Absolutes Plus: das Personal! Habe selten so freundliche und bemühte Hotelangestellte erlebt- und zwar in allen Bereichen. Ebenfalls positiv: die Lage. Hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Hoteleigenen Garage. Das Hotel insgesamt ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Die Einrichtung sowohl in den öffentlichen Bereichen, als auch in den Zimmern ist abgewohnt und es fehlt allgemein an Komfort. Das Frühstück war leider ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung - zu wenig Auswahl, viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und auch hier: fehlender Komfort! Dass bei den aktuellen Corona-Maßnahmen das Hotelrestaurant immer noch geschlossen war, war nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Room-Service-Karte, welche als Alternative angeboten wurde, fehlte es an interessanten Gerichten und war darüber hinaus völlig überteuert. Alles in Allem: das Hotel braucht dringend eine Erneuerung, ist im aktuellen Zustand definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Haus. Das Personal konnte aber viele Versäumnisse kompensieren. Insgesamt überwiegt jedoch die Enttäuschung.

Pretty hotel room but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. The smudges on the desk and the fact that the smudges came off when I started cleaning… I don’t feel the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. Generally, I sanitize any room I stay in. Though, I am usually sanitizing a spotless room. This hotel might also have plumbing issues. The smell of the bathroom filled the room, it was pretty unpleasant. The property just needs some upgrades. I have to say, the staff is wonderful. We only spent one night but they were extremely hospitable. Also, I had the best little croissants and cappuccino at breakfast time!

Der var beskidt, vandet i bruseren kunne ikke komme ud, og gik i bades et dryppende bruser og til tider uden vand overhovedet. Umuligt at bade og vaske hår. Klagede over flere sorte hår i badekarret. Fik nyt værelse. Også med sorte hår i badekarret. Selvom han havde tjekket, at det var rent, før jeg kom ind.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been satisfied (that’s why I came back). To my shock this time they gave me a room right at the tram track. See photo from my window. I would upload a video also but it doesn’t seem to be possible. Trams run frequently, are very noisy and shake the room. Windows are not isolated. And they wouldn’t give me another room. The cleaning staff had left, was the reason. So, no sleep in this room. The room is otherwise good. Except the strong mouldy smell in the bathroom.

Fint klassiskt hotell. Bra stort rum med trägolv och engelsk inredningsstil. Mycket trevlig, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Det enda som jag saknade var vanligt kaffe till frukostbuffén (istället för från en maskin). Alltid så välkomnande att bo här, mitt favorithotell sedan många år tillbaka!

Got woken up a lot from hotel noises and even a drinks lorry delivery to the hotel at 6am with a lot of banging. Bed wasn’t particularly comfy either which is a shame. I didn’t enjoy being at the front of the hotel with so much noise and the toilet also had plumbing that gurgled and woke me. Would potentially stay again as it’s so convenient to seeing friends but feel a bit disappointed with my stay!

지하철 역 바로 앞에 위치해서 대중교통으로도 접근이 가능하고, 브뤼셀 공항에서 30유로 정도에 우버를 이용해서 접근도 가능하기 때문에 교통편이 좋습니다. 유럽의 고풍스러운 호텔로서 운치가 있고 매우 정갈하게 유지가 되고 있으며, 특히 호텔 조식은 음식이 아주 깔끔하고 빵들이 너무나 신선하고 맛있습니다. 브뤼셀 관광 중심부까지 가깝진 않지만 충분히 걸을 만한 거리에 있으며, 날씨만 좋으면 공유 자전거를 이용하면 관광의 재미를 더욱 크게 할 수 있는 것 같습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 데스크를 지나갈 때마다 너무나 반가운 인사에 기분이 좋아집니다. 겨우 3박을 했지만 데스크 직원과도 매우 친해진 것 같은 생각이 듭니다.
