This hotel has its pros and cons. So, let's get to it. Pros... -- Great location in the heart of Brussels -- Friendly staff -- Clean hotel -- good housekeeping Cons... -- There is parking available in the adjacent public garage. However, you will be charged about $31/night. Also, it is difficult to get to and you will have to drag your suitcases quite a ways. -- There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant has high prices and a limited menu. Furthermore, it isn't always open during business hours. -- I tried for four days to call room service but I never could get anybody to pick up. Even after calling the front desk, I could not get room service. -- The bathroom only has one electrical outlet. -- My side of the bed did not have any electrical outlets meaning that I could not charge my phone while sleeping. -- There is no overhead lighting in the room. -- My room looked out over the street and you hear every noise from the street at all hours of the night -- even routine conversations. Also, what is it about Brussels where you hear a siren every five minutes or so? With a little effort, this hotel could be so much better.

Decent location if you need access to the trains out of Brussels. The environment around the hotel can get a little rowdy and there were people yelling on the streets late into the night. There was also rubbish strewn just outside the hotel entrance. It’s also a bummer that there’s no proper drop off/pick up for guests and you had to get drenched in rain to get to the taxi. It’s similar for Brussels airport departure point so perhaps it’s a local thing. The gym was alright but equipment were dated and starting to see signs of wear. The room furniture was similar in that aspect. I’d personally find someplace with a quieter neighbourhood.

Positive points: excellent location, courteous staff, comfortable bed, quiet room, on‑site restaurant, and good breakfast. The hotel is located next to Brussels Central Station and just a short walk from the Grand Place, which is perfect for visiting the city center. Although the rooms have seen better days, they still serve their purpose without any issues. We had a king executive room with lounge access and everything went well. The breakfast is good and varied, for us it was more than sufficient. The fruit juices are genuine, not made from concentrate. The staff are very polite and carry out their duties to a high standard. Dear Hilton Grand Place management, Mr. Ferit is worth his weight in gold, both at the reception and in the lounge. A person so passionate about his work, polite, and attentive to guests is not someone you come across every day. We will return, even if only for the pleasure of seeing him again and receiving his recommendations on the best restaurants in Brussels. In other reviews we had read some less positive comments about the lounge, but after experiencing it ourselves, we cannot agree with them. The lounge is a quiet room with around 25 seats, a TV, drinks, and an adequate refreshment service offered to guests at 5 pm. We see it as an added benefit and our experience was positive. The only things we ask you to improve are the flavor of the soup in the lounge, which was really flavorless, and the addition of a few more seats in the lobby. Please.

Generally, our expectation was for a larger, more beautiful, and newer room. The cleanliness of the room is not that great, and the staff does not go out of their way to provide service.

Solid hotel, a few nits: Confusion about the room service menu, initial instruction was to use the TV, after a long conversation it turned out that this wasn’t yet implemented on floor 6. Helpful person brought us a menu but was reluctant to leave it with us. Service weren’t overly generous with towels, only left us one large towel between two of us. No room service menu on a Sunday. On the upside oats place downstairs was awesome and the mini shop downstairs was also a great idea.

夜7時過ぎにルームサービスを頼むために電話したところ、何度電話しても誰も出ず、自動音声で「メッセージを残すかオペレーターにつなぐ」と言われたので、オペレーターを選択するもオペレーターも出ず回線が切れた。何度やっても繋がらず、結局部屋番号と料理の注文のメッセージを残した。不安だったので、ゲストサービスに電話して状況を説明したところ、確認して電話させると言われたが遂に電話はかかって来なかった。もちろんメッセージに残した料理が運ばれることはなかった。建物も古く、サービスのレベルは最低でした。唯一良かったことは駅に近かったこと。もう2度と泊まることはないと思います。

The place is nice, we like that there is access from the parking garage directly into the hotel. The breakfast was great, loved the variety. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, there was no trash can near other than the restroom and before we left we found the trash can full of trash from the previous travelers that was left inside the closet area but the worst disappointment was how rude and unhelpful the staff was upon our arrival.

Great location since this is located right next to Brussels central train station. We had access to the executive lounge however this room was not offering much food during the times we went inside. Bottled water was provided to us only in our room the very first night then after that we had to purchase these items each night. The rooms needed more lights to see inside and the bathrooms had hot water at all times. Our family would stay again if we decided to go back for a visit.

The room was spacious, however really, really loud (which in itself is not the fault of the hotel, but I couldn't imagine how loud it would have been if we were on the 1st floor opposed to the 4th). There are no really amenities besides wifi. We did not eat in the restaurant or bar because there are a ton of better options within walking distance at a fraction of the price. The bed was really uncomfortable with large indents in the mattress from use. The room was ok, but not really clean as you could see built up dust, dirt, and debris in the corners and running along the wall. The amount of dust on the headboard was crazy. However, the hotel is in a great location to travel on the train, metro, catch a cab or walk.

The lobby n common area look great. Room on the other hand feel tired n need some TLC. The corner trim kept falling off n I had to push it back a few times. The hair dryer only worked for a minute or so then died n the entire dryer was sticky

Our two twins bedroom was very dark, not enough lights, closet making noises everytime we used it, AC thermometer didn’t work (turn to 30C degree and still not warm), 2 usb outlets near bed didn’t work. Pro - very close to the train station and bathroom is renovated recently.

The hotel is conveniently situated a few steps away from Grand Place and The Central Station. The room for a family of three was extremely big with two queen-sized beds and one and a half bathrooms. Breakfast was very good!

A good hotel in a great location. We’ve stayed here several times over the last 5 years and the general facilities are good. The room we stayed in was starting to be a little tired and some of the blinds on the windows wouldn’t work / close. I asked at reception twice for this to be looked at but during our 4 night stay, they weren’t fixed which was disappointing.

Great place to stay. Right next to the train station made it easy for me to do day trips out to Antwerp, Gent, and Bruges without any worry. Easy to walk to much of Brussels as well, being at city center. My only minor issue, the shower was not very good, very low pressure due to a leak and due to a poor installation choice, it was hard to raise the head very high at all.

Excellent location but during the night the surrounding area was very noisy, people sang with microphone and loudspeakers until 12am. The room is very old, like some kind of hotel rooms we saw back in the 1990s. Furnishing is bad with no drinking water provided to the guests. It’s mostly the hotel’s problem but also the general condition of Brussels. Dirty and unsafe.

Room was good, however for the price I paid I did expect a lot more. To start, there was hug problems with the hot water in the shower being cold at peak times which I’ve personally never experienced in a hotel before, definitely not something I would’ve expected in such an expensive hotel. Next I was a little taken back after what I spent on my stay and the water in the room which was 2 tiny little bottles of water were available for 4€ each which is incredibly ridiculous, figured after spending an arm and a leg on my stay something like a shot of water and decent coffee would be complimentary. Also, for €24 per person for breakfast it 100% was not worth the price. We went there 20 minutes after breakfast started and EVERYTHING was freezing cold…. Eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, literally all of it was cold and probably not food safe at that point, also the lady that greeted us for breakfast was upset with us that we didn’t know how to speak French claiming that it is a French speaking country even though every other place we’ve been to in Belgium spoke Flemish and English….. so to sum it up, with the huge prices asking for a stay here, things are not worth the cost. Take your money and spend it elsewhere

Luxurious and classic downtown hotel near Grand Place i Brussels. Visited Brussels for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, with a large classic bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was a perfect start of the day.

It is close to train stations. It is easy to get around. However, the room service is terrible. We asked several times, and nobody came. So you even pick up the towels from the floor and hung them back. I paid by Expedia already, but They charged me again. It takes some time to get it resolved.

Even though my room was ready and available when I arrived at 11:30 am, they wanted to charge Euro 50 for early check-in. I did not accept to pay, therefore the room was empty for couple of hours for no reason just because they wanted to get extra Euro 50. I will never come back here.

Our experience at this property was deeply frustrating due to overbooking and a lack of accountability. We chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to Grand Place and the train station for a short one-night stay. After checking in early and being told our room would be ready later, we returned at 10:00 PM to find we had no room. Management claimed a "leak," though it became clear the hotel was simply oversold, as multiple other families were in the lobby facing similar issues. The "recovery" offered was unacceptable: Downgrade: We were initially offered a lower-class hotel 20 minutes away, defeating the purpose of our booking. Safety & Transport: Despite it being late, raining, and us being two women with luggage, they expected us to take a train and walk to the new location. We had to insist they provide a taxi, which should have been offered immediately. Lack of Courtesy: After the significant displacement, they refused to include breakfast at the new hotel as a gesture of goodwill—even after the receiving hotel’s staff called them to suggest it. The hotel is located next to Brussels Central Station and just a short walk from the Grand Place, which is perfect for visiting the city center. The breakfast is good and varied, for us it was more than sufficient. The fruit juices are genuine, not made from concentrate. The staff are very polite and carry out their duties to a high standard. Dear Hilton Grand Place management, Mr. Ferit is worth his weight in gold, both at the reception and in the lounge. A person so passionate about his work, polite, and attentive to guests is not someone you come across every day. We will return, even if only for the pleasure of seeing him again and receiving his recommendations on the best restaurants in Brussels. In other reviews we had read some less positive comments about the lounge, but after experiencing it ourselves, we cannot agree with them. The lounge is a quiet room with around 25 seats, a TV, drinks, and an adequate refreshment service offered to guests at 5 pm. We see it as an added benefit and our experience was positive. This hotel is quite dated and is in need of maintenance. Housekeeping is very inefficient. Our room was not cleaned the first day! We asked the housekeeper on our floor to tend to it; but it wasn’t done. We had to call the front desk and ask for toilet paper and towels. On the plus side, the hotel is very conveniently located and food in the Oats cafe is excellent. The best was Afternoon Tea in Sentos Restaurant on the National holiday. The food, service and entertainment were perfect. Qudos to Fahty and her staff for making this a very memorable experience!

Check in clerk was rude and unfriendly. We arrived early. She said our room was ready but we could not check in until 3 pm unless we wanted to pay an extra 50 euros. Shame on Hilton. The room is just sitting there! You just lost my loyalty. That is a ridiculous policy.

My knees were injured so I asked the hotel to send some help to move my large suitcase to the door and got a “no, we don’t offer bell boy service” I was shocked to hear that. The manager said all Hiltons operate that way. I couldn’t believe it.

The hotel is literally steps from the Central train station. If your room is on that side you can listen to the bums and partiers make noise all night. You also get the sirens of the police/ambulances that respond multiple times a night to deal with them. There are multiple homeless around the hotel that sleep against it and panhandle. The hotel has a run down appearance. Not dirty per se, but not clean and well maintained. The room was the same. Daily cleaning was not done well, and things like coffee and cups were not re-stocked every day. Hotel restaurant was good, but limited menu and very overpriced. Breakfast was a very good buffet. Hotel is convenient for the train, and is on the edge of the tourist area which made for easy walking access to the area. I chose this hotel based on the Hilton name but I don’t feel it lived up to the quality that should be expected from Hilton.

The minibar in the room is empty and the mini-bottle of water in the room costs €4, whereas many hotels of this level offer one bottle per person per day. Breakfast is excellent, but you have to get there before 9 a.m. at the latest, otherwise there's a queue and something will be missing. The hotel is ideally located 2 stops from the airport by train and 2' from the Grand Place.

The cleanliness of our room fell short of what we expected. The carpet was dirty and there was dust everywhere. We found someone’s old contact lenses on the bedside lamp which proves that it hadn’t been wiped down before our stay. For us, the biggest surprise was the executive lounge. It seemed like the staff had nothing to do with it throughout the day. We went in for a coffee at lunchtime before we went out and there was a lot of used cups and empty bottles around but then when we went back at 4pm the same cups /rubbish was still there from the morning. The following morning we was again in the lounge and used the call button twice so we could ask for some milk for tea but nobody came so we left. On a positive note, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. It’s a shame the rest of the hotel doesn’t match the service at breakfast.

Room was good, however for the price I paid I did expect a lot more. To start, there was hug problems with the hot water in the shower being cold at peak times which I’ve personally never experienced in a hotel before, definitely not something I would’ve expected in such an expensive hotel. Next I was a little taken back after what I spent on my stay and the water in the room which was 2 tiny little bottles of water were available for 4€ each which is incredibly ridiculous, figured after spending an arm and a leg on my stay something like a shot of water and decent coffee would be complimentary. Also, for €24 per person for breakfast it 100% was not worth the price. We went there 20 minutes after breakfast started and EVERYTHING was freezing cold…. Eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, literally all of it was cold and probably not food safe at that point, also the lady that greeted us for breakfast was upset with us that we didn’t know how to speak French claiming that it is a French speaking country even though every other place we’ve been to in Belgium spoke Flemish and English….. so to sum it up, with the huge prices asking for a stay here, things are not worth the cost. Take your money and spend it elsewhere

Great location since this is located right next to Brussels central train station. We had access to the executive lounge however this room was not offering much food during the times we went inside. Bottled water was provided to us only in our room the very first night then after that we had to purchase these items each night. The rooms needed more lights to see inside and the bathrooms had hot water at all times. Our family would stay again if we decided to go back for a visit.
