Très bruyant, zone en grand travaux. Il n’est pas précisé sur Expedia que la réservation du parking doit se faire en amont. Nous sommes arrivés et le parking était complet. Nous avons dû garer la voiture du location dans la rue, heureusement sans incident mais nous avions choisi cet hôtel à cause du parking. D'autre part la climatisation ne marchait pas et le chauffage était à fond lors de notre arrivée.

Out of all the places I've stayed over about 2 months of travelling, this was the worst. It is squalid. The shower, toilet and sink were not located in anything you could describe as a bathroom. The sink was in the tiny bedroom, the shower was a tiny cubicle in an alcove in the bedroom and the toilet was like another tiny cubicle. Turning a tap on resulted in a gut-wrenching stink of drains in the room which lacked proper ventilation. There were no power sockets nor light switches next to the bed. The bed was amongst the smallest and most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. The door rattled very loudly, necessitating me jamming a piece of card in it so that I could sleep. With another guest shouting into his phone right outside my door regularly, sleep was elusive. My door entry card was only initially enabled for 1 night (error by receptionist) and the lift was not working on my last day. With heavy luggage and a narrow, winding stairway with thread-bear carpet, littered with cigarette ends, this end to my stay really summed up this truly awful experience. Avoid!

While the price was good for this hotel, there was no parking around that didn’t have you walking your suitcase through Brussels. It was located on the outskirts of the seedy area of Brussels and has major construction in front of it.

Hotel reception staff were helpful, and check in was quick and easy. Room was very small, the shower even smaller, which was in the corner of tge room. Room was very warm, bed was comfortable, but rooms and hotel in general is VERY tired and needs updating. Be aware, huge roadworks ongoing directly outside of the hotel.

There was bed bugs in my room, big one actually. Room vas old, furniture, wall damaged And persistent cigarette smoke smell I stay more than 200 nights a year in hotels over the last 10 years. That one is amongst my worst one. Even youth hostel are better maintained

Faites très attention, la chambre où j'ai passé 3 nuits était probablement infestée de punaises de lit car le jour où je suis partie j'ai commencé à avoir des boutons qui ont continué à sortir sur tout le corps pendant quelques jours. 2 semaines après j'ai toujours de légères démangeaisons et je suis toujours en train de traiter tous les vêtements que j'avais avec moi pour essayer de ne pas contaminer mon logement... Un vrai cauchemar ! J'ai contacté l'hôtel pour signaler le problème, aucune réaction de leur part.

Great location for metro into Brussels attractions. Room was perfect, clean and fresh, fluffy towels. The bottles of water were a welcome bonus especially in recent heatwave! Staff were helpful too. Would definitely recommend and will see if i can book here again in my next trip.

Das Zimmer war sehr alt eingerichtet, die Matratze sehr hart. Der Abfluss vom Waschbecken und der Dusche riecht strengt. Es ist laut, es werden Türen zugeschlagen. Der Bettbezug hatte Blut am Kopfkissen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

This is a budget hotel but very very acceptable. Very clean, friendly staff, very good location if you are traveling by train from Brussels Midi. I recommend the breakfast. The price of food in Brussels is very high so this inexpensive buffet breakfast makes it a perfect addition to your stay

Aircon in our room didn’t work, so was really warm the entire time. Unable to keep door in our room open due to noise outside, but room overall was good other than this. Good size bathroom, plenty of space. We did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and our room was still cleaned despite this on our second day. They didn’t on the third, so not sure what happened there. Close to Metro and Midi station, only downside is that there are roadworks outside and also street outside is filthy which isn’t the hotels fault

The room I stayed in was tiny and I would not recommend it under any circumstance. There is no air conditioning. The floor of the room was flooded after my shower even though I closed the shower door properly. Front desk employees were very friendly and welcoming. The location is just a five minute walk from Brussels Midi Station, allowing train, bus, Metro access to pretty much anywhere.

The room was nice, clean, and affordable. It was easy to check-in and the hotel is a short walk to the city center. There were some noisy neighbors in the middle of the night and the walls are thin but, otherwise, a good place to stay. Would stay here again.

The hotel is just minutes from Midi-Zuid station which makes it easily accessible (although the area around it is being extensively renovated The room was ok and the bathroom clean and tidy The expected air-conditioning was non-existent - the unit on the wall did not work and a useless and noisy fan was its supposed replacement (which did nothing except move the already uncomfortably warm air around) Many of the TV channels did not actually have any signal Relatively cheap and basic

The hotel is located in a very busy area just opposite the huge building site. Our room's window were facing another building, so there was no daylight.There was a power cut in the morning which lasted around 30 mins, so it was pitch black in our room. The reception staff didn't seem helpful at all. I wouldn't stay there again.

Wurde am Empfang angeschrien, weil ich ca. 1,5 Std zu früh kam, das Auto musste ich auf der stehen lassen, obwohl ich ein Parkplatz angemietet habe, statt das Auto rein zu fahren hiess es, ich soll weg gehen und er wurde luat, beleidigend. Ich ahbe sowas noch nie erlebt. Als ich mehrmals ca. 9 mal Expedia angerufen habe, auch da hat man sich das Problem nicht angenommen. Ich solle ins Hotel zurück, obwohl ich mich als Frau unsicher und unwohl fühlte. Für Expedia stand nur gfest, nicht stornierbar nr gegen Geb hr. Ich wollte ein Lösung des Problems, weil ich weinend auf der Stand stand, ich war schockiert und enttäuscht. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt

Not to impressed with location because there was a lot of construction going on. The Main Street was all torn up. Didn't feel safe exploring the area. Close enough to transport an to get into the main area of Brussels. Overall it was just a place to rest our heads. Clean and nice but not happy with the area.

Verwacht dus niet te veel comfort en al zeker geen airco (zelfs al staat het zo aangegeven). Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en ok.

Scruffy outside but OK inside. Older and decent condition, needs a deep clean and touch-ups to be better. Bed good, bathroom & shower as rest of unit. Restaurants nearby, walk to trains. Good for a cheaper overnight.

hotel discreto in posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Bruxelles a piedi, la stanza era calda, pulita e, nonostante il cantiere, silenziosa (dava sulla corte interna) - colazione discreta (anche se nel bollitore c’era del calcare ed una mattina mancava lo yogurt) ma servita in una stanza senza riscaldamento - comodo il garage - però verosimilmente pericolosa la zona (in tre giorni abbiamo assistito ad un arresto con polizia a pistole spianate e ad una rissa fra clochard)

Walkable distance from Brussels Zuid Midi train station. Close to buses too. Good value for the money. Has breakfast if you need it. There's a small convenience store next to the hotel so you can get ice or snacks or other small items. It's not the newest fanciest place but the value for the money is good.

Déçu dans l'ensemble vu le prix très élevé pour une chambre dont la déco n'a certainement pas été refaite depuis plus de 35 ans. En plus, le séchoir à cheveux fonctionnaig mal. Il y avait une poubelle seulement dans la salle de bains. L'ascenseur pour accéder aux étages est très étroit. Points positifs : hôtel bien situé : à 8 minutes à pieds de la gare Midi et petit-déjeuner copieux et variés. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles à mon avis.
