The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but the weather was good and we cracked the window open. We were able to visit the Grand place twice due to the proximity. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only drawback is the street noise during night as there are multiple restaurants underneath the rooms and it does get a little loud with the windows open.

Great location, metro is right outside of the hotel. They offer free good coffee at lobby. Laundry room was easy to operate with 9 Euro total including wash and dry. Staff were friendly, highly recommended.

Für den Preis eine Top-Unterkunft. Geräumiges, sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Gratis-Kaffee dabei. Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Check-In und Check-Out sind problemlos von Statten gegangen. Parkgarage ist unter dem Hotel und kostet 20€ die Nacht. Einziges Manko war die Lautstärke in der Nacht: Der Platz, an dem das Hotel liegt war Freitag auf Samstag sehr belebt und erst gegen 03:00 Uhr morgens war es leise. Dazu war es sehr warm im Zimmer, sodass man das Fenster offen lassen musste, was die Lautstärke noch schlimmer gemacht hat. Ich denke unter der Woche ist das aber kein Problem!

Excellent location, room is large by European standards, kitchenette is very handy and well equipped. There's even a laundromat in the hotel! Staff were pleasant and thorough with explanations. Very pleased with our stay here.

Неплохой отель в соотношении цена-качество. В комнатах чисто. Кондиционера и общей вентиляционной системы нет, но есть вентиляторы в комнатах и окна. Те, кому нужна тишина, бронируйте комнаты с выходом во двор, поскольку со стороны улицы очень шумно - много кафе, народ отдыхает у фонтанов, утром чистка дорог и мусоровозы. В номере есть все необходимое для приготовления/разогрева еды - микроволновую, плита, чайник, тостер, посудомоечная машина, холодильник, прсуда. Также утюг и гладильная доска. Можете приготовить завтрак , либо позавтракать в отеле за дополнительную плату. В целом отличный бюджетный отель в пешей доступности от центра. Если придется снова остаться на ночь в Брюсселе, остановлюсь здесь. Имеется личная парковка сбоку отеля за 20 евро в сутки. Подъезжаете к парковке и звоните в звонок (нужно выйти из машины и позвонить, что особенно неудобно при выезде с парковки), потом уже на ресепшен регистрируете номера машины и оплачиваете.

To have kitchen is very convenient. Near the entrance there are water service and cofee machine and tea as much as we want. The hotel is 1 minute from Metro Sainte-Catherine. Stone-paved path is hard to pull suitcases. My room was quiet.

We had a horrible experience staying there. When we checked in, the room was not clean. So, we had to go to the reception to get it clean. After cleaning also, the room was very stinky and we complained again. So we were moved to another room. Receptionists were very unpleasant and non-welcoming which is very strange.

The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition.

Hôtel bien placé. A proximité du centre (moins de 10 minutes à pied), à côté d'une bouche de métro. La gare du midi est accessible à pied (30 minutes) Endroit calme. A proximité de plusieurs restaurants ainsi que d'un supermarché bio. L'hôtel estb bien entretenu mais un peu vieillissant : porte de placard de SDB abîmées. Pas mal de poussière sous le lit. Couchage confortable et ferme. Oreillers un peu trop épais à notre goût. Le personnel de l'accueil est agréable. A noter qu'une machine à café gratuite est disponible à l'accueil 24h/24.

La localisation de l’hôtel est superbe ! La literie était confortable, la couette bien chaude et les rideaux bien occultants. Il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner (ce serait bien qu’il y est de l’huile, sel et poivre à disposition). La pression de la douche est faible donc pas très pratique pour femmes à cheveux longs et l’insonorisation n’est pas la meilleure. Ça reste tout à fait convenable mais pour quelqu’un qui a le sommeil léger ça peut être dérangeant à quelques moments.

The location is great, but the property was a tad run down. Sinks did not work properly, got fixed, bathroom is very very small, shower/tube is very high and the bedroom is very tight. Bed was good. So mixed feelings but would stay there again because of the location.

This property is a disgrace to the Citadines chain name! Did not expect a Citadine property to be as bad as this. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. And the water heater is almost non-functioning. Took shower at 12am and hot water run out. In the morning which is 9 hours later, the hot water has still not boil to be sufficient for a proper shower - even though the water pressure was very very low. Was told that there is individual water heater tank for each room - but surely a water heater tank that takes 24 hours to boil the water for 3 persons to shower is not acceptable. Avoid staying here at all cost. Cannot believe that this place can still attract customer with such bad plumbing system. A total disgrace!

Pleasant staff. Fairly clean rooms however they are very dated and the photos displayed must be from years ago. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and nor breathable - we did not sleep well.

We had a horrible experience staying there. When we checked in, the room was not clean. So, we had to go to the reception to get it clean. After cleaning also, the room was very stinky and we complained again. So we were moved to another room. Receptionists were very unpleasant and non-welcoming which is very strange.

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition.

This hotel was in a fabulous location. It was very close to the city center, and across the street from a plaza that hosted restaurants and extended outdoor eating. Very cool. It is close to many transit lines. The place is very clean and has a functional kitchenette. Laundry facilities are on site. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available all day. If I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but the weather was good and we cracked the window open. We were able to visit the Grand place twice due to the proximity. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only drawback is the street noise during night as there are multiple restaurants underneath the rooms and it does get a little loud with the windows open.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was small but it had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom was different, it had half a shower door (perhaps to avoid long showers and save water), the toilet could have been slightly more modern. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet with really nice selection of local foods and eccentric dining area decor, very european. They offered 24 hour coffee and tea service and there was a water dispenser in the lobby. Very walkable and safe area with many choices for local dining. Close to ancient cathedrals and many waterfalls which locals used to hang out and drink wine. It was a very comfortable stay.

Ottima la location e in una zona sicura. Appartamento silenzioso e con tutti i confort, (anche la lavastoviglie). Struttura in centro con fermata della metro a due passi. Ubicación escepcional, tranquila, a 1mn del metro y a 2mn del supermercado, hay restaurantes y está a 10mn andando del centro histórico. Habitaciones espaciosas, mobiliario tradicional pero cumple su función. Limpio y silencioso. Personal muy amable. El desayuno buffet muy rico, mermeladas caseras,etc..un acierto seguro.

The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled

Es roch sehr unangenehm in unserer Etage und auch in den Zimmern. Toilette war winzig. Sauber war es. Es war kein zusätzliches Bett gemacht, obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten und für einen Erwachsenen war das Frühstück inbegriffen und wir sollten dann zusätzlich für drei Jugendliche quasi den Erwachsenenpreis Frühstück bezahlen.

I had a nice view of the city. The flip side is that it can get noisy because it is in the very center. The kitchen was great with everything needed for cooking. There is no AC, but fans are provided. I would stay there again. Be careful that there are 2 different Citadines and taxi driver took us to the wrong one.

Najua at the front desk was extremely informative, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel has a laundry room on the main floor, which makes is extremely convenient. It is very easy to use. They also have a coffee and tea station available 24 hours a day. This hotel is close to all the sites. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.. we had a beautiful stay.

The hotel was fine ,there was a supermarket located 100 metres away which was great for supplies for cooking.The area around St Catherine's is where the locals live. The hotel offered free brewed coffee near reception if you used the cup from the room.
