I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience. Next time! Merci beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team.

Tres bel hotel, mais un peu veillissant; fenetres anciennes et le bruit de la rue est parfois pénible. Clim d'appoint dans les chambres, plomberie bruyante... Personnel très pro et nombreux. Gros travaux dans la rue lors de notre séjour, ce qui n'aide pas.

This is an old, traditional and vintage hotel, surrounded by many restaurants, and cafes. It's within a walking distance from the Grand Place. The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The lobby is welcoming with a piano bar. You are offered a welcome drink of your choice. The continental breakfast has good selection of pastry and fresh fruits with large sitting area. A vehicle parking is available for a fee. The car elevator can't handle large SUVs.The staff at the reception and breakfast room are cordial and pleasant.

BED BUGS!!! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. You would think that because they are a top rated hotel that this wouldn't happen, we'll think again. I had over 20 bed bug bites all over my face and body. The staff while apologetic stated they couldn't give me a refund or a partial refund because it was the weekend and the authorized manager was not onsite. All they could do was change my room. My trip to Brussels was ruined because I was so uncomfortable with large welts and constant itching. If this isn't bad enough they have no AC system. I contacted the general manager and never got a reply. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts. As a thank you, I gave her my ‘Mary’ dark chocolate truffle. Then your long-standing Concierge was my rock on departure. receive VIP treatment on arrival. The long-standing hotel Concierge was my rock when I departed. My first Uber failed to arrive. I called another one, and then a storm struck. He remained very calm and stayed with me until it arrived. The highlight for me on this stay was to access your magnificent bar! I had the great pleasure of having drinks and nibbles with my friends in such a beautifully decorated room and enjoy its ambience. Merci Beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team!

Terrible service had to wait over an hour for room, vip access and room upgrade were not granted, asked to wait no offer to store luggage, no updates, the lobby was full of angry persons wanting to check in and rooms were not available. When you go for one day and you cant check in and it delays your plans it ruins everything.

Got at 10am at the airport, at 3pm I saw people getting their room keys and they receptionist did not bother to let us know after waiting so many hours. When I tried checking in 10am, the guy at reception laughed at me saying “no check out is at 12pm” very rude and not welcoming. Housekeepers are very good and rooms are very clean but old and need renovation. Location is great and near basically everything.

Flot hotel med store værelser. Elsker den "herskablige" stil. Og fint placeret midt i byen. Serviceniveauet var helt i bund. Ville gerne parkere ved hotellet, men da vi ikke havde bestilt kunne de ikke hjælpe, og var heller ikke hjælpesomme med at henvise til P-hus i byen. Havde bestilt morgenmad op på værelset, som aldrig dukkede op, og da vi ringede og efterlyste det, fik blot info om, at den seddel havde de aldrig set, og at nu var morgenmaden lukket, hvorfor der så ville være længere ekspeditionstid. Så skal man blot brug en overnatning er det fint.

A beautiful hotel in old, classic stile. Good size comfortable rooms with good beds and a clean, nice bathroom. The bar is excellent, the breakfast too, but a pity there is no longer a restaurant at the hotel. To get there by car is a challenge because of all traffic changes and road work. We would still love to come back!

Enjoyed our stay, we've previously stayed next to Grand place so we wanted to try a new area and see a different part of Brussels. Though its still walkable to Grand place. The men at the security desk seemend nice and welcoming. Reception staff were ok but I think its more of a European thing where it can be a hit or miss. Our room was excellent and clean thanks to housekeeping. Hotel is close to metro stations if you want to travel elsewehere but otherwise you have everything you'd need within a walkable radius. My only negative point is room service breakfast, I usually prefer cooked foods such as eggs but you had to get continental breakfast & could do add ons, but that would have been a lot of food. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Excellent hotel and really good value for what you get. Rooms were a good size and had lots of amenities. So that was the good. Now for areas of improvement. Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!
