We just needed a clean and comfy bed near the centre. This was perfect, we didn’t have expectation for food here and I can tell u if all you are looking for was a nice comfy bed with enough space this is perfect. Has a gym and a sauna as well

This hotel was beautiful and everyone was lovely. The car park next to it is not safe. 5 cars on the same level as I parked had windows smashed and belongings stolen the night we parked there. They targeted cars with foreign number plates. It was the under ground parking behind the hotel. It ruined our trip

Booked this after a good experience at Doubletree in Nice. Doubletree Brussels was a disappointment. Building facade is in need of a facelift. There are two entrances - one facing the park and another facing the plaza leading to the nearby metro. Staff closes the latter entrance when there’s no events booked with the hotel. Makes no sense, such an inconvenience to hotel guests. Front desk staff is not helpful as well. Rooms are comfortable but sound proofing is poor.

There was a cold air vent in the room that the staff couldn't turn off. The temperature outside was a pleasant 22 degrees Celsius, but the room was freezing cold. Instead of turning it off, they explained it was fresh air. I caught a cold, and my throat, sinuses, and head hurt, and I had a runny nose. The inability to turn off this cold air vent completely disqualifies this hotel for me.

I liked the hotel and the area. But, be aware of the place and check your invoice! I am extremely upset for being charged 52.00 euro for a breakfast that I never purchased and also, as I’m checking my card statement I find an unauthorized charge of $288.44. I have emailed and called the hotel several times and have not had a reply. Unfortunate that they take advantage of visitors. Do not recommend this hotel!

The staffs were amazing!! They were very kind to accept our request to add the breakfast to our stay. Amazing mouthwatering cookies as a welcome gift upon arrival. The staff Noemi was super helpful. She helped us plan our itinerary and gave us so many helpful tips and names of the restaurants. She is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. All the other staffs were also very kind and friendly.

We arrived for a 4 night stay about lunch time and the reception staff were very helpful and found our room was ready. Room was on 5th floor with 3 lifts and fresh water dispenser on each floor, also a microwave - though we didn't use this.

On check-in Manon the desk clerk (not Manon the desk manager - she was good) was very rude and disrespectful to us. It was not a good welcome. The parking was outrageous. This set the tone for the entire stay. Not having a positive greeting and always made to feel like you are difficult because you ask for a towel or where to dine, is not acceptable service.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes und sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett! Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht meinem Geschmack: Es gab zwar eine sehr ordentliche Auswahl, die Qualität der Speisen entsprach nicht meinem Standard und der Kaffee war für mich nicht trinkbar. Aber das ist natürlich immer eine Geschmacksache und individuell. Die Umgebung gefiel mir nicht so gut, zwar sehr zentrumsnah und dafür wirklich ruhig gelegen, bei mir löste die Umgebung aber gerade abends eher Unbehagen aus. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist, wie o.g., die Bettenqualität! Wirklich toll! Auch die Kooperation mit dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus (deutliche Preisermäßigung für Hotelgäste) und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung des Parktickets über die Rezeption waren sehr positiv.

Great standard Hilton, just 10 minutes walk from the main square and was able to leave the car parked outside the hotel for the entire 24 hour stay. Would recommend as a stop over spot for Brussels!

The location was OK, generally the surrounding of the Hotel doesn't seem very safe with a lot of homeless people around. Also there is no Parking at the hotel, but nearby. I was told not to park on the street as there would be a lot of vandalism, so we didn't feel too safe in Brussels.

Staff was very friendly and the proximity to town was very close. The route between the Brussels North Train station is a little sketchy. Avoid Rue d'Aerschot (that is a road). Lots of vagrants drinking, smoking and congregating. They didn't bother me but I would be worried if it was late at night. Road to the west of the station was much safer and easier.

This was a nice location, 5 mine walk to/from Bruxelles Nord metro, and the main strip of shopping, and other tourist sites. Since it was in the north, it was a bit more quiet, and near a lovely park. The staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hotel is beautiful inside. Not the typical DT (which is usually nice). Rooms are comfortable and the climate control system is very good. Within walking distance of restaurants and other tourist activities. My only two negatives are the in-room internet and limited dinner menu at the restaurant. In-room internet was extremely limited during our stay but it was because of construction on the property. Construction was never a noise problem. Appreciate that the restaurant has countless eating options near-by and it is cost control decision, However, if weather or a long day, it would be nice to more options on the menu if guests decided not to go out. Noteworthy: the staff is outstanding.

The Double Tree Brussels city is a good hotel, as expected from Double Tree. The dining options are a bit limited, but there are good options within walking distance, so overall, not a problem as such. It's will located just next to the Metro, and has train stations within walking distance, so getting connections is not a problem.

Good sleeping place. Clean room, bath and bed, good furniture, light options, wifi, power outlets and television. Great staff, friendly, understanding and helpfull. reception, cleaning, restaurant, all of them. Breakfast offers a very big range of products but not anyone has a appetite of €30,00. Restaurant offers a good meal. Score 4.5 of 5. This is a great place to stay.

The room was not soundproof as advertised. The noise above was loud, both from housekeeping and guests. You can hear footsteps, people moving, and staff cleaning. The neighborhood is only two blocks from the lawless part of Brussels, so be cautious when walking around. I was told breakfast was included, but they charged $34 every day I ate at the hotel, which I would not have done, being I ate two hard-boiled eggs @$17 each when I was told it was included in my rate, being I paid $6800 for a two-week stay.

We stayed 4 nights in here and hotel is very clean, its close to stores and many places. Its about 15 to 20 minutes walk to central station and north station and Grand Place. You can also take Metro or tram nearby. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they were friendly enough. We didn't eat breakfast since we are vegetarians not sure was it worth paying 30 plus dollars so we ate out everyday, there are many options to eat nearby with short walk. Overall it is good stay. Hotel surroundings are good.
