NH Collection Brussels Centre

The hotel was perfect for my stay. I booked a single room with a balcony and I sent a message that I hope to have a quiet room. I got a room from 8th floor and the windows where facing to North to the city. The room was actually so quiet, not a sound from the traffic or cars. And there was even a church across the street, but the bells ringing had very suttle sound too. I think my neighbour rooms where empty because I didn't hear any noises from the corridors. I loved the bed and the sheets. Bathroom and shower was great. I also loved the smell of the soaps and bodylotion in the bathroom. The breakfast room was on the 9th floor and had a really beautiful views. And it tasted also great. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful; I didn't have power in my room at one morning and they immeadiately sent someone to fix it. The only negative about the room was that the air conditioning was really loud. But luckily it shut down at 11 pm so after that you could sleep in silence. All in all the hotel was great and I will definetly consider staying there again. So thank you for a really nice stay :)

Hotel is clean, good sized rooms and comfortable. It is in a busy shopping area but fairly easy to get around. Unfortunately we had one morning with no hot water. These things happen but the hotel did not communicate with guests (or apologise) about the issue. The curtains do not fit the windows so we had strobe effects from a shop display over the road all night. This isn’t isolated to our room as the others in our party in adjacent rooms also had the same issue. Reception said they would sort it after the first night … but nothing was done.
