I never tend to leave bad reviews. But here it goes. I've never encounter a place that had bed bugs before (and I had stayed in really badly reviewed places). I have bite marks all over my arms, face and legs! I'm badly surprised, as the price is not cheap! Please do something with your overall cleaningness.

Excellent stay! Central location, can easily get to the grand place and other points of interest by walking or bus. The hotel and rooms were clean, safe, quiet and allowed for a very comfortable stay. The only recommendation is to have an AC unit attached to the wall instead of the portable one where we had to connect the exhaust pipe out the window. Other than that, no other issues, staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

O quarto não era no hotel da fotografia mas no hotel em frente que tinha piores condições. Foi-nos dado um quarto na cave que, embora espaçoso, tinha apenas uma pequena janela com grades e o tornava claustrofobico. Quando pedido para trocar, foi-nos dito que apenas teríamos um quarto no 4o andar , sem elevador. Aceitamos e, embora fosse mais pequeno, não era claustrofobico. O duche do wc foi o pior. Sem pressão, minúsculo e sem possibilidade de regular a temperatura (ora vinha fria ou muito quente). A cama era confortável. O staff era prestável. O que desiludiu mais nesta experiência foi mesmo o quarto que não correspondia ao das fotografias. A localização apesar de não ser central era de fácil acesso e numa zona calma.
