the time ( we stayed for 5 nights). That made it very inconvenient, felt very warm and stale.

The best part about this hotel is its location -- it's fantastic! Right in the middle of everything. My room was a little chilly and I was not able to get it warmer. Perhaps they had turned off the heat for the summer. But I would definitely book this place again.

Hotel nice and in good location, although it can be noisy outside as there is a square with plenty restaurants, it didnt affect my sleep. I had room overlooking the square which was nice atmosphere without being amongst it (especially as a solo traveller)

Great location. Hotel staff absolutely brilliant, I interacted with a number of them, and they were all great. Corridors to the rooms are a little dated, but room itself was great. Room 610 had an absolutely incredible view, we were able to open the window in the evening and listen to the buzz of the square below! Great hotel all round. We had a 5 year old child with us, absolutely great for him too.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It's within walkig distance of a lot of attractions and a great part of the city. Rooms itself are small but efficient and clean. Staff unfortunately acts like they don't want to work there.

Nuestra estancia en este Nh fue muy agradable, especialmente por el trato por parte del personal de recepción (especialmente Jordi), que en todo momento nos prestaron la ayuda que necesitamos y nos facilitaron las habitaciones a tiempo. La ubicación es excelente, a escasos pasos de la Gran Plaza, mercados, tiendas y restaurantes. Teníamos un poco de duda respecto al ruido de la zona, pero no nos afectó en absoluto para dormir. Lo único que creemos que podría mejorar es el desayuno buffet, ya que había cosas que no estaban frescas y no había demasiada variedad. No obstante, el servicio fue bueno. En general, una estancia muy recomendable para visitar Bruselas, con acceso también a la Estación Central, lo que permite una gran movilidad entre ciudades.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im NH Carrefour de l’Europe verbracht. Um mit dem Positiven zu beginnen: Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut super für einen Städtetrip in Brüssel; man ist sofort im Geschehen. Auch das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr schön angerichtet – nur leider musste man es in einem unterkühlten Raum einnehmen, was den Genuss erheblich minderte. Leider überwogen die Mängel bei weitem: Die Heizung in unserem Zimmer war defekt (nur 16–17 °C). Statt einer echten Lösung wurden wir vertröstet, die Anlage sei nur „träge“. Der später gelieferte Heizlüfter war so laut, dass er den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigte. Dass das Problem bekannt war, vermuten wir deshalb, weil im Raum hinter der Rezeption ebenfalls ein Not-Heizgerät lief und der Frühstücksraum so kühl war, dass Gäste teilweise in Jacken frühstücken mussten. Zudem passt der Zustand des Zimmers nicht zu dieser Hotelkategorie: Ein abgebrochener Halter in der Dusche und sehr verbrauchte Armaturen. Eine zerfranste Zimmertür und eine festgerostete, unsaubere TV-Halterung, die sich nicht bewegen ließ. Besonders enttäuschend: Auf unsere Beschwerde vor Ort sowie eine E-Mail erfolgte bis heute keinerlei Reaktion. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass ernsthaft nach einer adäquaten Lösung gesucht wurde. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr wählen.

Service was ok until checkout when counter staff insisted that I had 2 mornings of breakfast (you can check the CCTV) and not 1. After informing her of my itinerary where I had no chance of having breakfast except for once, she accepted it . However the charge for 2 breakfast x14.90 still went ahead. Please confirm the refund for euro 14.90.

Excellent location, minutes from Centrale station and many of the major sights. Was safe daytime and evening and quiet overnight despite being in a busy area. Room was comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Had some problems on check-in and also check-out. Seems that the digital services were not well aligned with the hotel. All resolved but it caused some needless checks with Reception. Also at check-in was told I couldn’t use my existing points but have previously been told I may do so.

Great staff and very helpful Salad at breakfast was old and vegetables looked perished The hot water kettle had so much limescale (a customer opens the top to see if there was any water and we saw the inside. Not cool) The room; - the shower hose was leaky and needs to be fixed - the smell of fresh paint on floor 3 and also at the reception was annoying - the toilet paper role holder was broken (non existent ). I like the location but wouldn’t stay there unless the hotel would shape up a little

This hotel provided a lovely three day getaway with great amenities. My balcony room overlooked the square and had a great view. I enjoyed having the window open to see the activities outside, but when closed it was quiet enough for my room to be restful. The room and bathroom were immaculate and bed extremely comfortable. It was one of the few hotels I could find that had a bathtub as well. I enjoyed the selection of tea and coffees in the room and the included breakfast each morning was incredible in its vast choices and quality. On a return trip I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Het hotel ademt een goede sfeer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt . Jammer dat we niet konden douchen ivm onze fysieke beperkingen. Het douchen was in een hoog bad. We konden niet zo hoog in en uit het bad stappen.
