Maalesef son dakika annex binada ve giriş katında olduğumu öğrendim cadde ışık ve gürültüsüne direk maruz kaldım onun dışında özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü idi

My room (in the Annex) was tiny but comfortable and the staff were simply fabulous.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings hat es im Gang derart gestunken, dass es mir übel wurde. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut gelegen, in der Nähe hat es eine U-Bahn. Ich war im Nebengebäude und direkt an der Strasse sowie an der Eingangstüre zum Gebäude. Es war laut und jedesmal, wenn eine Person in das Gebäude eingetreten ist, schien mir als würde die Türe gleich im Zimmer knallen.

Chambre confortable et propre. Il manque la climatisation, il y avait un ventilateur quand même. Prévoir un parking car l'hôtel n'en a pas et c'est très cher dans la rue.

Hotellet var ok, størrelese på rom vae bra, bodde i annexet. Frokost også ok. Men hotellrom i Brussel uten A/C er ikke akseptabelt

Endroit propre, calme malgré qu'il se trouve au centre ville. Pas beaucoup d'espace dans le corridor entre lrs chambres, pour circuler, et ce dans l'annexe ou j'étais. Sinon je le recommanderai quand même

Moest 3 bloks verder in een q-park parkeren...terwijl.men gewoon in de straat openbaar mocht parkeren, niet door de receptie aangegeven! Kamer rook naar chemisch schoonmaak

Stanza economica situata nell'edificio annesso.ero all'ultimo piano ma a me piacciono le stanze con affaccio sui tetti di Bruxelles. Fuori pioveva e faceva freddo ma la stanza era calda. Ottima assistenza del ragazzo alla reception che mi ha accolto per il check-in serale (anche se avevo avvisato che sarei arrivata tardi).non è stata molto economica ma in linea con i prezzi delle date natalizie di Bruxelles.

I didnt know that the room was in another building, away from the reception. But its not that, is that the building is very warm inside, there were no air condition. And rooms are very very tiny. At least for the warm They had to open the Windows and keep it like that to change the air with the curtains closed to not make warmer the room with sunlight.. When I came and I open the door. It felt like a oven.. Its not that comfortable.

Nice and modern, decent accommodation with 2 buildings one next to the other. I had to go to the other building for breakfast. The surrounding street is not the best, with some litter around the area and not many stations too close, but more like a 10 min walk away. The main street from 10 min away is much nicer. The room size is very small if you need a single room and it's quite expensive, but most of Brussels hotels are equally or more expensive. Overall, it was a decent stay for one night.

We had a good stay at this hotel for 5 nights. The location was great and there were nice cafes around. The size of the room and bathroom were good and the breakfast buffet was good too. The only downside was the fridge would turn off when we took the power out for the day so we couldnt store anything without it heating up. Also the bathroom had a terrible smell

Very comfortable bed. Just one slight gripe the toilet had not been properly cleaned.

The hotel was spotless, the bed super comfy and the room was spotless. Value for money was first class and I would recommend this hotel very highly.

L'hôtel est correct, mais l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne on entend des portes claquer toute la nuit, aussi les véhicules qui passent dans la rue. Le personnel est gentil et l'hôtel était propre et bien localisé.

I was happy with my stay, the room i booked was small (solo traveler) but had all the amenities i needed and was clean. The room itself appeared to be recently renovated and the bathroom was a good size. The neighborhood has a bit of a rough appearance at face value but was safe and close to central Brussels. Also this was my first time coming to Europe/ Brussels so i may have been hasty with my judgement about that. It was a tad noisy but i didn't mind that, just a heads up if thats something that would bother you. I spent three nights and all in all it was a great stay. I would recommend to others

Helgetur til Brussel. Brukte hotellet kun til overnatting. Helt greit og rimelig til det. Badet kunne vært noe renere (dusjforheng), men ellers var alt helt ok. Lite enkeltrom, men trenger heller ikke mer når man kun trenger et sted å sove.

Chambre 101 très petite et surtout pas du tout insonorisé on entend tout bruit de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur. Les lumières des voitures traversent les rideaux.

Séjour perturbée par la rue bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. Dernier jour du sejour, claquements des portes à une heure tardive la dernière nuit de Séjour : client certainement bruyant

Didn’t have AC, the room is extremely small and the fan provided it was too small, extremely hot room.

De 1 persoonskamer was krap. Bed slecht matras.

Stay at the end of July. The room is so warm, 5 degrees higher than outside. Of course no AC, so not recommend to stay here in the summer time. others are generally good.

L’accueil était vraiment extra!! Le sourire et la bonne humeur c’est vraiment apprécié quand tu viens de faire la moitié de la journée à pieds, en train et en bus!!! Mille fois merci!!!

1. Check-in after, I need to walk to another building and have stepped up to the elevator, my room on 3/F. Uncomfortable for me. 2. TV. hair dryer is broken. The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel with great pleasure, the Hotel even upgraded my standard room to a bigger room with fridge which was really good for my drinks to keep cold. Overall it was a nice Hotel, Friendly Staff, good light breakfast, clean room, and walking distance to shops and groceries. I will recommend Beverly Hills Hotel.

Great central location, very quiet surroundings. A bus stop and subway/metro station just a short walk away - and a branch of Lush, what's not to like?! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a cost-effective, comfortable stay.

I booked two rooms—one for my parents (2 adults), and one for myself, my husband, and our 18-month-old daughter. I had included my daughter in the reservation and even emailed the hotel beforehand to request a cot, but when we arrived there was none available. To make matters worse, there were only two towels in the room, with nothing provided for her. When I asked for an extra towel and the cot, I was told they could only be brought the next morning, as housekeeping had already left. Since we were only staying one night, that effectively meant nothing would be done, despite the hotel knowing in advance that we were traveling with a child. The room given to us was also extremely small, with a tiny bed that the three of us had to share due to the missing cot. On top of that, there was leftover cleaning product on the toilet lid, which was unpleasant and showed a lack of proper attention to cleanliness. Meanwhile, my parents’ room—booked at the exact same price—was huge, with a balcony, a large bed, and even a hot tub. The difference in quality was shocking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. They don’t honor special requests, even when made ahead of time, the cleaning was careless, and the quality of the room you receive seems to come down to pure luck. Unfortunately, if you’re not lucky, you’ll end up in a very poor room like we did.

Très bon séjour hôtel bien placé

Hotel pequeno, mas agradável. Fora do centro histórico, importante observar esse detalhe. Fica próxima à região de lojas de grifes, para que gosta de fazer comprar, é boa opção.

Un hotel muy agradable, está cerca de una estación del metro o de una de autobús, con lo cual puedes ir a cualquier parte de bruselas

Good convenient stay for a night, near the public transport stations and good restaurants

It’s very good for the price - i.e. the room is good, the bedding is clean, the whole room is clean, and it’s very quiet, and it has air conditioning so you are going to sleep well. The shower is hot (push it all the way left, even a tiny bit hard). The only kind of negative, is that it’s about a 1km walk from the main grand market square - but this is why it’s good value for money, and quiet, and it’s by the high end Louis Vuitton type shops so you definitely aren’t in the dodgy bit. Finally the breakfast is actually good too, I think they don’t think it is lol, but there is bacon, scrambled eggs, and I think sausages , as well as a very good continental for a flat €15 - so it’s a cheap way to get a calm good breakfast in before paying grand market square prices. The WiFi is good but a tiny bit fiddly as there are adverts to travers first. The metro stop you need is Louise. But this is a safe good value for money, clean, co Fy, quiet, bet.

Hotel tres bruyant donnant sur la rue très bruyante et hôtel mal insonorisé . Pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour et petit déjeuner bien trop cher pour le choix et la qualité des produits proposés !

At Beverly Hills I found a little and tidy single room located in a nice and silent street near the busy Louise Avenue. All the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fairly good for the price. I'll be sure to come back here next time I'm in Brussels!

Hotel accogliente e poco distante dal centro di Bruxelles. Servizio eccezionale e condizioni della camera perfette. Abbiamo preso anche il pacchetto colazione e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti per la vasta scelta di cibo e bevande.

No son especialmente amables. De mi estancia de cinco días sólo uno renovaron café en mi habitación y dos días no la limpiaron. El desayuno es muy básico y de poca calidad. Preferí desayunar por los alrededores. Lo mejor, sin duda, la ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona. Todo lo demás, mejorable

Séjour agréable, équipe très serviable. Il manque peut être d’un peu de musique dans la salle à manger.

Hotel in posizione centrale ma fuori dalle vie di soli negozi, molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale professionale e estremamente cortese, pronto ad ascoltare le richieste fatte. Struttura moderna è molto ben tenuta. Pulizia ineccepibile. Colazione ricca e varia in ambiente ben organizzato. Macchina del caffè di alta qualità. Doccia con box senza tende di plastica, saponi fissi ecologici e acqua calda immediatamente disponibile. Davvero una bella sorpresa. Un posto dove ritornare con piacere.

Tout c'est bien passé le personnel est aux petits soins, merci a eux. Pareil pour les petits déjeuners qui sont super. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de paillasson à l'entrée de l'immeuble annexe pour qu'on puisse avoir les pieds propres en rentrant dans nos chambres. Les matelas était trop mou pour moi, ça m'a donné mal au dos.
