Hotel was in a good location: walkable to restaurants, convenient stores, a bit further walk to monuments/Grand Plaza. Room was clean. But no AC, just heat. Window didn’t lock, only wooden beam to keep it secure. Elevator was tiny. Breakfast was just okay, for 22 euros there should be more hot items. Staff was very nice.

The Good Easy check in process good sized room ( I got a family room) The Not so Good 1. The elevator was tiny. could hardly fit my kids stroller. I had to dismantle it just to get it to fit. It is impossible to use stairs as they twist and not safe for kids 2. Not ideal in terms of transport. A good 12 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Not a lot of attractions, food places around. 3. There is not a lot to do in the hotel. Infact other than a hotel room, literally there is nothing to do. That does not scream much four star. 4. The bathroom was very awkwardly designed meaning that if you open the door, you could hardly walk. The choices made in designing the bathroom were weird and mad walking around in it quite a squeeze. Ok hotel. Wont call it a four star. probably wont be using it if I visit Brussels again.

Für das Geld was wir bezahlt haben hätte ich wo anders ein Luxushotel gebucht. Das Zimmer war eine unverschämtheit. Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert. Die Wände waren kaputt, Gardinen und Bett hatten flecken. Im Bad war eine riesen Fliese kaputt, man hätte sich sein Fuß verletzten können!! Schade das man keine Fotos zeigen kann.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Neue Möbel, aber Türen, Rahmen und Teppiche immer n8ch die alten. Hinter den Vorhängen und in den Ecken Spinnweben und leider auch Dreck. Sonst aber sauber. Zimmer und Badezimmer wurden gut gereinigt. Auch die lobby und das Restaurant wirken einladend und sauber. Das Frühstück entspricht keine vier Sterne. Samstag gab es bis 11 Uhr Frühstück. Waren vor 10 Uhr dort und es wurde nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, keine frischen Früchte, kein Frischkäse oder Margarine. Das meiste aus der Packung. Es war ok, aber nicht einem vier Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip voll und ganz ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich etwas anderes buchen.

Ich hatte einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, es gab sogar einen Ventilator. Die Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Staying in a superior room on the 2nd floor facing the road. First there is nothing superior about the room and the room was incredibly dated with most of the furnishings having water marks and damage, was absolutely nothing like the pictures. The main issue was the noise from the front rooms is unbearable, and was unable to sleep the first two nights. Switched rooms on the 3rd day for a room at the back of the hotel on the 7th floor, this time there was no noise from the road and people walking past but the rooms at the top of the hotel are far too hot and difficult to sleep in, so if booking ask for a room on the first few floors at the back of the hotel. Overall the hotel has a nice lobby but the two rooms I stayed in has issues and the hotel is incredibly dated with many furnishings stained and carpets in an adequate condition, beds are comfy and shower is excellent. Also not mentioned on the site is building works are taking place between 7AM - 6PM weekdays and had I known would never have booked. Incredibly disappointed with the hotel and don’t expect the rooms to look anything like the photos online.

Undermåligt utbud på frukost, gammal möglig mat på serverades, låg service på frukostpersonalen, övrig personal trevliga. Städning hotellrum kan bli bättre, ostädat under sängen och på vissa möbler. Lampor vid säng ur funktion, dörrfoder till wc trasigt, reception och lobby trevligt!

The bathroom was very small (toilet almost attached to the shower tray!). The toilet flush was initially sticky so could not stop water flowing. The safe box wasn’t operational even though the conditions of stay suggested all valuables left at owners risk recommending the use of safe box. The to remote control ‘disappeared’ one evening presumably to be given to another room! Staff were very responsive and sorted out most issues very quickly

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Gave suggestions when we asked. Always treated us each time we saw them. Rooms were great size and updated and clean. No issues at all. Will definitely have no problem staying here again when we return to Brussels.

The beds are old, very springy and uncomfortable. You pushed 2 twin beds together which makes it impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed because the beds separate. Will not stay here again.

The bathroom was very small (toilet almost attached to the shower tray!). The toilet flush was initially sticky so could not stop water flowing. The safe box wasn’t operational even though the conditions of stay suggested all valuables left at owners risk recommending the use of safe box. The to remote control ‘disappeared’ one evening presumably to be given to another room! Staff were very responsive and sorted out most issues very quickly

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Gave suggestions when we asked. Always treated us each time we saw them. Rooms were great size and updated and clean. No issues at all. Will definitely have no problem staying here again when we return to Brussels.

Hotel was in a good location: walkable to restaurants, convenient stores, a bit further walk to monuments/Grand Plaza. Room was clean. But no AC, just heat. Window didn’t lock, only wooden beam to keep it secure. Elevator was tiny. Breakfast was just okay, for 22 euros there should be more hot items. Staff was very nice.

The Good Easy check in process good sized room ( I got a family room) The Not so Good 1. The elevator was tiny. could hardly fit my kids stroller. I had to dismantle it just to get it to fit. It is impossible to use stairs as they twist and not safe for kids 2. Not ideal in terms of transport. A good 12 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Not a lot of attractions, food places around. 3. There is not a lot to do in the hotel. Infact other than a hotel room, literally there is nothing to do. That does not scream much four star. 4. The bathroom was very awkwardly designed meaning that if you open the door, you could hardly walk. The choices made in designing the bathroom were weird and mad walking around in it quite a squeeze. It was all fine until one of the evening receptionist, i think mohammad being very rude with my wife upon asking for some plates. When i went downstairs to get some, he was shouting very loudly and even started cursing in French. We were here as a group and booked 5 rooms. We understand short staffed but you cannot turn down a request by being so rude. It was a turned down as we had to stay quite because there was one more night and didn't want to be in any uncomfortable situation. Infact morning receptionist who checked us in was very polite.

Ich hatte einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, es gab sogar einen Ventilator. Die Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Staying in a superior room on the 2nd floor facing the road. First there is nothing superior about the room and the room was incredibly dated with most of the furnishings having water marks and damage, was absolutely nothing like the pictures. The main issue was the noise from the front rooms is unbearable, and was unable to sleep the first two nights. Switched rooms on the 3rd day for a room at the back of the hotel on the 7th floor, this time there was no noise from the road and people walking past but the rooms at the top of the hotel are far too hot and difficult to sleep in, so if booking ask for a room on the first few floors at the back of the hotel. Overall the hotel has a nice lobby but the two rooms I stayed in has issues and the hotel is incredibly dated with many furnishings stained and carpets in an adequate condition, beds are comfy and shower is excellent. Also not mentioned on the site is building works are taking place between 7AM - 6PM weekdays and had I known would never have booked. Incredibly disappointed with the hotel and don’t expect the rooms to look anything like the photos online.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Neue Möbel, aber Türen, Rahmen und Teppiche immer n8ch die alten. Hinter den Vorhängen und in den Ecken Spinnweben und leider auch Dreck. Sonst aber sauber. Zimmer und Badezimmer wurden gut gereinigt. Auch die lobby und das Restaurant wirken einladend und sauber. Das Frühstück entspricht keine vier Sterne. Samstag gab es bis 11 Uhr Frühstück. Waren vor 10 Uhr dort und es wurde nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, keine frischen Früchte, kein Frischkäse oder Margarine. Das meiste aus der Packung. Es war ok, aber nicht einem vier Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip voll und ganz ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich etwas anderes buchen.
